Encounter Hiku and her Team II - Trapped

"What do you want, Dino girl?" Hiku responded, her etervictus blade pointed directly at my form, I responded with guttural snarl, gritted my teeth. "Don't you dare to call that name on me."

"And what's your name?" Sylvia asked, brow furrowed in suspicion yet defensive. I draw myself closer towards them, making the atmosphere became silent, except the sound of our breathing, I introduced myself with my arms crossed around my chest, my sharp tooth poked out from my lips.

"My name is Kyou, the caretaker of my brother." I gestured towards my brother behind with a soft chirp, nostrils flared as he nudge my back. "And also a queen and protector of this forest, or known as my territory."

"Wait… you're brother was a T-Rex!?" Rosetta asked, eyes brightened in both curiosity. I nodded, still leaned on the truck of the tree with a single stick of lollipop on my lips. "Yep, that's my brother."

"Cool…" they said in unison. Hiku and her team stared at my brother, wearing a saddle, curious piqued, they knew I didn't mean to harm them, suddenly they lowered their weapons though they still on their grip in case when I prepare for another attack. Rosetta amazed with her both hands clasped on her chest. "Kyou… what a cool name, and sounds frightening maybe, you're a nice person?"

"She is." Violet growled in warning to her girlfriend, the translucent of her warhammer pulsating in purple hue, her pink eyes narrowed although she never trust anyone—especially me. "But I don't trust her… yet."

"And what's your name warriors?" I asked them, my gaze landed between their attire and weapons.

"I'm Hiku Hiroshima, the Bakeneko knight princess. Student from Aonogami Academy" Hiku introduced herself, her hand on her chest above on her heart, her armor gleamed from the dusk light. "This is Sylvia Momokuro." she gestured. "My girlfriend." Sylvia bow her head, axolotl frills fluttering. "Nice pleasure to meet you, queen Kyou. This is my cousin Violet." Violet turned off her visor, nodding off, Sylvia gulped nervously, before she could Rosetta introduced herself, translucent gradient wings fluttering in squeal excitement.

"Hi Dino girl! Name's Rosetta Shizuku, Violet's girlfriend and I'm half-fawn and half-fairy! It's nice to meet you!"

Violet covered her face with her gauntlet hands, face hotter from embarrassment, her warhammer sat beside her. Sylvia laughed nervously, patting her cousin's back. I stared at them nonchalantly, said nothing. My brother grunted almost amused but I shot him in warning glare, I realized something… they might've be a member of the hunters, my brow furrowed, clenching my teeth furiously, my fingers digging against my palm between my side, almost drew a blood, I slammed my tail on the ground with a loud cracking sound.

THUD!

They paused, Violet remove her hands from her face, her reddish face from embarrassment vanished, replaced in serious. Hiku and the rest stared at me.

"And just what the hell are you doing on my territory?! Get out of here! You're pretending to be a stranger! You think you could outsmart me to trust you so easily!? Not today! You've might be a member of the hunters!"

"We're not a member of the hunters! We're from Aonogami Academy!" Sylvia fight back, her knuckles trembled, axolotl frills flared.

"Hey! We're not here to capture you! We're here to help you! To find out who kill your family!" Hiku fight back as well, she took another step.

"Help me!? HELP ME!? LIARS! YOU'RE ALL LIARS! JUST LIKE HUNTERS WHO ASSAULT MY ENTIRE FAMILY!" 

I argued, terrified, step back away, fingers curled around the staff of my spear, the fossilized blade gleamed against the dusk light pointed at their direction as they draw closer.
Hiku swallowed nervously, a pang of guilt and empathy stirring on her heart as she took a step forward, her gauntlet hand raised, gesturing she's not trying to harm me.

"K-Kyou… it wasn't us, we're here to help you, please… trust me."

My breathing ragged, my pupils slitted, still stumbled backwards away from them, hissing, still holding my spear as defense mechanism. Gritting my teeth furiously.

"I don't trust you! You've just trying to capture me!"

"No, that's not what we've talk about…!" Hiku pleaded, her gloved hand raised as she moved forward made me stumbled away further.

"Please, Kyou… we're here to help you." Rosetta pleaded, her golden heels clicked softly on ground. I feel my back pressed against the trunk of the tree, I've realized I've been cornered, my gaze darting around to find an escape.

My purple-amber eyes suddenly shifted, turned into pure blood color, pupils molding into Q-shaped, my little brother hiding himself behind the thicket, retreat himself as he sense the familiar aura was seemed become darker than before, he knows I was slowly changing.

