How Yuusuke met Yumehara

Yuusuke trudged down the main hall of the middle school, mumbling to himself. As he passed the disciplinary office, he noticed an individual being scolded within. Wearing cuffed jeans, sandals, and a torn t-shirt, it was obvious he was there because he wasn't wearing his uniform. Assuming of course, he actually was a student. With his silky black hair and radiant skin, he looked straight out of a boy band.

"Why won't you change clothes!?" the disciplinary chair fumed.

"Why would I wear such a repulsive mound of fabric? I need to feel good to bring out my best," the boy scoffed.

"Um, dress code?"

"I wear what I want."

"School rules-"

"Let me question you. Why must I attend school? I've been scouted by an agency already, so there's no need for a waist in time such as this glorified daycare center."

"Oi, how old are you?"

"14."

"Then your ass is required to go to school! Only way to get out of that is to be super smart."

"I AM smart. Fetch me a shogi board. I shall showcase my intellectual superiority."

Yuusuke shook his head and continued walking on his way. Later on, he'd come to learn that this was Yumehara Uchida, a Kpop idol. And that was how the two first met, or rather, encountered each other without realizing it.

A few days later, Yuusuke found himself scowling as he glanced at the news on TV.

"Huh? Why the nasty look?" Hagemi snarled.

"That guy. I saw him at school," Yuusuke growled as footage of Yumehara dancing on screen was shown.

"That guy at your school? As if. That kid's apparently got a deal with some big agency. Don't get it? Guy just oozes sleezeball and playboy crap. The hell does anyone see in that."

"Wow, you actually got a good take. I agree-"

"Huh? You implyin' my takes are bad?"

Yuusuke began to panick as Hagemi slowly rose from the sofa. "Well, you don't uh... Don't think I should play games-"

But the excuses didn't matter as Yuusuke was hurled out the window into the bush.

"And if you messed up my flowers, fix em!" Hagemi shouted as she slammed the window shut.

"Yes, Okaa..."
