Fran Mizura, age 19. Proudly declaring himself Slovenia's cutest femboy, Fran is a femboy that puts lots of effort into looking as cute as possible. Mistaken for a girl, even by those that know him well, Fran prides himself over how girly he can be.

He loves flirting with men and fellow femboys, and loves hanging out with girls and doing girl things with them. He actually has an older sister, but following Slovenia getting a new Desperado leader, she was forced to leave the country. As his older sister was the one who raised him, he has a deep connection to her, and is willing to go out of his way in order to help her.
