Yusuke, and Hiroko stared at Riku and Menjo. “So this is a betrayal?” Menjo asked. “Not against you or Mardom Rooh, but against the Director.” Riku said. “You could have said that before wiping out most Rooh Soldiers, give them the opportunity to pick sides.” Menjo said. “What side are you on?” Riku asked. “To save the majority, the minority needs to die.” Menjo said. “Even if Director Noboru is lying to you?” Yusuke asked. “These people here, they believe in gods, they worship them. How are we to be safe if we don’t follow them? We aren’t.” Menjo said. “And neither are they.” Riku said. “True, but I’m not them. I’m me. See how that panned out. What a waste of time.” Menjo said. “Fujin’s Knock.” Riku said, creating several arrows of wind, and shooting them at Menjo. Menjo dodged the attack by jumping into the air. Yusuke appeared behind Manjo, slashing at him with a blade of lightning. “Spatial Control.” Menjo said. Causing Riku, and Yusuke to switch spots. Riku created more arrows, and shot them past Menjo, as Menjo punched Riku in the jaw. Yusuke covered himself in lightning, and jumped to a wind arrow. Using the wind arrows, and bounced off them, up to Menjo ready to slash him in the back. Yusuke teleported again, this time switching places with Menjo, slashing Riku. “Spatial Control : Izanagi’s Truth.” Menjo said, raising his hand above his head. He condensed the space above them, effectively destroying it, and slashed at Yusuke. Riku grabbed Yusuke, and threw him out of the way, taking the blow to his chest.

Hiroko picked up rocks and threw them at Menjo. “Come down here you cheat!” Hiroko yelled, gaining Menjo’s attention. In the split second Menjo looked away, Yusuke managed to punch Menjo. “Raijin’s Strike.” Yusuke said, creating electricity, slamming Menjo to the ground. Riku appeared above Menjo, using his wind to slam into Menjo. Menjo grabbed Riku’s leg, and slammed him into the ground, getting over him. Hiroko came in with a save, swinging her Jian through Menjo’s arms, not removing it, but definitely weakening Menjo. Allowing Riku to punch Menjo into the air. Where Yusuke punched Menjo's face, spreading lightning throughout Menjo’s body, throwing him away. Menjo caught himself midair, and pointed at Yusuke. In an instant Yusuke found himself in front of Menjo, where Menjo punched Yusuke hard, breaking Yusuke’s jaw, and slamming him into the ground, cracking it. Several arrows shot at Menjo, who snapped his fingers, causing the arrows to fly back towards Riku at twice the speed. Riku dodged the attack and appeared above Menjo, punching him. Menjo used the force to counterattack, teleporting above Riku, and punching Riku’s ribs, shattering them. Riku flew downwards, and threw a wind slash at Menjo who phased through the attack. In an instant Menjo flew downwards, slamming Riku into the ground, shattering it, causing Riku to scream out in pain.

Hiroko charged at Menjo, and swung. Menjo caught the Jian, and pulled it from Hiroko’s hands, before punching her onto the ground. Hiroko got up. “Try me, I’m the Kendo Champion of Unmei High, and I’ll beat you.” Hiroko said. Menjo appeared in front of her, and headbutted her. “That’s an achievement. How sad it has to end.” Menjo said, raising the Jian to Hiroko’s chin. Yusuke shot by as a bolt of electricity, shooting the sword away from Hiroke. Yusuke appeared on the other side of Menjo, and punched him in the face, not affecting Menjo in the slightest. “Sorry, but I've gotten used to it.” Menjo said. Hiroko grabbed the sword, and swung it at Menjo. It bounced off, and Hiroko fell to the ground. Yusuke went to back up, but Menjo grabbed his arm, pulling him closer, grabbing his neck. Menjo squeezed on Yusuke’s neck. Hiroko ran over and started beating on Menjo, trying to get him off Yusuke. Yusuke punched Menjo in the face over and over. Menjo used his free hand to slap Hiroko onto the ground. “Riku, get up.” Yusuke said strained. “Let him go.” Hiroko said, quietly. She stayed on the ground. Hiroko grabbed her Jian. “Leave him be.” Hiroko said louder, Mabui started gathering. “Or what? You can’t do anything. You are nothing but a weak child. I don’t even know why you are here.” Menjo said. Hiroko stood up, and the Mabui around her went black. Hiroko turned to look at Menjo, her right eye was red, like the Akuma’s. “Well that is interesting.” Menjo said. “Descent.” Hiroko said. In an instant Menjo let go of Yusuke, and fell to the ground, as if being pressured by gravity. Yusuke fell next to him.

Menjo placed his hands onto the ground, and fought through it standing up, however it still affected him, making him slower. “Riku, you have to do it! Fujin’s Armour!” Yusuke managed to yell out, getting onto his hands. Riku pushed himself onto his feet and walked towards Menjo. “Fine.” Riku said, as blood dripped from his eye. “Fujin’s Armour?” Menjo Questioned. “Wind Majutsu : Fujin’s Armour.” Riku said. The Mabui gathered around Riku, and transformed into winds, surrounding him. When the wind cleared Riku was wearing armour made of wind and Mabui. “Hurry, and cut him down.” Hiroko said, collapsing onto her knees. “Are you ok?” Yusuke asked, crawling to her. “Kind of hard to control this power.” Hiroko said. Hiroko noticed Yusuke’s neck starting to bruise.

“So what is this? Are you actually trying now?” Menjo asked. “Yusuke. Combination, now.” Riku said. Yusuke stood up, and surrounded himself with lightning. “You were imitating your brother with that, weren’t you?” Hiroko asked. “Yeah, but it’s not perfect.” Yusuke said, walking towards Menjo. Riku and Yusuke stood on opposite sides of Menjo. “Combination Majutsu : Storms Warpath!” Riku and Yusuke said. All three of them were covered in a storm appearing out of nowhere. Several lightning bolts came from clouds striking Menjo. Menjo dodged the next but Riku punched him into a growing tornado. One that tore at, cut up, and struck Menjo’s body repeatedly. “Enough.” Menjo said, catching himself in midair. “Final Strike!” Riku and Yusuke yelled out. Yusuke appeared below, while Riku was above. Both of them shot at Menjo, creating blades. They struck at the same time, cutting through Menjo.

The storm disappeared, and Menjo collapsed onto the ground, finally defeated. Yusuke fell onto the ground, and Riku landed on his feet. Riku’s spell broke. Yusuke stood up, seeing Hiroko laying on the ground. Yusuke ran to her, sliding down to her. He grabbed her, and pulled her onto him. She was breathing but out of it. “We need to go, is that your boat?” Riku asked. “Yeah.” Yusuke answered. “Grab her and let's go.” Riku said. “What about my friends?” Yusuke asked. “It doesn’t matter. That castle blew up, meaning Masato, or Sato got there, which means your friends could be dead. Either way neither of us have the strength to help.” Riku said. “We have to.” Yusuke said. Riku knocked him out, before grabbing Hiroko, and Yusuke putting them on the boat, and leaving the island. “I’m sorry, but I can’t do anything like this, and neither can you.” Riku said to himself.
