We only need a little break.

Aku wandered around the supreme land, without Nana helping her, she can’t go back to earth.

“What a weird place” Aku’s white ankle boots stepped on the sky under “infinite emptiness, the place was burned until the end isn’t it? Takashima thought the end of the world looks like the way home from the main street but it will probably look more like that, only emptiness.” Aku noticed someone lying on the floor.

“Hm?” Aku approached the person on the floor “who else can be here?”

She saw his face and thought of a perfect plan to make Nana feel better.

She dragged Natsuki to the place Nana was in, she hoped he didn’t hear the thoughts she said aloud.

“Nana look!” Aku said when she reached Nana, she was still staring at the sky above “I found Natsuki in this shape, can you take care of him.”

Nana stood up and went to Natsuki, she looked at him for a second and said “he did it before already.”

“Did what?” Aku sat on the floor.

“He always felt like a failure” Nana sat near Aku “everyone else felt like it too, he might not look like it but he was the weakest god on an official list the main god made at the time.”

“It sounds terrible” Aku looked a bit upset “I bet the ones in the high ranks was a bunch of assholes and the ones in the low ranks lost all of their confidence because of that main god!”
“Exactly” Nana shaked Natsuki a little trying to wake him up “he thought he needed to get better so he would not be useless to me.”

“Sounds familiar” Aku rolled her eyes.

“This time it looked like he worked himself even harder than last times” Nana stopped shaking Natsuki “I should give him some water.”

The three appeared in Nana’s house again, Aku’s original plan to return to earth succeeded.

Nana took a glass and filled it with water from the tap, she spilled all the water straight in Nastuki’s mouth.

“Right!” Natsuki sat in a sharp movement “I need to practice!”

“No you are not” Nana put a finger on Natsuki so he won’t be able to go “you don’t need to overwork yourself.”

“Nana is right, you need to understand what Takashima doesn't” Aku joined Nana’s talk.

“Aku please go home” Nana asked quietly, she didn’t even look at Aku “I can deal with him myself.”

“I understand” Aku exited through the door and went to her house.

“It has something to do with Fuyuki isn’t it?” Nana looked down and said as soon as Aku left.

“It is” Natsuki tried to stand up but couldn’t because Nana’s little finger put too much pressure on him.

“Tell me” Nana said, her voice trembled a little.

“I thought to myself, if I’m gone, how will you feel” Natsuki stopped trying to run away “I thought to myself, you will feel nothing because I’m nothing more than a failure to you. If I want to be a success I need to be better than Fuyuki.”

Nana gave Natsuki a slap, she tried not to hurt Natsuki but a red tiny hand symbol stayed on his cheek.

“Idiot!” Nana looked angry “don’t you see? I always pretended like I hated you from all my heart but I did not. Mark my words, I WILL DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU BECAUSE I CARE ABOUT YOU!”

Natsuki looked uncomfortable, he looked to the side and looked like he was thinking.

“I know you longer than I know Fuyuki therefore you mean more to me” Nana tried to comfort Natsuki.

“Give me a hug” Natsuki stared at the floor.

“A hug?” Nana was a bit confused “why do you need a hug?”

“I don’t know why, but I just want one” Natsuki felt just like a child over again.

“I think I know why you want one” Nana hugged Natsuki slowly “after all, gods and humans are very alike, sometimes we need a little comfort too.”

“Thank you former god of creation” Natsuki lied down on the couch “maybe all we need is to step back and relax a little”.

“Maybe we should” Nana patted Natsuki a little “we are working so hard so much time, what about a vacation?”

“Tomorrow we will not look at Yui or make a situation for him” Natsuki closed his eyes “tomorrow we will just sit back and rest.”

“Tomorrow we will kidnap boss” Kimori pointed at a board with a map on pinned on it in front of Aku.

“I’m done” Eda lifted a black loose suit he saw “wear this so even the security cameras will not be able to recognize you.”

“So if I understand right” Aku said the plan once again “I will wear that black suit and use the key that Eda made and then I will return this way?” Aku pointed at a red line on a map hanging on Kimori’s board.

“It’s not a very smart or complicated plan but considering your speed it will work the best.”

Aku tilted her head and pointed at one part of the way she is supposed to run in “isn’t that a main road?”

“If the cars get in your way you will jump over them” Kimori smiled sweetly.

“Isn’t that a little dumb?” Minato ate yogurt on the couch “with how much I like Yui and respect his craft, I don’t think kidnapping him from his parents is a good idea.”

“I think it’s a good idea because one reason” Nakata entered the living room from the hallway “two days from now is election day, it might not look like Yui was working hard but it was intentional. His campaign was built on mysteriousness and he tried really hard to keep it like that, it will be too unfortunate if he will lose his winning speech.

“Technically there is a big chance of losing” Eda said, he sat near the short table in the living room where he put his sewing machine.

“There are things you should not say” Kimori crossed his hands and nodded in disagreement.

“If so I will do it” Aku said in motivation, she was ready for action.
