The first race/species to gain the powers of dragons was a dwarf. He ruled over his people with an iron fist. This causes the other races not to trust the Dwarfs. The Elves are obsessed with magic and have all kinds of different magic schools. Every race and species has all kinds of developed cultures and beliefs.
