The Legend of SHU
Among supernatural beings, various legends exist.
One of them concerns a weapon known as the “Legendary Shu.”
It is said that whoever wielded it became invincible and brought peace to the nation.
No—there is also a story that it was sealed away as a symbol of conflict.
Or else—there is a tale that it drove its owner into madness and destroyed everything.
The details differ depending on who tells it, and nothing can be known for certain.
Even the boundary between fact and fiction has already become blurred.
Most of it amounts to nothing more than dubious rumors.
Yet there is one story shared by every single anecdote.
That is—
that the “Legendary Shu appears before a mighty martial artist.”
Even now, it may be held in someone’s hand somewhere.
Whether that one is a hero—or a demon—
there is no one who can tell.
