Chapter 2: Walk down Memory Lane

The Infinity Cypher

“September 11st, 2001, it’s been a year since Glitch Atkins’ death for his race to prolong and thrive. To be honest, it feels like a waste to just have one survive while the others perish.” (Gust of wind blows his cape as he stares into the horizon) “Even though he created an S Class Hacker, makes me wonder why though? Was it for him to cleanse himself from all his sins? Or was it for something else? I knew what he told me was true, but why do this when I’m still trying to unlock the Eye of Reality? At my current state, I can only unlock the Infinity Eye, but Glitchiona Yamada was born just a few months after I was capable of unlocking it. I named her after the one who gave me her and the one who fought for her existence. Glitch, if you are watching over your creation, your doings, your prophecy. It’s here right in front of me now and I’ll take care of her until my last breath… just like the family you swore to protect.” (His phone began to violently vibrate and ring within his pocket after noticing what it was. He reached into his pants pocket and retrieved his phone.) “Hello?” I answered. “S4! Have you read the newspaper or watched the news about what had happened to Glitch Atkins’ Clan and about what Father Hatena been hiding behind closed doors?” EMP Byrne questioned one of my close friends.

“I haven’t as yet, but I’ll get into it as much as I can,” I replied.

“I see, but I also notice, you are dodging my calls for eleven months. I’m surprised you accepted my call today,” EMP acknowledged.

“Yeah, I had something’s to do and I was a bit busy also…. You know…,” I fumbled.

“Yeah, I understand how you are handling Glitch’s death. I’m still trying to handle it too,” EMP said.

“Yeah, so what you up to?” I asked.

“Trying to find Project Series that were released in the past nine months really but also trying to get the squad back together since you went silent for like a year,” EMP stated.

“Interesting, so when are we getting back together?” I questioned.

“Well, that’s why I called Ha-Ha-Ha,” EMP laughed, “But, we’ll meet up around the 21st of this month so yeah by Master Wu’s Dojo like old times,” he continued.

“Alright, I’ll be there when the time comes,” I confirmed.

“Oh, yeah before you go. How are Alice and the kids?” EMP asked.

“She is fine, taking her job seriously since we got married and the kids. They are fine, S4. Jr is improving a lot in his training and soon will unlock the Infinity Eye but Amy and Lisa are still in medical condition because they have the same disease or power like my sister did,” I explained.

“Well, that’s a bummer but at least you’re ok and not doing anything hasty or idiotic. Plus, Krest Isaac is coming town soon.”

“When? Here in FN HQ Hatena D1 or 2?” I questioned.

“He (Krest) told me around tomorrow or when we have to meet up. I can’t wait to see him it’s been a while you know,” he answered.

“Indeed! But I have a question for you.”

EMP’s eyebrow rose as he placed his hand underneath his chin, “What is it?”

“How are you and Celina Roesler doing? Any Kids yet?” I asked.

“Yeah, we are doing fine but let me do this,” EMP replied before turning on his jamming device and connected his phone to it. He also zapped the phone to keep its frequency.

“You disabled something, didn’t you?” I asked as I over heard a high pitch sound.

“Yeah so, no one can hear us and we’re meeting on the 12th of September by the way and Krest is here with me in the house with everyone else and we also meeting up in the Town of Nexeus also,” EMP explained.

“I can see we never change,” I smiled.

“New Year, new me ha-ha all a bunch of crazy talk. We’ll never change basically and I do have a son his name is G..li..de…,” EMP said.

“Hello EMP? You there?” I questioned as I wasn’t getting any response from him. Soon after the call went blank.

“Of, course they will cut the line since we were on a secure line. Hmph, the Infinity Clan can never change either, especially with Draco Virchow watching over my ass like a fucking Hawk!” “S4! What did I say about swearing in the house with the baby around!” yelled Alice Yamada, my wife. “Sorry dear!” “Don’t sorry, me… and keep it down… jeez. I only told you to hold her for a couple minutes so, I can take a bath but this is ridiculous,” She lectured as she snatched Glitchiona out of my arms. “I’m off to get some air,” I said, softly. “What?! What is this all about now? I thought you said you’re going to help me look after her and then go and check on Amy and Lisa afterwards,” She reminded. “We are going to… I just wanted to take a walk, my gosh man,” I exaggerated. “I’m not a man!” she shouted, angrily. “It’s just a phrase, my gosh woman!” (I ran outside before she throws her shield at me) “Can’t believe the gang is meeting back up again after four years,” I pondered. “I can imagine how strong they all gotten except EMP, he still the same with his gadgets and stuff but he can still match up with me in close combat. Man, I can’t wait to see them.” I then smiled to myself.

