Chapter 3 - Meeting Aion

Finally my journey started...

As I heard from asking people in the town, it would take days before I reach the capital by just walking.

So this is gonna be a long journey.

As I walking peaceful, someone walk towards me and blocked my way.

I politely asked...
"Hey mister! Can I help you with something?"

His was wearing a hood and a mask in his face, so I can't tell what he looks like.

Why is a suspicious man is blocking my way? What did he needs from me?

Suddenly he replied....

『 I challenge you into a duel 』

Ehh??? A duel??!!
I didn't heard that wrong, right?

It's just the first day of my journey, and I got to fight someone already.

I politely asked the suspcious man to confirm what I heard!

"Did you just say Duel?"

『 Yes 』the suspicious man said...

Ehh??? "Really??"

『 Fight me! 』*The man suddenly pointed his sword at me*

What should I do?
I think I'm not ready yet.

"Hey mister! Can we not do this, I'm not really good at fighting!"
"Why would challenge someone like?"

Suddenly he swing his sword towards me!
And I quickly took a step back to dodge the sword!

Seriously??

Is he trying to kill me?
Well he said he want a duel!

『 Fight me! 』again the man said

He started to swing his sword again to me repeatedly!

I think I can't get away with this, I need to fight or I'll get killed.

I hold my sword and tried to fight back but his just extremely skilled with swords.

This isn't going to be easy

We repeatedly exchange blows agains each other that our lives depends on it.

This is different compare when during my duel with Louise back then, this the real thing now.

But I ain't going down that easily!

We keep fighting and fighting for almost an hour now.
I patiently waited for an opening and used that to take him down.

This my win!

Finally our long fight came to an end
The man put down his sword and suddenly bow down to me!

Ehh?? "What's happening?"
"What are you doing?!"
I was shocked!

『 Since you deafeat me! 』
『 It's right the you would be my master! 』
『 And I'll be your servan't forever! 』the man said

"I refused"
"You can't just come to me and challenge me?"
"And offer yoursef as my servant after I beat you!"
"You can't just decide all by yourself!"
"Your way too selfish!"

『 But master! 』

"No no, I refused"
"I can't be become your master!"
"Beside we just met and I don't even know your name!"

『 Well! I think your right about that 』
『 I haven't tell you my name yet 』
『 Well then, let me introduce my self 』
『 My name is "Aion" 』
『 Your loyal servant, Master! 』...........
