The Endless Nightmare

Nuzuki was in big pain. The giant sword had fallen into his wing and he was trying to fight with Ken at the time. 

He had to make a move to get out of the situation.

So he shook his wing, took the sword in his hand, hit Ken, and threw some of his feathers at Orano, that was still falling. 

The feathers directly hit Orano's left shoulder and made him fall unbalanced, and he quickly fell to the ground.

And just then when he tried to get up, Nuzuki returned to Ken once more and started to hit him with the sword. He was furious and was hitting him recklessly. Then he stepped back and threw him feathers too.

Ken put his arms in front of him and protected himself, but it was a distraction and Nuzuki attacked him with the sword once more when he got distracted. 

Luckily, Ken was able to hold the sword in the air and pushed it as hard as he can. 

Both were using all of their power. And since Ken had a bigger body, he was able to push the sword back. But that was a distraction too.

After Ken pushed the sword, Nuzuki stuck his wings into Ken's chest. Then he lifted him into the air and looked at him.

He said,

"You have earned a name as "Black Swordsman", fought Luroun alongside Sigfried, your power has been mentioned in every book. But here you die because of your old body and your weak willpower. You're really pathetic."

Then he threw him and his sword to the ground like he was nothing and walked away slowly.

He then grinned and said,

"Looks like I'm done here. I'd better go before I waste time, I have more work to do."

But before he did, he heard a sound that distracted him from walking away. There was something that getting closer to him and it was aimed at his head.

It was Orano and tried to hit him. But he couldn't do it in time, and Nuzuki hit him with the inside of his palm. Then he threw an uppercut and sent him to the sky once more. He then flew towards him and started to kick and punch him.

Orano was getting beaten again once more, and the pain in his body was growing.

And after that, Nuzuki hit him and made him collapse to the ground.

There was nothing Orano could do anymore. It was getting harder to move for him and he was spitting blood. He had no energy to move anywhere, no power to attack, and no idea about how to move forward. 

There was nothing left that he could on to.

But when he lost the intention to move, he heard a sound.

"Tatsumi! Hey! Tatsumi!"

Orano heard a voice that was pretty similar but came from an unknown place. And since Ken was wounded and Nuzuki wasn't talking, it was pretty difficult for him to figure out the situation.

"Tatsumi! Tatsumi!"

It was another voice. 

And as he closed his eyes, he finally saw her.

It was her mother again and she was looking at him, with a warm smile on her face.

She then put her hand on Orano's hair and said with a kind voice, while stroking his hair,

"You really have grown up a lot. I wish I had spent more time with you."

"Why you are blaming yourself? I was the one who left you." Orano replied while he was in shock to see her mother for the second time.

His mother smiled and said,

"Every time I look at you, you never change. A young boy who wants to help people." 

Orano bowed down his head and said with a disappointed expression,

"I have only desired that. I couldn't even help my own friends."

"What are you talking about? You still have the power inside you." 

Orano looked at him confused. What did she mean by that?

Then she leaned towards him and added while still smiling,

"You still have the power of belief. The people that got into this are believing you. Your friends are believing you. But you forgot to do the most important thing."

"The most important thing?"

"You forgot to believe in yourself."

And after she said that, she disappeared.

Then he heard another voice as he blinked. 

"What are you doing? Aren't you going to fight?"

It was Yuma, Lydia and Caitrin. They all were looking at him smiling. Like something good had happened. Then they started talking.

Yuma said,

"It is really sad to see you like this, Tatsumi. I don't what you are thinking but, we will be waiting for you."

Lydia said,

"We all have done a lot to help you, Mr. Tatsumi. And we can't wait to see you win and come back.

Then Caitrin spoke again,

"You defeated a lot of creatures and escaped many places, but you chose to stay down?"

Orano said,

"I can't find a way out. I don't if I can get up once more."

"Don't talk like that! That is not you! You were the one that helped me right? You helped me when I was hopeless. So why are you doing the same we did, to us?" 

She then added smiling once more,

"We all did a lot and it was for you. So you can't just stay down like this when your turn comes. We will all be waiting for you. Till you win."

Orano remembered once again. 

Why he had endured all the pain until this time. Why he never gave up. Why he fought.

It was all for his friends. It was for the people he cared about. He worked for them all this time because that's what he cared about most. 

He had to do something. Both for his own sake and for the sake of the others.

So he got up one last time and stood in front of Nuzuki.
