Final Exam

In the battleground, all 105 participants stand in. Ren and Hina stand together on the ground. The ground is huge — so wide that the black haired boy cannot spot it.

A voice came through loudspeakers across the arena.

“Only 50 students will receive admission to JPW academy — the rest will be disqualified. I explain some basic rules 

Rule 1: if you are not capable of fighting or unconscious, you will be disqualified

Rule 2: if anyone uses drugs to increase their power, they will be also disqualified.

In the end. All the best participants.”

The number flashes across the giant screen.

10…9…8…7…

The participants hold their breath.

3…2…1…

Beeeeep!

The real exam starts now.

Ren, looks at Hina and says

“ Hina, we follow the plan.

Hina says, “ Yes, Ren.”

Before entering the battleground, Ren and Hina already make a plan. They decided to stay together as a team. At the start, instead of fighting immediately, they choose to keep themselves defensive and observe the situation first. Both Ren and Hina are ready for the real challenges.

Ren and Hina move toward a safer area of the battleground, planning to avoid an early fight. But suddenly — a group of three unknown participants stood in front of them, blocking the way.

Ren, signaling Hina to stay calm and says, “ we don't want to fight right now. If you start a battle this early, you will also suffer with losses — So, the best choice is to avoid the fighting in the beginning.”

The three participants look at each other and smile. The group leader steps forward with an arrogant smile — He doesn't look interested in talking peacefully anymore, he clearly wants a fight.

The leader smiles and crosses his arms, looking full of confidence. “ You don't understand,” he says, “ you can't even imagine our strength. We are three, and you are only two. And one of you is just a girl. We'll crush you easily.”

He then turned his head toward his member standing on the left. “ You —handle the girl. We'll take care of the boy.”

Ren turns to look at Hina — but before he can react, one of the participants comes forward and throws a punch.

Bannng!

Hina slides backward across the ground. Dust rises around her, but she quickly pushes herself up and stands again.

The attacker doesn't give her time to breathe. He jumped high into the air — then suddenly he appeared in front of Hina again, landing effortlessly. His movements are fast, almost like he is teleporting through jumps.

He smiled, “ you're pretty weak. I can beat you with any effort.”

Hina try to understand his movements and thought,

(So his power is jumping related…but his jumping speed is very fast )

On the other side, Ren faces the remaining two participants. Both of them spread their wings from their backs and fly into the air. Then, they shoot sharp feathers —like blades toward the Ren, but he quickly dodges, barely avoiding their attacks.

On the other side, Hina is battling with her opponent.

Golden strip - ropes come out from her hand as she attacks again and again. But each time he escapes with the help of jumps — his body moving like a spring. Suddenly he jumps high into the air and dive toward Hina.

Hina quickly crosses her arms to block the hit. She slides backward, but her strip - ropes stick into the ground behind her and stop her from falling.

The opponent lands on the ground and says proudly, “ what happened? Are you scared of my power?”

Hina stayed calm. Suddenly she got an idea.

She uses her strips, grabs big stones from the ground and throws them at him. He easily jumps away from the stones. But when he lands, the ground under his foot suddenly breaks, and he loses balance — In panic, he jumps to the other side.

The moment he lands there, Hina's golden strips come out from the ground and wrap around his arms and legs, trapping him.

Hina smiles, “ You're fast. You can dodge attacks from above…but you can't dodge — attacks from underground.”

She pulls the strips . The opponent is dragged out from underground toward Hina, and she spins him in the air and slams him to the ground and he loses the fight.

A red light blink on his wristband —that  means he is officially disqualified from the exam.

Without wasting any time, Hina turns and goes toward Ren.

On the other side, Ren fights with the remaining two opponents. Ren raised his hand, and created many glowing energy balls. Then he fires them toward his opponents.

The energy balls go toward the opponents at high speed . The leader barely dodges, but one opponent is hit, but on his wing. His flying speed immediately slowed down.

Ren doesn't waste the chance. He moved his hand toward the injured opponents. A beam of energy shot out in Ren's hand —and generated shaped like a glowing hand. It grabs the opponent in mid air and explodes.

The opponent crashed to the ground. His wristband blinks red — that means he is disqualified.

The leader looks at Ren in shock.

Ren's body is surrounded by flowing energy waves. The leader prepares to attack toward Ren, but suddenly Ren steps forward once — and he vanishes.

( W- Where did he go?) The leader thinks.

A voice came from behind him, “ I already said,  If we fight you will also gain losses, but you didn't listen to me.” Ren says. 

Then, Ren places his hand on the leader's back. A massive energy beam fires point blank. The leader blasted into the ground. His wristband turns red — that means he is also disqualified.

Ren's land on the ground. But suddenly, his head starts to hurt sharply. He used too much power, and his mind is not yet used to it.

Just then, Hina arrived.

Ren waves his hands and says, “ I handled everything here… Don't worry.,”

Hina rushes toward Ren, “ Are you okay, Ren?”

Ren nodded, “ I'm fine…. But I use too much power. My head is in pain.”

Hina look around seriously, “we should move to the safe area”

Ren agrees, “ Yeah, you're right.”

They both start moving toward the safe area.

On the other side of the battleground, a huge fight is happening. A purple haired girl stands alone, facing twenty two participants at once. All of them are ready to attack her together, confident in their number.

But the purple haired girl does not look worried at all.

She calmly raises her hand. Suddenly, countless purple flower petals appear around her. The flower petals spread across the ground like the wind.

Her opponents look in confusion, because they don't understand what the power is.

The purple flower petals start moving toward the opponents.

As soon as the flower petals touch them, a strange poison spreads through their bodies. Their bodies weaken instantly. They try to attack, but their bodies refuse to move.

“ What did you do to us? Bitch…” one of the members said in pain and anger.

But the purple haired girl doesn't care. she stands quietly with her long purple hair flowing in the wind, her expression empty — like none of this matters to her.

Around her, faint purple petals are still moving in the air… calm… beautiful… but deadly.

One by one, they fall to the ground. Soon, all twenty two participants become slowly unconscious.

All their opponents' wristbands blink red — disqualified.

The purple haired girl stood in the middle of the ground, calm and untouched, the purple flower petals slowly faded away. 

Some flower petals come toward the Ren and Hina side.

A few flower petals touch Ren's skin. Instantly, poison spreads through his body. Suddenly his leg weakens, and he starts to lose consciousness.

Hina panics, “ Ren, what happened to you?!”

Ren struggles to speak and says, “ These petals…. They are poisonous.. .”

Without wasting any time, Hina quickly uses her golden strips. They lash through the air, destroying the remaining petals before they can reach them.

Just then, an announcement was announced across the battleground.

“Only 51 participants remain.”

Hina looks at Ren and says, “ Ren, just hold on a little longer. Only one participant is left —if we survive this, we both qualify. Just a little more, Ren.”

Ren has become very weak. He can barely stand on his own. Hina quickly supported him, holding his arm and helping him stay upright.

Ren breathes heavily, trying not to fall. With Hina's support, he manages to remain standing.

As Ren stands with Hina's support, another group suddenly appears. They are 12 participants in that group. 

Their one member steps forward, “ Our goal is simple,” he says, “only one more person needs to be disqualified to end this.”

Everyone looks at Ren. He is weak because of the poison from the petals. To them, he looks like the easiest target.

Hina tightens her grip on Ren's arm. Ren and Hina both realize they have fallen into a serious problem.
