The Stronger One : Part Two

He then lifted his hand and cast very powerful flame magic towards his face. Since this was a dark flame that Valdis combined with normal elemental flames, it was ten times more powerful and was able to stun Achilles for a couple of seconds.

After that, Valdis used that as an advantage and got away from there.

They were once again staring at each other. But this time Achilles was now furious about Valdis. His face was able to recover but the damage that Valdis dealt him, made him gone mad. So he kept staring at him with a scary look on his face.

Valdis then grinned and said,

"Man, you know how to catch your enemy very well."

"You've wasted too much of my time. You're gonna pay for it with your life."

"I showed you that I was immortal, and you still want this to continue? It's still up to you though."

As Achilles stood there and stared at him, Valdis added,

"I'm starting to have fun on this one."

After they waited there for a short time, they attacked each other once more and collided in the middle. They were once again pushing each other. 

As they stared at each other, Valdis stepped back and hit Achilles on the head. Then he punched him twice in the face and kicked him.

This made Achilles very angry so he hit Valdis in the stomach and hit him again on the head by punching and pulling his collar. Then he hit Valdis with his wing and made him slide back.

Valdis stepped on the ice hard and slowed his sliding, but Achilles acted quick and tried to hit him from above. Valdis escaped from the attacks by jumping backward. But Achilles still continued to attack.

After he chased Valdis for seconds, Valdis grinned and said loudly,

"Is that all you got?"

But as he was getting away, he didn't realize that Achilles was trying to draw a circle by hitting around him. And when he realized it, it was too late. Achilles gripped him by the belly and hit him in the ice by making them both fell into the water.

Now they were both in the water and they were having a hard time breathing. And as soon as Valdis tried to swim at the top, Achilles started to choke him and started to swim under the water. He was pushing Valdis deeper and deeper by the second and made him unable to move.

And even though he was immortal, his body was in big pain since he couldn't breathe. 

This made him very annoyed and he wanted to get out of the water as fast as he could.

So he started to punch and kick Achilles. But it was useless. Achilles blocked his attacks and continued to choke him. 

As a last resort, he used his snake to attack him, but he punched it when it came towards him and made it disappear once more.

Valdis had no other options at that moment and he was blacking out. So he slowly closed his eyes and sank into deep waters.

After Valdis sank, Achilles finally got out of the water and started to walk away from there. He had finally defeated his enemy and had to move on to the next one.

So he used his Zon Device and contacted his comrades,

"Orpheus. Hold them until I get there. I finished my job so it won't take long before I kill the other one."

But as he said that, he felt something. Something was coming towards him. And it was a thing that was very big and dangerous. So he quickly looked around to see if there was anyone incoming. But he didn't saw anybody or heard someone.

He taught he was just hearing or seeing things. Until he saw what was under him.

A very big pointy sharp object was coming right towards him at full speed. And as he saw it, he quickly moved away from there and escaped the incoming attack. But another one of the same attack appeared below him. 

He was trying to figure out what was going on, but it was very confusing and he had no time to think since he was busy escaping attacks.

This happened again and again until he finally got out of breath.

He was gasping for air and was trying to understand what had happened. But it was dead silent. Who attacked him? Where did they come from? He had no idea about it.

And at that very moment, a hand came out of the circle that he had opened and clung into the ice in front of it. Then it pulled itself and somebody came out of the water.

It was Valdis once more.

He had managed to survive and had no wounds at all.

As he stood up, he threw his wet hair back and took deep breaths for a couple of seconds.

He then said,

"So you haven't realized yet that you can't kill me? I guess you are a bigger fool than I thought."

Achilles almost lost his mind after he appeared again.

No matter how hard he tried, how hard he hit him, how many tactics that he used, he couldn't kill Valdis. He kept coming back, and it didn't work to kill him.

So Achilles looked at Valdis once more. 

He had gone mad and his eyes were wide opened.

He said with a thick voice tone and shouted,

"Enough of this nonsense! We're ending this here, and this time I'll make sure I take your life!"

Valdis grinned and said,

"As you like, big guy."
