The city full with chaos

Hikaru city in the past the cities dominate the riches city before the war. The city is now full of murder and crime are common place . make the city look lifeless. even the government give up about this and Mafa make old gover facilities with a new function.there a company named deadrise Corp they take anyjob with contract named Firefly Contract/Hotaru Contract 

they take jobs from everyone and give jobs to anyone . whoever gives the jobs they called giver and people take the jobs named Taker. and people check job is finished or not by the taker named controller. unlike guild using we do not need to test and rank to sort out the job .deadrise uses taker experience and level from the finished job from the job area.
