"So head and hand. Great. Though if you wanted to even things out, why not have Yuni be a hand?" Serika grumbled.

"Because you're the only one here who pridefully thinks Yuni is on the same wavelength as Mado-chan when it comes to intellect," Emeri sighed.

Madoka nodded and moved her pawn to e4. Harumi mirrored with e5, leaving Emeri to call out, "Pawn", leading to Madoka moving her pawn to d4.

"A freebie for me," Harumi laughed as she captured the pawn at d4 with her e-pawn.

"Not really. Knight," Serika grumbled as Madoka moved her knight to f3.

"Oh I don't think so. Check," Harumi smirked as she moved her bishop to b4.

Yuni began opening her mouth to say, "Knight", but stopped herself just short. "Both knights could defend, but if Madoka moves the wrong one, we're in trouble. I think I'll go with something easier," she thought. "Bishop!"

Madoka nodded and moved her bishop to d2.

"Whelp, seems you passed the test," Harumi smiled as she moved her knight to f6.

"Um, Aunty?" Emeri frowned.

"Hmm?"

"Never mind. Bishop."

"Aye Aye!" Madoka smiled as she captured the bishop at b4 with her bishop.

"My, look at my little girl think," Harumi giggled as she captured the pawn at e4 with her knight.

"I know the channel asked us to do something even kids could understand. But you're just under 2000. Queen," Serika mumbled as Madoka captured the pawn at d4 with her queen.

"It's unrated, so it doesn't count," Harumi smiled as she moved her pawn to c5.

"So this isn't you being serious then. Queen," Yuni nodded.

"Oo! I get to say, check!" Madoka beamed as she captured the knight at e4 with her queen.

"Yes you do. Now, can your friends help you find mate?" Harumi chuckled as she moved her king to f8.

"Pretty easy to. Bishop," Emeri sighed.

"Check again!" Madoka cheered as she captured the pawn at c5 with her bishop.

"And then?" Harumi smirked as she moved her queen to e7.

"Don't underestimate us here. Queen," Serika scoffed.

"Check!" Madoka smiled as she captured the queen at e7 with her queen.

"Seems I get the honors then," Yuni smiled as Harumi moved her king to g8. "Queen."

"Checkmate! We won! We won!" Madoka cheered as she moved her queen to e8, winning the game.

"And as prize, you all get crepes," Harumi smiled as Rika appeared with a cart full of crepes.
