Chapter 1:
Rest assured, it’s safe to eat
“Alright—this is where it begins.”
The man renewed his resolve as he looked at his brand-new shop.
He had trained by moving from one restaurant to another.
At every place he worked, his departure was deeply regretted.
The restaurants he himself had run were all well regarded.
And yet, he opened a new shop—one dedicated solely to the food he truly wanted to make.
Only two parties of guests are accepted per day.
One for lunch, and one for dinner.
Cooking and serving—everything is handled by him alone.
He wants to see his guests’ surprise and joy as close as possible—only for that reason.
It probably won’t appeal to the general public.
And profitability—honestly speaking, it’s right on the edge.
For a limited period of six months.
He pushed through his own selfish decision, brushing aside the objections of his family and staff.
With countless emotions filling his chest, the man quietly pushed the door open—
to welcome his very first guests.
