 My Game Begins

Chapter 1 / Episode 1: Srinivasulu vs Ren Part 1 - Epic Battle Begins

The apocalyptic inferno roared, painting the shattered forest in terrifying strokes of crimson and gold. Towering ancient trees were reduced to cracking pillars of embers, the sheer heat warping the very air around the impact crater.

Standing at the epicenter of this hellscape, Srinivasulu stared back at Ren, his jaw hanging slightly open in sheer, unadulterated awe. He slowly looked down at his own hands, then at his body. Gone were his mundane, wrinkled college clothes. He was now clad in garments that felt woven from the cosmos itself—a majestic fusion of modern tactical wear and ethereal, ancient Indian fabrics that seemed to drink in the ambient light.

Is this actually real? Srinivasulu thought, his heart hammering a frantic rhythm against his ribs. Am I truly standing inside the universe of 'The Chosen One'? And the boy standing right in front of me... it’s really him. It’s Ren!

Ren’s piercing, calculating gaze locked onto the stranger. His hand remained casually, yet lethally, draped over the hilt of his weapon. "Who the hell are you?" Ren’s voice cut through the roaring flames, cold and commanding. "How did you just drop from the stratosphere? Are you some new kind of Demon?"

"No! You are completely misunderstanding the situation!" Srinivasulu shouted back, raising his hands defensively. "My name is Srinivasulu. I came here from an entirely different world!"

Ren scoffed, a dry, humorless sound. "Right. And Demons crawl out of portals from other realms to invade ours all the time. That means nothing."

Keeping his unblinking eyes fixed on the bizarre boy, Ren reached up and tapped the glowing communication earpiece secured to his ear.

"Chief? Chief, do you copy?" Ren spoke rapidly into the comms. "Guys? Aira, Rose, Kaito, Jin? Respond!"

Static. Only the dead, hissing white noise of absolute signal failure answered him. Ren lowered his hand, his eyes narrowing into deadly slits. The neon-blue circuitry on his combat jacket began to pulse, syncing with his rising adrenaline.

"Someone or something is jamming the network," Ren muttered, his grip tightening on his hilt. "Looks like I’ll have to deal with you myself."

Srinivasulu took a hesitant step forward. "Listen, Ren, I don't want to fight you!"

"If you don't want to fight, then shut your mouth and walk with me to Headquarters," Ren commanded, his aura beginning to leak, radiating a heavy, oppressive pressure. "Whether you are a threat to this city or not is something my team and I will decide once you're in an interrogation cell. Move."

Something inside Srinivasulu snapped. The years of suppressing his voice, of living a monotonous, chained existence, suddenly boiled over into raw, unfiltered defiance. He planted his feet firmly into the scorched earth, standing tall against the overwhelming pressure of the game’s protagonist.

"I didn't cross dimensions just to be locked in a cage and judged like a criminal!" Srinivasulu roared, his voice echoing with newfound authority. "I came here to live in peace! I came here to escape the miserable reality I was trapped in! I came here... to live your life!"

Ren’s eyes widened slightly in confusion. "What kind of garbage are you spouting?"

"I came here to take your place!" Srinivasulu declared, thrusting a finger toward the boy he once idolized. "From this moment on, I am going to live your life. From this moment on... I am the hero of this world, Ren!"

Ren’s expression darkened into absolute zero. "Enough of your nonsense. I’m going to ask you one last time: are you coming quietly, or do I have to break your legs and drag you there myself?"

"I am not going anywhere with you!" Srinivasulu spat back.

"Then prepare to die, Demon!"

SHING!

The deafening ring of unsheathed steel shattered the tension. Ren vanished from his spot, leaving behind a spiderweb of cracked earth. He reappeared inches from Srinivasulu, his heavy blade arcing downward with lethal, blinding velocity.

Time seemed to freeze. Srinivasulu didn't try to run. He didn't try to dodge. He simply closed his eyes, and cried:

"Venkataramana... Govinda!"

CLANG!

A shockwave of pure concussive force exploded outward, ripping the blazing trees from their roots. Ren gritted his teeth, his arms trembling violently from the sheer recoil. His indestructible blade hadn't touched Srinivasulu's flesh. Instead, it was violently repelled by a flawless, geometric dome of divine, golden energy that had instantly materialized around the boy.

Ren leaped backward, skidding across the dirt as he stared at the shimmering, impenetrable barrier. "What the hell is happening? What kind of magic is this?!"

As the golden dome hummed with cosmic vibration, a voice resonated from the heavens—a voice that bypassed the physical world and echoed exclusively within Srinivasulu’s mind.

"Do not fear, Srinivasulu," Sage Narada’s divine voice chimed with the soothing strum of a Veena. "As part of fulfilling your grand desire, you did not merely ask to be sent here; you asked for the strength required to survive this realm. When the Supreme Lord of Tirumala, Sri Venkateshwara Swami, sent you across the veil, He infused a fragment of His own omnipotent energy into your soul, perfectly adapting it to the magical laws of this universe. Do not hesitate. If danger approaches, fight bravely using His divine might. Vijayibhava... Digvijayibhava! (May victory be yours... May absolute victory be yours!)"

Srinivasulu slowly opened his eyes. The fear was entirely gone, replaced by an intoxicating, overwhelming surge of confidence. He looked at Ren and let out a loud, echoing laugh.

"Did you hear that, Ren?!" Srinivasulu yelled, his voice laced with pure ecstasy. "I possess power! The absolute, divine power of my Lord courses through my veins!"

Ren gripped his sword with both hands, his eyes blazing with irritation. "I have no idea what you’re babbling about, you lunatic! But if you won't surrender, I'll shatter that barrier myself! Demon Slash Attack!"