Hiku and her team freeze, as the atmosphere become disaster, birds flighted away to flee. "What's happening?" she asked, her voice was silent, Sylvia lift her head from above, Violet activate her visor, Rosetta let a sharp gasp as she felt the ground beneath them trembled.

"Oh no…"

"Wait a second— what's happening to Kyou!?"

"She's changing! Look! Her form growing bigger!"

They cried in unison, eyes wide in pure horrific look forming from their face, watching my form shifting the sound of bones cracking, tearing fabric, flesh molding into rough scales in bizarre, terrifying transfiguration. My nose lengthened into snout, teeth sharpened as razor blades, thorned horns sprouting on the top of my head. My arms still small, but still sharp as the same transformation I've used since years ago after my family's death.

Hiku and her team's eyes widened in disbelief and terror, they've realized they made a huge mistake; no one messed the wrong person who's stronger than weak.

"No way… it couldn't be real…" Sylvia mumbled, hand flew over her mouth, lips trembled in both awe and terrified.

"Kyou become a monster of vengeance…"

"She is…"

As the transformation complete, I stood taller than a massive trees, stay still, eyes still shut, my massive legs loomed at front of them like a pillars from the walls, my little brother emerged slightly from the thicket, whimpered as he saw his sister was transformed once again after the ambush.

I snapped my eyes wide, Q-shaped pupils gleamed in eerie crimson, massive shadow swallowed their small form whole.

"Team, we have to stop her—" Hiku staggered when she shift her attention from her team towards my massive form; the devil version of my T-Rex form, same form but even more darker, I agape my jaw wider and charged towards their direction. "Oh no…"

Before they could split up, I snapped my jaws around them. And darkness...

Hiku stirred from her unconsciousness with groan slip from her lips. Beside her Sylvia whimpered, already awake but squirmed helplessly, struggled to pulled herself away, gritting her teeth. Hiku's gaze lowered, she'd realized she was wrapped in wires and vines, alongside with her Sylvia, Violet and Rosetta who gain unconsciousness, still on their battle attire.

"Ugh… what happened?" Rosetta mumbled, rubbing her temple with her two fingers, her green eyes still cloudy, unfocused. Violet rolled her eyes, her visor was off, gaze furious, squirming.

I standing in front of them, fully human but still in hybrid traits, my tail swishing behind me as I observed them in this cage I've made. I looped them prevent from escaping in thick vines and wires from the tent. I tied their unconscious body in the trunk of the tree, prevent them from stopping me, I smirked for myself, my brother stood beside me, stared at them silently.

Violet yelled, attempt to fight back, pink eyes narrowed, she's now furious than earlier. 

"Gah! LET US GO, OR I'M FORCING TO RIP THIS OFF AND PUNCHING YOUR FACE!!!"

"DO IT! Or I'll devour you alive!"

"Kyou-san, please! We're begging you, just let us go! We didn't mean to scared you!" Rosetta begged, her voice was softhearted, squirmed slightly against the coil. "We're just trying to save you from your reckless vengeance! Please, Kyou-san…"

I stared at them, my gaze darkened, slammed my tail on the ground, withdraw myself away from them without saying another word. 

Rosetta whimpered, although she never fight back, glanced at her team, still squirming against the coils, shift her attention back to me, watching me leaped from the ground and landed on my brother's back, he let out a thunderous roar and his massive footsteps reverberated through the woods as we moved forward towards the unknown path.

Violet sighed, utterly defeated, glance at her team, but she refused to give up and activated her communication headphone to dial principal Mizuki.

"Principal! We're trapped!"

What happened, miss Momokuro?

"Kyou trapped us here! She prevent us to followed her back!"

"Violet! Tell Principal Mizuki to call Seo-yeon, right now! We need another backup!" Hiku demanded behind the trunk, glance over her shoulder although she can't see Violet from the side, gritting her teeth, still squirming against the coil, nibbling the wires with her fangs.

"On it!" Violet nodded, shift her attention back to her call. "Principal! We need a backup immediately before Kyou loose her mind! Or something even more worst!"

The call ended, Violet leaned the back of her head against the trunk behind her, Sylvia glanced beside her, her chest rising and falling, swallowed hard. Rosetta closed her eyes, hands clasped together on her chest, praying silently, hoping her praying answered. Hiku lowered her gaze on the ground, waiting for someone to break themselves to chase after me while I was gone for traveling, and make rebellion against humanity.
