Moving on to the playoffs

"And the finals are set! We got favorites like Alaskan Wildlife Tours, Eegorvola, and surprises like bondiliego and Sally Nemo!" Kisha declared as the final round of group play came to a close.

"Tch, this is some sick joke. We barely miss out, but Yuusuke's in, without having won a single individual game," Hagemi grumbled.

"That's how it can be sometimes in team events," Mimoko sighed.

Collette groaned and curled up into a ball. "If you weren't on this team, I could've focused better. Ugh, but that's just an excuse. I had a bad tournament."

"Many do. Don't get down over it and try to get yourself back in form for the next tournament."

"Hearing that from a woman I despise doesn't help motivate me, you know."

Though Pnina Sapir had avoided last place, they sadly hadn't been able to make the playoffs, thanks in no small part to their matchup against Sally Nemo. With Mimoko held to a draw by Zsa Zsa, Sally Nemo was able to eek out a win, despite Yuusuke allowing Oiva to get his first and only win of the tournament.

"Look on the bright side; at least we won't have to join the bright side," Fran laughed as he glanced over at the members of the Stream Team, all of whom were now completely bald.

"I'm glad I'm not a Ewetuber," Noa nervously chuckled.

"Hmm, Oiva wouldn't mind a smoothing," Oiva pouted.

But for the remaining teams, the tournament was still on.