Ren launched himself into the air, spinning violently as a crescent wave of destructive, dark-red energy erupted from his blade, hurtling straight toward the golden dome.

Srinivasulu simply closed his eyes again. "Yedu Kondalavada! Venkataramana! Govinda... Govinda!"

BOOOM!

A volcanic eruption of blinding, divine golden light detonated directly from Srinivasulu’s core. The sheer magnitude of the energy instantly swallowed Ren’s attack, incinerating it into nothingness. The kinetic backlash hit Ren like a freight train. He launched backward with twice the velocity he had attacked with, crashing violently through the trunk of a massive tree before collapsing into the dirt in a heap of dust and smoke.

Coughing and struggling for breath, Ren slowly forced himself up on one knee. He looked up, his eyes widening in pure shock.

As the golden dust settled, Srinivasulu stood completely unharmed. But something had changed. Glowing with a brilliant, ethereal light upon Srinivasulu’s forehead was the sacred Tilakam—the Namam of Lord Venkateshwara, marking him as the vessel of the Supreme!

(A grand, cinematic instrumental begins to play, the heavy, rhythmic beating of ancient drums fusing with high-octane electric guitars—an epic Boss Theme echoing from the heavens.)

🎵 1)

There is no Ren, nor anyone else to claim the throne,

I am the absolute Hero and the darkest Villain of this game alone!

Furious and humiliated, Ren gritted his teeth, crimson lightning violently sparking around his body. "Red Lightning Speed Attack!" he roared, his body blurring into a streak of red light, tearing through the air at supersonic speeds, aiming his blade directly at Srinivasulu’s neck.

But within the fraction of a microsecond before the blade connected, Srinivasulu’s eyes flared with golden fire. He vanished. Not dodged—he simply ceased to exist in that physical space.

Ren’s blade cut through empty air.

🎵 2)

I am the Sudarshana Chakra in the Swami's hand (Lord Venkateshwara's hand), and the Trishul in Lord Shiva's grasp!

I am the ruthless hurricane tearing through the skies,

Ren’s eyes darted frantically, his combat instincts screaming. He spun around, swinging his blade blindly behind him. But Srinivasulu had already vanished again, teleporting with divine speed.

Before Ren could even process the movement, Srinivasulu materialized instantly on his left flank.

CRACK!

Srinivasulu drove a devastating, divinely-empowered fist straight into Ren’s ribs. Ren gasped, the air violently expelled from his lungs as his armor cracked under the immense pressure. Ren wildly swung his sword to the left, but he was striking shadows.

Srinivasulu materialized on Ren's right side, entirely unharmed.

SMASH!

A brutal, glowing right hook connected flawlessly with Ren’s jaw. The sheer kinetic force of the blow lifted Ren completely off his feet, sending him spinning through the air until he crashed into the scorched earth, carving a deep trench through the mud.

Spitting blood, Ren scrambled to his feet, his eyes burning with absolute desperation. "Change!" he screamed at the top of his lungs.

His longsword fractured, mechanically and magically shifting, expanding into a massive, heavily armored War Bow pulsing with dark energy. He drew the energy string back, aiming at the sky.

"Demon Wrath Attack!"

Thwip-thwip-thwip-thwip!

Thousands of glowing, destructive arrows rained down from the heavens, blotting out the sky, hurtling toward Srinivasulu like a lethal meteor shower.

Srinivasulu didn't flinch. The golden dome flared to life around him once more, the thousands of arrows shattering against the divine shield like fragile glass against solid diamond.

With a surge of power, Srinivasulu bent his knees and launched himself into the sky. The earth beneath him cratered from the sheer force of his takeoff, propelling him high above the canopy, suspended in the cosmic twilight.

🎵 3)

I am the blinding thunderbolt striking before your very eyes,

🎵 4)

I am the apocalyptic meteor plummeting from the cosmic void!

Hanging at the apex of the sky, Srinivasulu wrapped himself in a blazing aura of golden fire. Then, like a judgment from the heavens, he dive-bombed straight toward Ren with the speed and devastation of a falling star.

KA-BOOOOOOM!

The impact was cataclysmic. A spherical shockwave of golden energy vaporized the terrain, creating a massive crater and sending shockwaves rippling through the very foundations of the forest.

The sheer blast radius threw Ren away. He groaned in agony. His clothes were torn, and his body was battered. Gasping for breath, he forced his trembling arms to push himself up from the dirt.

He slowly lifted his heavy head, his bloodshot eyes widening in absolute terror and awe.

Standing in the dead center of the smoldering crater was Srinivasulu. He was completely untouched, radiating an aura of absolute, omnipotent majesty.

🎵 5)

I am the colossal tsunami devouring the raging sea,

🎵 6)

I am the catastrophic wildfire consuming the dark canopy!

I am the unstoppable, absolute force!

As if obeying his divine command, the towering, burning trees behind Srinivasulu groaned and violently collapsed against one another, creating a colossal, roaring backdrop of hellfire that framed his glowing silhouette perfectly.

Overwhelmed by the sheer visual magnitude and the suffocating pressure of his opponent's aura, Ren slumped backward onto the earth, instinctively throwing his arm over his face to shield himself from the blinding light.

Srinivasulu slowly walked forward, the earth cracking beneath his boots. He looked down at the battered, bruised protagonist.

"Do you finally understand who I am, Ren?" Srinivasulu’s voice echoed with the resonance of a god.

Ren could not speak. He could only stare up at the ordinary boy from another world, his furious, wide red eyes trembling with a mixture of raw rage and undeniable fear.
