Reincarnation | Chapter 8.5: “The fight Continues?” (Katsu pov)

The arena is in chaos, it's all out war. “EVERYONE! We must take out the source everyone targets Stargrim.” I clash with Grinousa, I quickly cut her head clean off which burns the rest of her body in purple flames from ‘Hellblazer’.

"يا للأسف، حاول مرة أخرى"

(Oh to bad now try again)

A strange black mist engulfs the neck of Ginousa as her head gets connected to her body via the black mist. In a split second the head reattached. She began swinging her sword wildly. One strike hit me in the side as I hardened my skin to keep her blade stuck inside my side. I inhale some air and let out my ‘battlecry’ ; this buffs all my defenses and gives me a special ability. Anyone in my area of effect is afflicted with the debuff ‘Fear’ this causes the targets to cower in fear. Its working all the revived demihumans are cowering in fear.

“Everyone, now is our chance to attack the blackmancer, Stargrim Blackhand. If we eliminate the caster all this black sorcery will be useless.” Stargrim grins as the whole arena is enveloped in black mist. He begins chanting a spell as everyone closes in. Everyone stabs clean through the black mage as he smiles and the black mist envelops him. He finishes his chant and lets out a monstrous laughter. As he's about to let out an attack a strange green magic spell envelops the arena. It's knocking everyone afflicted by ‘battlecry’ but most of all it's affecting Stargrim. As I look around I see that Demon lord Xaggomoth is in front of stargrim.
