The new V.L

Lizzy's voice cut through the cold air, sharp and confident.

"So you want your defeat to be one-on-one."

Kira stepped forward, her boots crunching against frozen soil as her aura flared brighter around her body. The wind tugged at her hair, carrying the metallic scent of battle.

"Yeah," she said evenly, eyes locked on her opponent. "But the only one going down is you."

Lizzy smiled. "I'd love to see you try."

Electromiack flowed over Lizzy's hand like living liquid, swelling and twisting before bursting outward into long, snapping tentacles. She surged forward, swinging wildly, the tendrils cutting through the air with sharp cracks.

Kira raised her aura higher and moved—clean, precise steps—dodging each swing by inches. The tentacles slammed into trees and rocks behind her, splintering bark and shattering stone.

"Kinetic Punch Barrage!"

Kira slammed her fists into the ground repeatedly. The earth groaned. Massive rocks tore free, lifting into the air as if gravity had loosened its grip. She seized them with molecular kinesis and hurled them forward.

Lizzy skidded back, boots digging trenches into the soil.

Kira raced towards Lizzy, grabbed her by the neck, and jumped from tree to tree before punching her to the ground. Kira then punched a nearby hill, sending rocks flying, before using her molecular kinesis to hurl them at Lizzy while mid-air. Lizzy burst out from underneath the rocks.

Lizzy burst out from beneath the rubble, Electromiack dripping from her shoulders.

"Combat power 787."

"You'll pay dearly for that."

Blobs of Electromiack spread across Lizzy's back, morphing into extra arms holding jagged weapons. She charged again.

"Molecular Wall!"

The barrier formed just in time. Lizzy smashed into it, sparks dancing as Kira was slowly pushed backward, boots scraping against stone.

"Full Body Repulsion!"

The blast sent Lizzy skidding away. She countered immediately, hurling every weapon at once. Electricity surged through the air—Kira cried out as it coursed through her body, nerves screaming. Her arms shook as the weapons recoiled back into Lizzy and were absorbed.

Kira reached toward a frozen tree. Icicles tore free, sharpened midair.

"I can easily dodge those."

"Molecular Fusion."

Lizzy froze as the ground locked her in place. The icicles struck, slicing shallow cuts across her arms and torso. Instead of blood, shimmering Electromiack seeped out, writhing as it touched the air.

"As you can see," Lizzy said calmly, "my insides are made of Electromiack. I could only bring it out through my hands—but now that you've cut me, it can flow through those cuts."

The substance surged, forming long tendrils that twisted violently in the wind.

"Prepare for pain."

Snow-Covered Ridge

Decibolt and Techno tumbled out of a portal onto a frozen hill, snow spraying everywhere.

"You just ensured your destruction," Techno said coldly.

Decibolt wiped blood from his nose and rose. "I'm a level thirteen Crystal Cadet. Your only fate is demise."

"Sure. Electro Fury—56"

His finger sparked as he drew a circle in the snow. The circle formed around Decibolt, releasing streams of electricity that formed an electric cylinder, continuously electrocuting him. The cylinder moved towards Techno, but he punched it back; it returned, and he kicked it back again.

"I can do this all day."

"Deci-Cannon!"

The blast detonated, sending Decibolt flying down the slope.

"Is that all the Crystal Cadet can muster?"

"Not even close."

He opened a portal and shot Decicannon. Multiple ripple portals opened, firing Decicannon from different angles at Techno before Decibolt punched him back.

"Electro Fury—sixty-three!"

An electric storm formed overhead. Lightning rained down. Decibolt raised a sonic barrier—it cracked, then shattered. He dove out of the way just in time.

"I hope the snow's nice and hard."

A sonic pulse sent Techno tumbling as Decibolt slid after him.

"You and your partner are something else. Unfortunately, even with everything you did, your demise is inevitable. Electro Fury 91, Bolt Cannon!"

Decibolt countered with his Final Super Sonic Ripple Blast. Snow melted beneath the force. Techno smirked and leapt aside.

"You can't use that attack often. That's why you saved it."

Decibolt said nothing.

"Electro Fury—one hundred. Electro Dragon!"

Three massive lightning dragons formed, roaring as they hovered above.

"This isn't good."

Back to Kira

Lizzy glanced skyward, looking at the electric dragon. "Looks like you'll both fall at the same time."

Kira clenched her fists. Her power readings climbed—790 and rising.

"Let's end this."

The tendrils surged toward her.

"It's now or never."

Kira closed her eyes. Her aura calmed—then intensified violently.

"This is when I'm not holding anything back," she said. "And this... is my Atomic Kinesis."

