Chapter 4-BEAST MARKS

At the Morningstar castle.

Zucifer: "Why the heck are we babysitting?"

Hesperus: "Why should you always be complaining?"

Azubah: "By the way Z, those angels from the forest, were you able to tell their power level?"

Zucifer: "No, it all happened fast, but the short one was powerful even I sensed it."

Maveth: "But you can hold your ground right? In and out?"

Zucifer: "You know I'm way more powerful than you, so yeah in and out. Now let's get our beast marks so we can finish this up."

All of the Morningstars went to get each of their beast marks. After a few hours they got their beasts marks.

Hesperus: "So I got the beast mark of the bear, on my right side of my chest?"

Azubah: "I got one of the jackal on my right side on my neck."

Maveth: "While I got the Fox on my right side of my waist. What about you Z?"

Zucifer: "I got the wolf on my right side of my arm near my shoulder, and wolf is Alpha so which means I'm now the captain of the crew."

Hesperus: "Then what are we gonna call ourselves? It has to have devil aura in it."

While they thought a name came into Zucifer's head.

Zucifer: "The Tenmas the Demons of the Morningstars."

Hesperus: "Not bad but we'll roll with Tenmas for short."

Maveth: "Then it's settled."

Azubah: "This world will bow down to hell's princes."

Zucifer: "Us against all of heaven. We'll show them all."

As they were acknowledging themselves Lucifer walked in with two guards, his expression serious enough to change the mood.

Lucifer: "What are you up to? Got your beasts marks?"

Zucifer: "Yeah, but why are you really here?"

Lucifer: "Your team, I want to see their abilities up close so I had an idea of making a tournament of demons."

Maveth: "So are we in it?"

Zucifer: "I really hope so, if not I wanna battle those angels from before."

Hesperus: "Let me guess, we are way more powerful than the normal demon so we can't enter? And what's the price for the winners?"

Lucifer: "They'll be worthy of joining you and have the seven deadly Sins powers and beast marks."

Maveth: "Why can't we have the seven deadly sin's powers?"

Hesperus: "Yeah Z could be the sin of wrath. He does have anger issues."

Zucifer(looked at Hesperus with sharp annoyed eyes): "Repeat that if you want to see where all that wrath goes. And besides I'm fine with the wolf beast, the dragon ain't for me."

Maveth: "True to that, but you can't be the captain of the team yet, until that big bro is the leader."

Azubah: "I can't stop thinking about that female angel from the forest, she looked familiar somehow."

Zucifer: "What do you mean by that?"

Azubah: "I mean I feel like I've seen her before."

Zucifer: "I don't care about that, what I wanna know is when is the tournament?"

Lucifer: "In two days. But the four of you aren't participating."

Zucifer: "Why, this isn't fair."

Lucifer: "It's because you guys are way more powerful than the other demons, you guys are Archdemons."

Hesperus: "We understand sir."

Lucifer: "Good, now carry on with what you were doing, but get to training."

As Lucifer left Maveth and Zucifer where mad that they couldn't enter and Maveth looked at Zucifer.

Maveth: "We're going right."

Zucifer: "Nah, I've got places to be."

Hesperus: "You two never learn. But why are you so eager to participate in the tournament?"

Zucifer: "I wanna get stronger. To surpass father and become the new King of Hell."

Azubah (he crossed his arms and looked at them both.): "Don't get your hopes up, it could be any of us who can became king of Hell."

Maveth: "True, but we have to be strong in order to become king."

Hesperus: "The only one powerful here is Z."

Azubah: "And besides, it's time we got our weapons. So let's hurry up."

Zucifer: "I already have my weapon, so you have to hurry up. I'm going somewhere."

Zucifer teleported away leaving the others to wonder, where he is going.

Maveth: "Has anyone ever noticed that Z always hides his eye? I mean I've never seen his eyes like never since childhood."

Hesperus: "Yeah same here, each time I try to imagine what his eyes are like I get the wrong imagination."

Azubah: "I once saw him going to the shower and tried to see if he would remove that cloth hiding his eyes, but the guy bathes with it?"

Maveth laughed and crouched down.

Maveth: "Dude don't be mad that you've never seen him naked. I mean if you're gay you can tell us, we are brothers and we'll accept you for who you are."

Hesperus (he chuckled slowly.) : "Yeah be proud you're who you are."

Azubah: "SHUT UP! I'M NOT GAY GOT IT?!"

Azubah (looked at Hesperus.) : "Hey, you heard? They're creating artifacts that can show how much magical power a person has and they're ready."

Hesperus (he quickly responded with a nodded.): "Yeah, I heard. So what do you think Z's magical power is?"

Maveth: "Father once told me when Z was a kid he once killed 96 angels as practise."

Hesperus and Azubah looked at Maveth in shock and disbelief of the news.

Hesperus: "What? No, that can't be real. I mean how come I didn't know about that? I mean I'm the firstborn and yet I never killed an angel as a kid, and for practise? How powerful is Z now?"

Azubah: "Damn, that's gonna be hard for anyone to believe. Z isn't just abnormal he's insane."

Maveth (he looked at Hesperus with a serious expression and bit his left thumb.) : "Hey Hes, have you ever seen our mom? I mean I try to remember her but it's all a blur."

Hesperus (he looked at his brother with pity in his eyes.) : "I'm just like you, I keep on trying but my mind is like is foggy. The only person who can tell you is dad."

Azubah: "It ain't easier said than done. I've once tried and he was furious and yelled at me."

Maveth: "I don't know what but I think he's hiding something from us."

Hesperus: "Maybe, it I think it's time we go and get answers now."

Azubah: "After we get our weapons."

In the dark alleyway someone was listening to them. It smiled and then disappeared.

Maveth (he looked at the alleyway and bit his thumb. Thinking to himself.) : "So you think I didn't notice you huh? Well I'll let you slide this once. But we'll meet again...." (He looked forward and a wicked smile formed on his face.) "And I'll kill you without hesitation."