“Yo, EMP!” A voiced called. I shifted himself to my left and saw Krest Isaac scanning the horizon for S4. “When you say S4 is coming?” he asked. “Yeah, I’m wondering the same… When will he be here?” questioned Celina Roesler/Byrne. “He might be running a bit late or forget about us basically, you know S4 he thinks about himself than others and sometimes I can’t blame him,” Crow Reich stated. I shrugged a bit after Crow’s remark and said, “He’ll be coming trust me guys and gals.” “Technically you said that around five times EMP san, however, we must have patience for that is the key,” Sensei Wu acknowledged, smiling as he walked out of the dojo. “Says the one who wanted to kill S4 for marrying his granddaughter,” I uttered. “Do you want me to hit you with this noddle stick EMP Byrne or you haven’t learnt anything since the last few years?” asked Sensei Wu. Sweat began to run down my face, during my panic I quickly responded, “I’m sorry sensei.” “Anyway, enough of tom foolery. Here he comes over the horizon,” Sensei Wu pointed out. As they got closer to us, Krest noticed S4 wasn’t alone. “Who is that with him?” he questioned. “It’s Alice and it seems like she brought their baby, oh my gosh… I wonder how cute it looks!” shouted Celina and began waving at them. They darted to the dojo and saw their old friends waving at them, greeting them with heartwarming smiles and cheers of happiness after not seeing them for four years. “Now that the gang is back together, now it’s time for us to get back to what we were doing and that’s stopping Dr. Kazimin’s plans of taking over this planet and destroying his projects for good,” I said. “So, EMP. I think you have a lot of information to fill me in with,” S4 nodded. “Yeah, I do.” We all watched each other with a face of determination. “Alright, here is the plans I been coming up with. In Hatena-D4 and 5 are owned by Vale.” “Jades Units, right?” said Alice. Yeah, but the thing is Project 3, 4 and 5x were located here (Hatena-D3) within the towns and cities. While SHUNNF owned by Father Hatena can be seen heading here close to the same areas where Project 3x was found however she vanished into thin air so they set up camps there. “So, what about Project 4x?” S4 asked. Well, he is in the Hatena D2 areas close to Hatena D3 also like right in that gap there. /Points on the map/ “So, Project 5x is growing or he just running like a coward?” asked Alice. “She does have a point, Project 5x energy has developed over the years when we didn’t engage him and the others. He is the reason why am disabled,” said Sensei Wu. “He is right EMP. So, our next target is Project 4x and 5x,” said S4. “What about Project 3x, S4?” questioned Crow. “That’s a good question you know, Crow,” said Celina. “Well, you see if we have to track down Project 4x we would have to search around twenty-five towns and five of them are major cities within Hatena D3 and D4.” “EMP is right but we can’t split up, it’s going to be much you know,” S4 mentioned. “Um, is Alice coming with us?” I asked. “No, I’m not I have things to do and I am on vacation in a way so if they see me outside, they will be asking a lot of questions so I’m out,” she answered. “Good point you should leave now before they ask questions and S4 go with her. I’ll meet up with you tomorrow. “Alright! See you soon.” Both S4 and Alice replied. Crow, S4 and me will go to Hatena D3 while the others will go to Hatena D4. “Sounds like a plan EMP,” said Crow. Yeah, I hope it just goes to plan, and we can put an end to this. It is what Glitch would have wanted it. “Yeah, a moment of silence for him.” said Alex. “Peace to the fallen.” said everyone.

