Spotlight #30: Yllka

Dr. Yllka Sulejmani, age unknown. A mysterious Albanian underground doctor, Yllka looks like she's a young woman, yet might be much older than her looks suggest. Her fame comes from the fact that she's able to work medical marvels should one beat her in chess, however, the reality is that she simply uses a DESPER.

Her deals always follow the same rules. Should the challenger win, the medical issue they have will be resolved permanently. If they lose, however, said issue will be unfixable for the rest of their life, regardless of how fixable said condition would be normally. A draw naturally means nothing changes.

What draws so many to Yllka is the fact that morally, she's pure neutral. As a result, she has no issue challenging the best and worst of humanity, so long as they consent to the absolute term that no harm come to her herself should she lose the match. Those who try to break said rule always lose to her, as despite her playing strength of 2050, she can frighteningly play like a 3000-rated maestro if angered.
