Iorwerth the stupid

As the round began, the game between Iorwerth and Vsevolod opened with e4, e5, and d4, a Center Game, which Vsevolod decided to accept by capturing the pawn at d4 with his e-pawn.

"Old man fell for it! Now I can play the Danish!" Iorwerth thought as he giddily moved his pawn to c3.

Vsevolod captured said pawn without hesitation with his d-pawn, resulting in Iorwerth's grin widening as he moved his bishop to c4.

"Why's he offering up a pawn?" Vsevolod thought as he captured the pawn at b2 with his c-pawn.

"THIS IS WHY! I got two beaming bishops!" Iorwerth gleefully thought as he captured the pawn at b2 with his bishop.

"I see... How troublesome," Vsevolod thought as he moved his knight to c6.

Next, knight e2, knight f6, h4, bishop c5, h5, knight g4, and finally rook h4, were played out before Iorwerth had decided to get up for a stroll. Vsevolod had long since taken the liberty of capturing the rook at h4 with his queen, leading to Iorwerth's clock continuing to tick down until he finally returned.

"Now it's all on me to win!" Iorwerth gleefully thought as he moved his king to f1.

"Oh, I see. Checkmate," Vsevolod growled as he captured the pawn at f2 with his queen, winning the game.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" 

Now thanks to Iorwerth the stupid, the Stream team was 0-1 in the hole.
