Prologue – Red Sharks

The monitor displays the last of the Red Sharks’ visuals as the transport pod carries the Desuigons away.
“It looks like you lost again.”
“It was just a minor setback but the Red Sharks performed admirably. The numbers of the Desuigons while not eliminated completely, was reduced substantially. My design will need some alterations but I am pleased with the results thus far.”
“So, you are going to continue pursuing the Desuigons?”
“In due time much like my control over you will be finished in my favor.”
“It was my own folly that I set you free on planet Terrion. At least you allowed me to complete my repair work before leaving.”
“Ah I was most fortunate that you were the one that discovered my trap I had set on the next visitor. It was unfortunate that you did so much later than I expected.”
“Planet Terrion was abandoned by its denizens due to a failed ecosystem and were eagerly awaiting their return. It was finally added to the repair schedule once we were able to restore a large number of worlds close to Central Command devastated by The Raganrog.”
“Yes, I know that is where Loki left me to rot in that container after I was separated from him. Our escape from Midengard was very narrow but luckily everyone’s focus was on escaping and not on us.”
“And now I have to continue to resist you even though I will not deny I will lose eventually but, I will still resist you with all I can.”
“Yes, and I feel your resistance failing. I however need to continue my preparation for him to try to revive the Dökkálfar. That is the next obvious choice since I am attacking his efforts.”
“And your counter measure has already been determined. I do not think your Red Sharks will be effective where these Dökkálfar once resided.”
“Oh, but I will make my changes to the Red Sharks before I reengage those Desuigons. But you needn’t worry about their trip to Svartalfheim. I have a special surprise waiting for them there.”
Dovregubben comes in to make his report.
“Master, your Live Undead have been deployed and await the arrival of their foes. Also, seven more Red Shark units are nearly complete.”
“Most excellent. That is good news to hear…Mwahahahaha!”
