Pastelirma is on the taller side for Gourmon. It stands slightly over a foot tall. They stand with an upright posture and reserved demeanor.

They have a pastel yellow face, and brown markings indicate eyes and a mouth like a gingerbread man. Their expression is relaxed, with eyes closed in quiet contemplation.

They have bodies in the shape of a gown and habit, like one would expect of a nun. Their body has a dark brown crust to it, and a light brown band across the forehead.

Pastelirma are mostly passive. They are known for their quiet serenity and their capacity for love and care. While they do not typically engage in combat, their healing touch is indispensable.

This was actually one of the first Gourmon designed. It went through several iterations. It took some doing to arrive at a satisfying design. The name comes from Pastel, meaning pastry, and the Portuguese word for sister, “Irma”.

Pastel de Nata finds its origins in Portuguese convents. The white robes of the clergy and coventry were starched in egg whites, but that left a surplus of yolks. These yolks were the basis of the sweet egg tarts that would come to be known as Pastel de Nata.

A recipe may come in the future, but further research is needed.
