Spotlight #46: Anastasia

Anastasia Oliynyk, age 21. Born in Kyiv, she eventually moved to Warsaw to study abroad. There was where she met Alya. Always a prankster from a young age, Anastasia quickly bonded with Alya due to their shared interests and similar personalities, forming one of the most legendary Ewetube duos to date. However, a war would soon tear them apart.

Furious that Alya remained silent after Russia invaded Ukraine, Anastasia instantly disbanded the group. Though the war ended not too long after thanks to Tsar Grigori, it resulted in Ukraine losing some territory, thus making Alya's attempt to try and reconcile feel tone-deaf to Anastasia, worsening their relationship further.

Now a solo Ewetuber, Alya started to gravitate more towards political commentary over the old fun stuff she had built her brand on. She would still do a prank or challenge from time to time, but it clearly lacked the same charm as before, not to mention, her heart had now shifted more towards politics and using her image and brand for Pro-Ukrainian activism.

She's a member of Ukraine's self-defense forces, and constantly finds herself facing Russian soldiers in DESPER matches out in the wild. As such, she's quickly grown as a chess player and achieved the grandmaster title.
