The Morning After The Wedding

Just before the sunrise of the next day Beynar is waking up, getting off of his bed then he walks down to wake Hiyelu up but he only find his younger sister Ahealia sleeping he knew that maybe Hiyelu already went to the training grounds so goes to the bathing room to wash his face then he grabs his Saken (Which is a Cudineenian long wooden sword). Then Beynar heads to the training grounds.

In the training grounds Beynar finds his son practicing the seven sword moves of their family and as Beynar arrives he says “Show me all the seven moves.”

Hiyelu starts with the first move ‘Halenka’ which means sword dance. Hiyelu moves his sword as if it is a tool for dancing while striking in between each swift move.

The second move ‘Ayeri’ Which means air. Hiyelu does a back flip then jumps and pierce the ground.

The third move ‘Mashikeri’ which means low spin. Hiyelu side steps then does a low spin attack.

The fourth move ‘Kerikeri’ which means double spin. Hiyelu does a spin attack the a reversed spin attack.

The fifth move ‘Memi’ which means wind. Hiyelu strikes cross attacks with a low right to left top (for right handed people like Hiyelu) attack to lift defense.

The sixth move ‘Itagida’ which means wall climb. Hiyelu runs a wall then jumps and attacks the object while in the air.

The seventh move ‘Hiyely’ which means strength. Hiyelu does a very heavy front attack with a small lift off using all his strength to hit.

The sun rose and people started waking up then Beynar said “Now show me how good have you become since we last sparred three years ago”

Then a fierce fight starts that attracts all the people neighboring the training grounds and surprisingly Hiyelu who used to not be able to last a few seconds with his father now is pushing his father back a little then right before Beynar starts getting fully serious. Eather hears their sounds and goes rushing from the castle to the training grounds and says “Both of you stop” Then both of them immediately stop then Eather says “Uncle Beynar you are one of the strongest men in Cudineen but I would like to see how much better Hiyelu has he become myself.” Then Beynar says “Of course my king.” and he steps aside and Eather says “ I forgot my sword, can you lend me yours?” Beynar says ”Of course.” And hands Eather his sword.

The real fight is about to start and Hiyelu knows how strong Eather is so he is trembling in fear even thought he was asking to be trained.

The fight starts Hiyelu waits for the king to start attacking but the king calmly walks around Hiyelu then Hiyelu attacks the king with small cross attacks and the king parries all the attacks and after the last parry does the Mashikeri move he side jumped and did a low spin attack that Hiyelu barely blocked then Eather tripped Hiyelu to the ground then did the Ayeri move he jumped then tried to get on top of Hiyelu and finish it but Hiyelu moved to the side and stood and as Eather approached him he did the Kerikeri move a fast double spin attack one to parry and one to attack. Eather was stunned for a second then Hiyelu did a low cross attack since his hand was on the low left but Eather stepped close to Hiyelu and grabbed Hiyelu’s right hand with his left hand and punched Hiyelu on his face then did the Hiyely move a powerful front attack that crushed Hiyelu to the ground even though he did barely block it he still crash to the the ground and he couldn’t move for a few seconds and that ends the practice.

Then Eather extended his arm to help Hiyelu stand and Beynar said “It is very impressive Hiyelu, you are the only person that was able to last more than 30 seconds with the king I would not have survived the first attack.” 

Then Eather says “You flatter me Uncle Beynar I know you were holding back with Hiyelu and if I didn’t come you could have beaten Hiyelu. So I would like to ask you to train Hiyelu as hard as possible for 7 days starting from tomorrow. I asked Hiyelu to travel to the outside world to gather important information for us.”

Beynar says “As you command, I will train him as hard as possible. Hiyelu.. grab your sword we will practice a little more there is no time to rest. Thank you my king for putting your trust in Hiyelu I will make sure he is ready to do what you asked him.”

Eather “Thank you Uncle I trust that you will. Hiyelu.. after you finish come meet me with Neyad and Tashaskuna and Leyt in the afternoon at the outer gate and bring your hunting gear with you, we need to gather some things from the forest.”

Hiyelu “Ok my king. Let’s start father.”

Beynar says “That’s it for today you must get ready for the hunt with the king. Tomorrow we will meet up at the river to practice Memi and work on your balance”.
