A metal gate behind the train rail.

There were about 25 people in the room, some of them ran around and screamed as loud as they can hoping for salvation and some accepted their fate and just sat near the wall waiting for something to happen.

“Good” Fuyuki smiled showing his polished fang, he turned his finger into a blade ripping the suit he wore and tried to rip Merry’s suit too.

“Oh my” her suit was so hard that Fuyuki’s blade didn’t damage it at all, they probably don’t wear the same kind of suit “a living god, I thought you all went extinct long ago, your price will be bigger than anyone else we sold so far.”

Fuyuki tilted his head, he was never in a situation like this before, is that what being a human feels like? being helpless?

“A god” Merry wrote in her notebook “let’s see what else we have here.”

She past by Eda and Aku looking at them focusly to find every little flaw on their body “a boy, pretty young but not specially good looking, can still be useful for some people” she wrote on her notebook “cheap to average price.”

Now Merry tested Aku “young, female, pretty face, no visible flaws” Merry’s face was not visible but it was easy to know she was smiling “a god and a perfect looking girl, it’s our lucky day.”

“Eda?” Nakata screamed while passing by on the train platform.

“Where are we…” Yui was still sleepy but finally woke up, he found himself on Nakata’s wooden back by surprise.

“Yui!” Nakata looked at Yui’s face happily “you woke up! are you feeling ok?”

“What happened?” Yui couldn’t open his eyes, he was way too sleepy for that.

“I will say it quick” Nakata kept walking on the stone floor “we came here to catch a train home but Eda disappeared somewhere so we went in couples to look for him.”

“If Eda is gone we are only five, assuming Minato and Kimori went together, who is walking with Aku?” Yui yawned widely.

“Fuyuki is here too for some reason” Nakata bowed down to check a little hole Eda could never fit in.

“You thought of going somewhere you are not allowed to?” Yui wanted to return home already but he had no power to fight with Nakata over it.

“I walked only in places I’m allowed to until now” Nakata replied, he looked through a window to check if Eda was in the room behind it.

“How about climbing the gate over there?” Yui pointed with a loose hand at a metal gate on the other side of the train rail.

“I don’t think we should go there” Nakata was a little scared of going to illegal places.

“This is exactly why the kidnappers will take him there smartypants” Yui rested his head on the other side of Nakata’s shoulders because the last side was too warm.

“Oh” Nakata fear was replaced with motivation “I get it now.”

“Good” Yui yawned once again “now wait until it’s safe to run there.”

“Safe time?” Nakata stood in a pose like he was about to run “what is so bad about right now?”

“Are you out of your mind?” Yui’s body was full of adrenaline “there is a train approaching right there!”

“I will make it if I run fast enough” Nakata was ready to run.

“Don’t do it” Yui tried to get off Nakata’s back but Nakata held him too strongly.

“Too late” Nakata started to run as fast as he could, he smiled revealing his fangs while Yui was closing his eyes waiting for the worst to happen.

The train approached quickly, its lights lighting the dark brightly like two furious eyes thirsty to crash everything in their way.

Nakata ran so fast he thought, no, he knew, he would make it on time.

“You are not going to make it” Yui said loudly, his voice trembling in fear.

“Just a little more” Nakata encouraged himself while Yui did the opposite.

Nakata sat two of his feet across the rail just in time, it was so close Yui lost one of his shoes touching the train.

“You look very awake” Nakata laughed in relief “want to go in?”
“I lost my shoe just now” Yui said angrily “I could lose my life as easily.”

“What happened?” Nakata teased Yui “inevitable captain Yui Takashima is scarred from some thorns?”

“I’m not scared!” Yui blushed a bit “if you will give me your shoe I will go in.”

“As you say invincible master Yui Takashima” Nakata laughed and handed one of his shoes to Yui.

“What is wrong with that Fuyuki?” Yui wore the shoe and looked at Nakata’s toe “he painted your nails purple, what is his perspective of a human?”

“I don’t know but I like it, I like every part of this body” Nakata looked at his body in admiration.

“This is a little big but I think it’s fine” Yui slipped off Nakata's back, he looked like a clown with different shoes like that.

“Can you climb on the gate by yourself?” Nakata said quietly, he felt like he was in a crime scene from a movie.

“Or..” Yui opened the gate’s door easily, it was not even locked.

“I guess it’s a way too” Nakata scratched the back of his head, insecure.

“So we will enter now?” Yui asked rhetorically.

“Yes, let’s do it” Nakata entered first.

Nothing could be seen in the dark, the only thing that could be felt was the crisp of the endless fall leaves. Is Eda in this place? waiting?
