The first ones who passed through the window were quickly shot down by the soldiers. The skill difference was evident, while one group barely had enough food resources the other had enough, making it possible for them to train exhaustively every day for that moment. They were fully prepared, gained immensely in terms of experience and skill, but their enemies were outnumbered, so many were trying to get through that at some point some managed to get to the second floor and position themselves to shoot Arthur's group. Barely able to contain those trying to enter, now they must pay attention to those who were shooting at them from the second floor. Some of the Allied soldiers were fatally shot, causing commanders' concern to grow.

-It won't work, they have the advantage of being in a higher place, we need to do something. (Nikolas)

Thomas and Mike prepare their grenades, the two wait a while with them in their hands and throw them on the second floor. The explosion was such that the iron rod that held the floor was shattered causing the floor to collapse. However, the back rod remained intact serving as support for a part of the floor of the second floor, the enemies who were in that region began to descend quickly to avoid being huddled in that place and being hit by a single grenade. Facing each other now, the two sides start exchanging fire without stopping. The battle became monotonous, they fired towards enemies who were hiding behind an object and when they were done the bullets crouched down to get under the protection of the object and reloaded their weapons.

-Damn this will never end. (Thomas)

Mike who was about to shoot his enemies gets up, but soon feels a danger and crouches down hard, the shots scraping past his head catching some hairs. Putting his hand on top of his head he gets furious and gets up.

-AEW YOUR MOTHER F****! LOOK WHAT YOU DID WITH MY TUB! (Mike)

- What are you doing you idiot! (Thomas)

Thomas immediately grabs Mike and throws him to the ground protecting him from enemy fire.

All the soldiers were engrossed in what was happening, all were raising their guns to kill the people on the other side, except one soldier, who was looking at that scene with frightened eyes. Arthur saw his companions by his side dead and looking at the debris of the second-floor floor he saw a pile of bloodied corpses of his enemies. Terrified by the whole scene his instincts were turned off, in his head the only thing he could make out was a muffled sound of gunfire and a blurred image of blood flowing through the wreckage.

-HI! HI! WAKE UP!! ARTHUR WAKES UP! (captain)

Arthur regains consciousness being shaken by his captain as he yells at him.

-What do you think you're doing sleeping like that while your colleagues are risking their lives to protect you!? (captain)

-Lives... (Arthur)

Arthur seems to think back to his world.

-Now is not the time for that! Get your gun right away and shoot your enemies. (captain)

Looking forward Arthur sees the faces of some of his supposed enemies, they were no different from him and his colleagues, the emotions they were expressing were the same ones his friends were showing. Fear, anger, confusion, sadness... all these expressions were apparent in each one of them, at that time Arthur made a decision.

-I won't shoot. (Arthur)

-What? (captain)

-I will not kill a single human being in this war. (Arthur)

-This is not the time! You will die if you don't kill your enemies! (captain)

-Even so I won't kill. (Arthur)

-Then it's okay for you to let your friends die for your worthlessness! For your convictions you would let your colleagues die! (captain)

-Not! I will find a way to stop this! (Arthur)

- THERE IS NO SUCH WAY! THE ONLY WAY IS TO TAKE THE GUN AND KILL! (captain)

Arthur, looking at the closed door behind him, gets up a little.

-There's always a way. (Arthur)

Arthur starts running towards his enemies without carrying a weapon, sometimes taking cover behind objects so as not to take the shots coming his way.

-What is that idiot doing!? (Thomas)

-I'll cover for him. (Mike)

Mike gets up and follows Arthur who was heading towards the first floor door connected to the office. The enemies were repelled by Mike's shots leaving the path clear for Arthur to proceed forward. Arriving at the office, Arthur sees the body of the enemy who infiltrated the group of his allies to put his plan into practice, but instead of feeling hatred for him, Arthur showed pity. Carefully lifting the body off the buttons, Arthur lays it on the floor. But while he wasn't paying attention, an enemy enters the room and takes aim at him, noticing the enemy at the last minute, Arthur can only look scared at his face, but to his surprise the man in front of him gets shot in the head and dies soon. after that Mike enters the room looking at the man he shot and then at Arthur.

-Thanks. (Arthur)

Extremely tired and breathless from having to keep running and shooting, in the middle of the strong pulls of air he responds.

-Your welcome. (Mike)

Arthur goes to the control panel, there are some buttons with illustrations. It didn't take him long to find that one to open the main door, when he presses it the door starts to rise again.

-What is that? (Soldier)

The captain looked at that door being opened with a confused feeling, he seemed to be remembering something that brought him strong emotions.

-BACK OFF!! Don't waste this chance. Let's retreat! (Nikolas)

Under the command of one of the captains, all soldiers began to run for their lives running away from their enemies who were outnumbered.