(The next morning S4, Crow, EMP and I (Alex) set out to track down the Project Series) S4 come on let’s go. “I’m coming Alex!” shouted S4. So where going to Hatena D3. Huh never been there though. “Well, we are going let’s head out.” Said EMP. After investigating the cities and towns, we stumbled upon Project 4x. We weren’t going to engage him as yet until the others come but he saw us and attacked us. (I pushed EMP out of the way of his attack) “Seems like he wanted a fight huh?” said S4 eagerly to fight. “We most hold him off until the others come!” EMP shouted. “Alright!” we all responded and agreed to. (Crow slashed his arms with his blades. While S4 forces gravity on him to slow him down every time he moves) “I think we got him!” shouted S4. “Are you sure you can contain me fools?” said Project 4x. “Of, course we can hold you. You’re easy,” Replied Crow. “How sure are YOU!” shouted Project 4x. Then a dark shadow covered the area. I think it was around twenty miles or more. The place was just filled with darkness like the sun had been closed off. “It’s Project 5x!” shouted S4 and EMP. “Dammit. He just had to call for reinforcements,” said Crow while he is pulled into the darkness. “Don’t let him capture any of us or he will absorb us,” said EMP fighting off the darkness with his sword. I don’t get this how is he just controlling the shadows so easily? That’s it! (I then slammed the ground with my hammer and created a crater that separated the darkness around us) “Where is Crow?” asked EMP. I don’t see him. (S4 then pushed the darkness away from us in a radius of fifty meters using Release) “Alex, throw your hammer at Project 4x! I can’t hold the gravity around him anymore I’m losing control over it!” shouted S4. (I threw my hammer and it seems like it fractured Project 4x’s arms and chest. I just hope it didn’t kill him 100% because we need him alive for more intel) “Crow is fifty-six meters away from us Northwest.” said EMP. “Roger!” replied S4. (S4 then aimed at the coordinates EMP gave him and fired a blast of energy to that specific location) “Did it hit?” asked S4. “It seems so.” Said EMP. No look he blocked it. “What?!” said S4 confused and surprised. “It seems Project 5x can detect or predict our moves. What a bastard.” Said EMP. “Nice one.” Said S4. (I then called my hammer to my hand and slammed it to the ground again to see if I can at least deal a little of damage to him to by us some time but no effect) “Where here guys!” shouted Celina and Sensei Wu. “Just in time.” Said S4. Now let’s bring him down. (Project 5x then pushed us all down and held some of us in the air and then hauled them into the ground. It wasn’t a pleasant site. S4 throws his sword at Project 5x and it pierced thought his aura field) “Direct hit.” Said S4. “Here is our chance guys, ATTACK!” shouted EMP. “Guys HELP ME!” shouted Crow being slowly drained of his power. “Shit! He has Crow!” EMP yelled. “I see now. This was his plan all along, wasn’t it?” asked S4. “Of, course this one here is very special, next to your Sensei Wu but since he is here always. It’s a two and one deal for me now. Now Die!” shouted Project 5x. “Sensei, look out!” shouted Celina. (Krest then slashed this tentacle away from Sensei Wu) “It seems my food is being very feisty. How amusing,” said Project 5x. “Project 5x Go! The Doctor wish to see you. I can handle this.” Said Project 4x in a different language I recognize from my father’s books. “What did he just say?” asked Sensei Wu. “He is speaking in an old language that was used by specially trained ninjas/warriors were in service it’s called Japon. Japonis an exonym, it is used (in one form or another) by a large number of languages. To me, I sometimes think that language is randomize to confuse other users and anyone listening to them.” Said S4. “Interesting but we still need to get Crow away from them.” Stated EMP. Good point, but we can’t risk hitting him from the standpoint we are at you know. “He does have a point EMP.” Said S4. “Yeah, true but we need to capture them.” Replied EMP. “What can we even do?” asked Celina. “So, have you all given up?” said Project 5x holding Crow tightly. He then throws Crow into is dark void and disappears. “Now let us get back to what we first left off.” Said Project 4x. (Celina shot Project 4x in the stomach, I slammed my hammer to keep him stunned, while EMP electrics him and S4 finishes him with a blast of raw energy) I think he is dead now. “Yes, he is.” Said S4. So, what’s our new motive now? “Getting Crow back from Project 5x of course.” Replied EMP. “He wouldn’t have gotten far if my predictions are right.” Said Sensei Wu. “Indeed. Let’s start moving out.” Said S4. I think it’s odd that Project 5x just left us and not take Project 4x with him like they always do. “You do have a good eye for patterns, Alex.” Said EMP. I just hope Crow is doing fine. (We rushed into towns, cities, and other locations trying to find Crow but we couldn’t find him)

