Chapter 10:
I shaved a cute girl BALD! And now she's in love with me
Sumire shivered and sniffled as I shook my head. "Go home. Your ass needs rest."
"B- But- ACHOO! My- My pledge..."
"We don't service the sick."
"But in the old days, barbers were doctors."
"I'm a stylist, not a barber."
"The female equivalent of one."
Fucking semantics.
"Fine, I did contribute to your current condition, so I'll settle things with a special get-well shave."
Sumire closed her eyes as if she was beaming from ear to ear. That being said, the girl is sneezing, so no way that mask is coming off. That means the service gets modified.
"Alright, now since you're sick, we're just gonna do your head, no face or any other exposed skin. That clear?"
"I understand."
"Then ass down in the chair."
As Sumire nodded and headed for the chair, I went in the opposite direction towards the door, locking it and flipping the sign to "Closed". This is for the long-term, as if someone comes in while Sumire's still here, or after and gets sick, I'm liable, and boy, is it not fun. These are aristocrats that need to be sitting at a long table for 12 hours to make a sweet 10 billion a day. It's a miracle Beckett hasn't caused a pandemic yet, or that I haven't gotten sick from cleaning up his mess or his dog's.
"Now then, I think we'll skip the wash, or rather, substitute it for something a bit more relaxing," I smiled as I capped Sumire.
"What is it?"
"A "warm you up" package," I giggled as I began smearing shaving cream atop Sumire's head.
"The cream doesn't feel- ACHOO! Warm..."
"It will in a second, so just hang tight."
Sumire responded with a sniffle as I headed for the heating station, and fetched a hot towel. I then wrapped the towel around her creamy head, eliciting a blissful moan from her.
"Dis... My head feelz eeee."
If her mask weren't blocking it, I bet I'd be seeing a big derpy smile. Since I usually cover up her mouth during the makeover, her facial expressions are a bit restricted, so to think she's now smiling temps me to pull back the mask, but I mustn't. If she lets loose a sneeze, that's it for me.
"Alright, now I'm going to have you relax," I smiled as I fetched a large towel and wrapped it around the cape.
"Ahhh, warm... I'm warm eeee," Sumire giggled as her cheeks turned a slight shade red.
She's never acted this cute before. I get I'm giving her more of a healing than dominating service, but still... Something's not sitting right with me. Is it the lack of action? No, you don't humiliate someone when they're sniffly and miserable. But every time I hear her respond happy and derpy, it... It... Is that it?
When I hear how in bliss she is, it makes me want to see her smile. But she's sick. I can't just yank off her mask. Yet seeing the way she's squinting her eyes... That's a happy kind of squint. Ngh! Why am I getting so flustered over this!?
Leaning Sumire back, I procured some cucumber slices and placed them over her eyes, ordering her to take a good nap.
"Why must I sleep?" Sumire groggily asked.
"Because you're all wrapped up warm n' cozy. Take a snooze so you're rejuvenated for the shave proper," I smiled.
"A- Alright... Your queen... Your queen... is sleepy..."
Sumire's breathing began to relax as her sneakers slowly swayed to and fro. Within seconds, she was asleep. The soft sizzling of the hot towels permeated throughout the salon as I sighed and took a seat.
Maybe this is what I get for pushing her into the fountain. Not like I regret it, but I feel like I'm losing with that mask blocking her face. Her moans sound so blissful, I want to see the face she has while making those sounds, but I can't. She's sick, and me yanking off her mask could open the door for potential lawsuits. Not like it's a high possibility, but when you're in a business like this, you get paranoid of even small things that could snowball into a lawsuit. Also, she's asleep.
Sure, she might be smiling just as she was before, but how am I supposed to know. To think I'd be so flustered with her. I guess this is a draw, since she'd never accept this as a win. Not to mention, this is a healing treatment. If she stays sick, we can't have any fun, and that makes me miserable.
Eventually, I sat Sumire back up and woke her up, removing the cucumbers and towel from her head. I then shaved her before covering her head in wax.
"Only one round of shaving cream?" Sumire asked as I peeled the wax off with surprisingly little resistance.
"I told you, this is special service since you're sick. The goal today is to shave away the cold plaguing your body with the power of hot towels. So are you feeling better?" I asked as I lathered Sumire's head with depilatory cream.
"Hmm, I have not felt a sniffle since I awoke. Indeed, you do possess a medical license."
"Uh, no. I got a license, but it's for hairstyling and running this place, nothing on it that says I can doctor or get paid like one," I grumbled as I scraped away the cream.
Then again, I probably bank more than the average doctor anyway.
"Now when you get home, your ass is to sleep. I like that the demoted tyrant has returned, but she needs to be healthy, not Hurricane Beckett. So get out of here. You're done," I snarled as I oiled up Sumire's head before uncapping her.
"Done? But... But I was not reduced to humiliation. Are you giving-"
"The cold make you stupid? This doesn't count as a win. I'll only accept defeat from the best you've got, not the worst. So get on home. No charge since I hold some blame for your cold. Consider it my way of not asking for a lawsuit for making you sick."
"B- No, understood. Your queen shall allow the transgression of besieging her with a cold to be overlooked at the cost of the service I received today," Sumire huffed as she headed for the door.
Clunk! Clunk!
Ah, forgot I locked it.
