Spotlight #40: Carla

Carla Sanmarino, age 25. True to her namesake, she hails from San Marino. An Eighterr artist by trade, she found herself recruited by the Italian team for the Chess Olympics, mainly to try and take down the dominant, Team Japan. However, the plan failed, and poor Carla ended up having to play for every round thanks to the suspension of one of the team's players for cheating. However, after having a conversation with Mimoko, she managed to improve her chess skills and agree to become San Marino's DSPCM.

In contrast to the iconic purple outfit she's most known for wearing, Carla's preferred attire is nothing more than an oversized t-shirt, as she does prefer to stay at home whenever she can. However, when she goes out, she always dawns the iconic purple trench coat, both because it's her brand, and because she wants to be perceived as mysterious, thus making people unlikely to approach her.