“I have brought you a specimen Doctor.” Project 5x said. What about Project 4x? Did you bring him back? “No Sir but I wiped his memory and turn him into a frenzy mode.” he replied. I see, anyway, this gift you brought to me was one of my old projects that failed. He is basically useless but he might come in handy for my new project I’m planning of making. “And that would be?” he asked. A person that can resist any damage from anything. That’s my new project I’m thinking of making, so I can make you all more capable of taking down these pests that wants to destroy my precious toys I created. “I see so how can this pest you call it? Be of use to us?” Project 5x asked. Well, you see my child. His blood is capable of bending or shifting itself into anything he wants. Which means if my patience can’t die from blood loss. I can continue with my experiments. “I understand Doctor but I thought I was the only one who can’t be killed.” Project 5x said. No, no, no, my child that was an inaccurate statement and calculation because you are able to die. However, it’s mostly by the hands of people who are born within the Infinity Clan and was trained in the ways of the Infinity can eliminate you by just preforming a seal or this. (Shows Project 5x the Infinity Clan’s most powerful weapons) “What are these weapons?” asked Project 5x. They are the Infinity Spears. The Spear of Reality and the Spear of Rebirth. The only weapons that makes the Infinity Clan powerful and are the only weapons that can one hundred percent kill you without trying. “How is that?” asked Project 5x. Well you see these Spears are made out of Exodus’ blood and blessed by the Holy Knights of Infinity. It was then placed into some sort of material that makes it unbreakable but allows it to blend and flex but can be solid at the same time which makes me want to study into it even more, over time. After studying it, it allowed me to make you, your brothers and sisters. I am now the new creator of this world with these two spears once Seele is with my plan. “And what is that Doctor?” Project 5x asked. Turning this world into my playground mahahaha. Now ready, this ancient toy to be experimented on once again. “You will not break me Dr. Kazimin. I will be the one who shall kill you when my friends get here.” Said Crow. You don’t even know what you are so you can’t kill me if you can’t even find yourself. “I’LL KILL YOU!” shouted Crow. (He tries to attack the doctor but Project 5x disabled his powers and knocked him out) Pathetic as always Crow. You’re still just a youngling to me now. Get him out of my sight. “Yes Doctor.” Said Project 5x. Well Seele, I hope you have found your host. (Calls Seele using a mental link)

Conversation between Dr. Kazimin, Seele and other

Dr. Kazimin: Seele are you there?

Seele: Yes, what do you want?

Dr. Kazimin: Have you found your host? Because remember I have sent out my Projects to keep them busy from finding you.

Seele: Even if they find me, they will not be able to defeat me and don’t underestimate me, Doctor.

Dr. Kazimin: I’m not just wondering what you’re up to.

Seele: I’m slaughtering hundreds of people without anyone knowing to regain my other halves.

Dr. Kazimin: Are you an imbecile? Your other halves are unlocked already you just have to open your mind’s eye child.

Seele: Really? I thought I need the blood of the innocent.

Dr. Kazimin: No, you do not unless you’re trying to unlock your Dark side. Which has been locked away in DSNIP’s Castle.

Seele: That’s what am trying to do, duh.

Dr. Kazimin: Hmph! Listen to me just stop killing people before the military gets involve because if anyone knows your alive the Infinity Clan will act out and I will not be able to stop them.

Seele: Are you scared Doctor? How cute (^-^). The Infinity Clan can’t beat me even in this childish form. I’ll regain my true form if I engage in battle.

Dr. Kazimin: Seele your body is the body of a twelve-year old girl. You can only spawn your other halves and your scythe plus you haven’t unlocked your Eye of Reality and you’re seven Dimensional Eyes. So please you can’t take on anyone.

Seele: I already have Doctor and I can handle anyone I face.

Dr. Kazimin: Prove it!

/Seele Teleports to where Dr. Kazimin is/

Seele: SO! You think because you revived me, gave me a body and found my other halves means you are more Superior to me?

Dr. Kazimin: Of, course I am darling.

Seele: Please you’re nothing but a human.

Dr. Kazimin: Am I? I’m the only who casted the spell over this world to then curse it and I’m the one who you recovered you from the moon, I made you a body so you can walk with us mortals, I unlocked and found your other halves and placed them into your brain and by the way I’m the one that made you, you.

Seele: Touching, Doctor but remember am still the strongest here. /Voice sounds more like a girl than a deep dark voice/

Dr. Kazimin: Seems like your losing power. Hmph of course you can regain it as you said.

Seele: My body is weakening. What did you do!

Dr. Kazimin: I told you I made your body. I can do anything to it, dear.

Seele: Meh really /Teleports to the Spear of Reality and Rebirth/

Dr. Kazimin: What are you going to do? Trying to pull it out the rock with those skinny arms?

Seele: No, I’m going to do this. /Absorbing the Spears energy then Seele unlocks her mask/

Dr. Kazimin: This seems bad. She is able to turn the spears into raw energy then absorbs it and making that energy hers, interesting. So, what now Seele what’s next.

Seele: This! /Turns the room into pitch black darkness/

Dr. Kazimin: Ookay, look at that her eyes, they are maturing. How Cute. Now you need to respect your elders’ little girl.

Seele: Die!!!!!!!

/Dr. Kazimin: Neutralizes Seele’s void and holds her by her neck/

Dr. Kazimin: Weakness repels strength and you Seele are weak.

Seele: Let go of me!!

Dr. Kazimin: Your Dimensional Repels don’t work on me child. My Dimensional Field is stronger than yours.
