BESTIARY

Glass Eater – Sapient humanoid, silicoid organism. Persists on a diet made of silicon compounds (like glass). In the ancient past they used to be great artisans.

Jackrabbit – Horned rabbit-like monster. Breeds and runs fast. Quite tasty.

Medved Mishka – Bear-like monster with hardened skin. Dwells in mana abundant caves and forests. Medveds often live with their life-long partner. A good match for a large party of higher copper-ranks (E+). Not advisable to attack them alone or in small parties.


TITLES

Explanation of titles and their acquisition conditions. Some classes are commonly referred to as class titles, which signifies belonging to one of the combat-oriented professions or simply belonging to a caste like nobility. Class titles are usually granted for people of at least 10th+ level.

Divine Mammaries – have one’s breasts recognized by the Heavens.

Pious – prove your faith and dedication.

Saint/Saintess – be recognized as a saint/saintess by Heavens and Church. Rare Class title.

Shield Caster – successfully combine casting spells with wielding a shield. Rare Class title.

Skill types can be combined to make mixed categories.

Alhambranese Language - proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Alhambranese. Language skill.

MAGIC SPELLS & MAGICLIKE SKILLS:

Types of Magic (schools):

- Cool Magic – magic for dampening minute amounts of vibrational kinetic energy of particles.

- Earth Magic – magic of controlling earth, powders and solids.

- Harming Magic – magic of inflicting wounds.

- Heat Magic – magic for controlling minute amounts of vibrational kinetic energy of particles.


Common spell components:

Spell components usually help with guiding mana, but sometimes also substitute it in direct or indirect way.

Diagram – collection of lines and/or arcane symbols. Since it is rarely drawn without a materialistic medium it is usually related to material components.

Divinity – more powerful and versatile mana substitute. Mixes well with mana, all manner of energies and matter. Usually generated from beliefs of sentient beings. Your mileage may wary.

Gesture – moving limbs (usually fingers) in a special way.

Intent – will of the spellcaster, usually the most intuitive of components.

Material – a variety of matter components. Some are reusable, while others are consumed with each casting. Examples of a material components are: gems, candles, cadavers & body parts, blood, crystallized mana etc.

Sacrifice – often connected with material components, but immaterial things (like souls, emotions) may also be sacrificed. Sometimes sacrifices are offered to a particular higher being, but unaddressed sacrifices are also possible.

Verbal – chanting or otherwise making a specified sounds, often making up to words or phrases.

Virginity – refers to the power of maintaining or sacrificing one’s virginity. For some unfathomable reason the virgin power of a female is greater than their male counterparts. The folk tale says that a male that reaches 30 years of age, while maintaining chastity, will become a wizard. Scholars disagree as no evidence could be provided by folks.
