meet the bloodbriars
Students submit essays on gothic literature. The clever ones flourish. The arrogant try to mimic my style without comprehension.
I comment with delicate sarcasm, archaic references, and ironic suggestions. “…Ah yes, Poe would definitely appreciate your misuse of semicolons.”
The clever students grin quietly. The fools red-face. Justice is meted out, silent and precise. Satisfaction is mine.