She raised her hand.

The Electromiack slowed. Its texture shifted—rubberized, elastic.

"What did you do?!"

"I don't need to explain. Just know your time is up."

Lizzy attacked again. Tendrils snapped—then softened, rebounding uselessly.

"This is impossible! Electromiack is invincible!"

Spiked weapons formed. Kira transformed them too. Rubber warped, collapsed, reverted.

She struck—punch, spin-kick, repulsion blast—driving Lizzy back.

"This is the end."

Lizzy screamed as her own insides began to change.

"No! I won't go out like this!"

"Oh, quit whining. Super Kinetic Punch!"

Lizzy flew into a hillside and vanished in smoke.

Decibolt — Final Exchange

"You're finished."

Stars, bolts, cannons—everything fired. Decibolt fell hard, armor scorched, blood streaking down his cheek.

"I can't lose."

He saw Kira dominating with her Atomic kinesis.

"If she can do it... so can I."

(He stood up as the air shifted, and a sonic aura rose from beneath him. The dragons fired, but he swiftly dodged all their attacks. He ran towards Techno, using sonic platforms to leap onto a dragon's head. He began running down its back while using sonic discs to slice through it. Another head fired an attack, but he threw a disc at it before firing a sonic pulse blast. The third head then knocked him to the ground, but he landed on his feet.)T

"Electro Fury 100 cannot be defeated. Electro Blazing Fire!"

The three dragons shot out immense electricity that merged into a huge cannon.

"You think Electro Fury is impressive? Here's Sonic Fury!"

A circular sonic ripple formed behind his head before he fired a powerful mass of sonic wave. The two attacks collided, blasting snow away with their force.

"Your defeat was meant to be absolute; it cannot be."

The Sonic Fury dominated and overpowered Techno, sending him flying before he disappeared in a cloud of yellow smoke.

Aftermath

The two regrouped and faced the two V.S. generals. They were weakened, shaken, but ready to finish the fight. They could no longer maintain their aura state.

The two of you are finally going down.

They smirked

Have you accepted your fate?

Sure, they were supposed to defeat you, but their main purpose was to weaken you.

A voice cut through the air.

"They executed their mission perfectly."

Black smoke swirled.

A dark figure appeared in a cloud of black smoke.

"Is that... Sand Tomb?!"

The figure was revealed to be Sand Tomb.

"How, were you in the V.S. HQ when it blew up?

"It's true, I almost met my demise in the HQ, but I turned my entire body into sand and slipped through your little portal. Now I have regained my rightful place as the new V.L. and can finish what Unknown set out to do."

"It doesn't matter; we're a lot stronger than before, and now we can put you in your place."

"I agree you're a lot stronger than before, but so am I. And on top of that, you're weakened."

He morphed into sand and swarmed towards them, then tackled Decibolt, smashing his crystal and causing his armor to disappear. Kira threw a punch, but he dodged it. Turning to her, he kicked her to the ground, grabbed her hand, and smashed her Galaxom, causing her armor to dematerialize. He then pulled out a device and pressed it against Kira while removing her C.O.)

" What did you do?"

"I used this device to unbind your C.O. from you. You're powerless. Now I also need a Galaxom. He looked at Decibolt, and before he could react, a sand arm raced out and snatched his Galaxom.

"Alright, that's everything I need. Prepare yourself, because you can only imagine what's going to happen next."

He vanished with them in smoke.

"This can't be good."

She shivered in the cold.

"How are we getting back to the Guardian's chamber?"

She looked at her sparking Galaxom.

"I think I can get this to work."

She pressed some wires together, and an unstable portal opened.

"Quick, before it closes!"

They ran through.

Guardian's Chamber

The two stumbled out.Guardian: Oh good, you made it.Kira: We have to find a way to stop Sand Tomb and whatever he's planning.

"I'm tracking Hakim's Galaxom... it's in Singapore, specifically Old Man Pete's junkyard."

"There, again.Kira: We have bigger problems than that; he has my C.O. and you don't have your armor."

"Here are two of the latest Galaxoms."

He handed them over.

"After you recover—"

"We don't have time for that; we need to act now!"

"Fine, but not like this."

He raised his staff, which began to glow before healing them."

"Could you always do that?"

"I save it for dire moments."

They snapped on their Galaxoms. A black high-tech suit with glowing pink lines and a sleek helmet materialized for Kira, while an aqua blue suit with sky-blue glowing lines and a sleek blue helmet materialized for Hakim.

"Why is my suit blue?"

" Just part of the Crystal Cadet design. Now go!"

They went through the portal.
