“Make way for Mr. Yasushi Nyakimoto!”

At the ceremonious announcement, the ornate double doors at the front of the room swung open with exaggerated grandeur.

A stocky, well-built middle-aged cat entered the studio at an unhurried pace.

His very presence seemed to embody dignity and warmth, and the atmosphere in the room changed instantly.

This was Yasushi Nyakimoto—the legendary producer behind Meowzaka46.

“Th-That’s really Yasushi Nyakimoto…”

Debiru murmured his name in stunned disbelief.

Even though he was a prince of the Republic of Meows, this was the first time he had ever met the legendary producer in person.

“Everyone, thank you for your hard work today. We’ve just finished a strategy meeting at Nekopla Music, and… we’ve decided to officially welcome all of you as the sixth generation of Meowzaka46.”

A murmur swept through the cats in the studio.

“The sixth generation of Meowzaka46?”

“I can’t believe it!”

“Is this a dream?”

The next instant, cheers and applause shook the entire room.

The cats hugged one another, jumped up and down, and wagged their tails wildly as they burst with joy.

“And you in particular…”

Nyakimoto looked straight at Tanimaki.

“I’d like you to take the center position for our next title track.”

The entire studio froze.
