Christmas lights are truly wonderful [Special End]

When I came to in the new era, my first priority was checking the state of Decembertown. I was alone, so to me, this was the only thing truly of value to me. To my delight, it was perfectly preserved just as I had left it.

The old light-up polar bear still worked, the inflatable snow globe hadn't punctured, and most importantly, the cables were all working fine. Even the Santa in the window worked just fine.

And thus, I could live my days in the glow of December year-round, though the place truly feels the most magical when it is also December world wide.

In that time, I encourage all regardless of faith, put up something festive, whether it be lights, a wreath, or a simple symbol of winter like a snowflake, sled, or snowman, December is the time of lights and wonder. And most importantly, keep the decor up past Christmas. The New Year should be greeted with lights, while the old gets to see the lights it first saw at birth one final time.
