When they finally notice, the ranking drops to 23, showing the human body can’t handle such pressure.

The boy looks up and smiles faintly. A girl sits next to him, taking care of him and playing too. Ryo realizes the connection.
Ryo (whispering to Kien):
— This… this is Top 1. And she… Top 2.
Kien (in shock):
— They’re… sick…
Ryo observes and understands that Top 1 is fighting cancer but continues playing with his sister beside him, showing courage and dedication no one imagined.
