#4 First Night under the same roof

After yelling at Suou for a bit, Yuki sits at the corner of the bed on which Suou is already lying on. After noticing that Yuki sat in the bed Suou shifts himself on one side of the bed.Yuki, "You don't have to move for me, I don't need to sleep."Suou, "Yes, yes. I just moved cause I wanted to."Yuki dramatically rolls her eyes.Suou puts his phone away and says, "I'm off to sleep. Don't mind to lay down next to me even if you don't need sleep. Goodnight."Yuki, "Tch..."After Suou became quiet, Yuki started drooling.Yuki, "Lying down for a bit won't hurt, I'm tired anyway."Saying this Yuki lies down beside Suou.Suou realises Yuki decided to lie down. He faintly smiles and closes his eyes again to sleep. Both of them eventually falls asleep without noticing.It's morning and Suou wakes up first. As he opens his eyes, he finds his face close to Yuki's. Suou blushes hard and sits right up. He glances back at Yuki and thinks, "She fell asleep after all. Though I don't like to admit it, she's kinda cute when she's asleep."Suou shakes his head vigorously and says, "What am I even thinking?"Suou gets up from bed and heads to freshen up. Meanwhile Yuki wakes up. She can't think of anything and sits right up.Yuki, "AAAAHHHH!!!!!! Where am I? What what.....eh!?!?Suou sticks his head out of the bathroom door and shouts, "Stop shouting."Yuki, "How am I here. I saw I was... I was... AAAHHH, Why can't I remember? Did I go through a memory loss."Suou says while being annoyed, "Huh?! Maybe you just had a dream. It's normal to forget it."Yuki, "Uh? But...but I was somewhere else doing...I can't remember."Yuki looks like she's about to cry.Suou, "Oi, idiot. You just dreamt of something, nothing special. Happens to all of us."Yuki, "But it never happened to me before. Did I fell asleep?"Suou, "Yes, you slept. That's why you had a dream. It's not real."Yuki was about to say something but Suou interferes.Suou, "Don't say a word. You came here that's why you're experiencing all the human things we experience everyday. Nothing to be scared of."Yuki says while glaring at Suou, "uh huh. And whose fault is that I'm here?"Suou quickly gets his head back into the bathroom and closes the door instantly.Yuki, "DON'T IGNORE ME!!!"After awhile Suou comes out, grabs his phone and lies on the bed again. Yuki doesn't say anything and goes to freshen up. When Yuki comes out of the bathroom she sees Suou sitting with breakfast ready.Yuki, "Where did you get food so fast?"Suou, "Online."Yuki, "It came so fast?"Suou, "Something that looked like a drone brought it flying through the window. Left it on the room and flew back."Yuki, "Why didn't you call me to see it?"Suou, "Why would I wanna bother you?"Yuki, "But I wanted to see how it came in."Suou, "Next time. Okay. Now, come eat before it gets cold."Without saying anything else Yuki sits beside Suou and they both finish eating.Yuki, "So, what do you wanna do today?"Suou, "Nothing."Yuki, "hmm?"Suou, "I don't wanna go outside."Yuki, "Oi, save this world and get me outta here."Suou, "Does this world really need saving?" I think all is just nothing but bluff. Seen anything unusual till now? No, right?"Yuki, "You're right though... DO YOU THINK I'D LIKE TO STAY IN THIS MORTAL WORLD!!! Send me back quickly."Suou, "Like I know how to."Yuki, "We just gotta defeat whoever is the core of all bad things here and get three wishes and use one wish to send me back."Suou, "Aren't you a goddess? Why don't you just go back yourself?."Yuki, "I....I...I...I don't..... it's just.."Suou, "Oi, what are you hiding?"Yuki, "I...I DON'T KNOW HOW TO."Suou sighs and says, "What kind of... nevermind. Anyway, I just don't wanna go outside today. Yesterday was too much anyway. Why don't we just rest today."Yuki, "...Yeah, you're right. I don't wanna do anything either. Let's just idle away."Suou, "That's more like it."
Suou and Yuki both lies down together in the bed and starts using their phone.Yuki, "Both of our phones are identical, isn't it."Suou, "Right, both are the same model I guess."Yuki, "uh huh."Suou, "At least, I'm glad that it turned out to be a world with phones. Maybe there's social media and games too...?"Yuki, "That'd be fun. I used to scroll on Earth's social media a lot. Even play games."Suou, "EHHH?!!?!??"Yuki, "What? Wasn't such thing your daily life?"Suou, "Aren't you a goddess? Then how did you..?Yuki, "Aah, it always gets boring there so I used to keep myself from getting bored. And you know, as an elite tier supreme goddess I could do anything I want."Suou, "You really like to brag about being a top tier every moment you get, don't you?"Yuki awkwardly smiles and says, "It's nothing like that."Suou, "Yeah, I can see it."Yuki starts shouting at him, "If I said it's nothing like that, IT'S NOTHING LIKE THAT, YOU HEAR ME YOU STUPID SHUT IN NEET."Suou, "too harsh."
After few hours, Yuki and Suou gets bored by sitting in their hotel room doing nothing.Yuki whines, "There's nothing fun to do."Suou, "Can't agree more. There's nothing fun to do on these phones either. Couldn't find any social media or games."Yuki, "This world doesn't roll like earth I guess."Going through his phone Suou notices something that has changed.Suou, "What is this? It says I acquired ability!'Yuki gets curious, "Eh! What?"Yuki snuggles closer to Suou to see.Yuki, "Yeah, you're right. It says abilities gained. Rarity... unknown? What does it mean?"Suou, "Now that you mentioned it, it is kinda sus."Yuki, "Let me check mine."Yuki checks her phone too and she also has gained ability.Yuki, "Huh? I gained something too and it says the same as yours."Suou, "Is something wrong with our devices? I don't feel any different."Yuki, "Neither do I."Suou jumps up and shouts, "Powers within me, I summon thee. Obey my words and show thyself!!!"Yuki, "What in the world are you even doing?"Suou gets embarrassed and says, "I thought it'd sound cool."Yuki, "Seriously, What's on that mind of yours."Suou, "Now, I think I recall something. I think I had a dream about something that is related to electricity."Yuki, "Whatchu mean?"Suou, "I don't recall it well but I think I saw something like me controlling electricity and things like....ahhh I can't remember."Yuki, "Dream....dream...ah, I saw something too."Suou, "You too?"Yuki, "I saw something like....umm.....uhh....maybe..... it's.....I can't remember."Suou, "Seriously?"Yuki, "I think I saw like.....I can't remember. What should I do? Would I rot here and die!!!!" Yuki starts throwing tantrums.Suou, "Uh, no worries. I'll get it sorted somehow."Yuki looks at Suou with teary eyes, "You will?"Suou, "I'm not sure but I got you covered. It's lunch time anyway. I'll order food for us. After eating let's head out and see what awaits for us."Yuki softly replies, "okay."

~I, Suou don't know what comes next for us or what awaits us. I can only hope for it to be all good.
