Chapter 28:

Onna's MASTER PIECES PLAN😎😏🤯☠️✌️

HIKARU TO ONNA

> The pieces of the puzzle finally fell into place, revealing a horrifying truth. The "Yami Kage" that Yuki had been fighting so fiercely this entire time was actually Kenji.
> When the enemy captured Kenji earlier, Akuryou used his evil spirit power to corrupt Kenji's soul. To make things worse, Tasumi manipulated Kenji's mind, programming his subconscious so perfectly that his actual physical form appeared to everyone else as Yami Kage. The whole thing was a massive trap orchestrated by the four villains. They had literally stolen the real Kenji's soul, leaving behind a brainwashed puppet who would mindlessly obey their every command.
> As the group analyzed the situation, reality hit them like a physical blow. They stood frozen, completely stunned.
> The real Yami Kage stepped out of the shadows, a smug grin on his face. "We used your own friend to trick you," he mocked, looking directly at Yuki. "I must admit, Yuki, you put up a great fight. But it's a shame you guys have absolutely no idea what kind of power you are up against. The real Kenji is already long gone. And this brilliant plan? It was actually given to me by Onna."
> The villains had used Kenji's body as a perfect

> camouflage to set up this trap, and the heroes had walked straight into it.
> Yami Kage laughed darkly. "You see, in a game, you don't need to hunt down and kill every single player. You just need to find the one in the spotlight, strike them down, and it's game over."
> Suddenly, everyone froze. Their eyes darted toward Tokoro Hitoshi, and the temperature in the air seemed to drop to sub-zero.
> "Ha... ha... ha..."
> A low, terrifying chuckle escaped Tokoro's lips. Everyone noticed that Tokoro's entire face had completely changed. The shock and terror were gone, replaced by a pure, unadulterated rage. The villains had pushed him too far this time. Looking at Tokoro's transformation, one thing was absolutely clear—their enemies had just sealed their own fate, and the real game was about to begin.!

> Tatsuya looked over at Kazuya, completely stunned by Tokoro's terrifying aura. "Look at Tokoro," Tatsuya whispered. "It looks like he's going to finish them all off by himself. We aren't even needed here anymore."

> Not even a minute after Tatsuya said those words, *something impossible happened.*

> It was so fast that none of them could even see it. In the blink of an eye, the entire battlefield changed. When they blinked and looked forward, *Tokoro had already beaten the absolute living hell out of the three enemies*, leaving them broken and battered on the ground. Meanwhile, Tokoro was already sitting off to the side, completely calm and quiet as if nothing had happened.

> Masaru held his head in pure shock. _"What the hell?!! I didn't see a single thing! What did he even do to them?!"_

> Kazuya pointed trembling fingers at the beaten enemies. _"They... they are vanishing!!???"_

> As the group rushed over to stand in front of Tokoro, *Yuki and Yukito finally arrived* at the scene. But before anyone could greet them, Tokoro snapped. He suddenly lunged forward, fiercely attacking Yuki out of nowhere!

> Tokoro, Yuki and Yukito finally arrived at the scene. But before anyone could greet them, Tokoro snapped. He suddenly lunged forward, fiercely attacking Yuki out of nowhere!

> Yuki was completely shocked and frozen by Tokoro's sudden aggression.

> _"Why didn't you stop Kenji?!"_ Tokoro roared at the top of his lungs. _"Why?!"_

> Both Yuki and Yukito stood there, completely bewildered. They had no idea why Tokoro was blaming them. Seeing their confusion, Kazuya stepped in and quickly explained the entire mind-bending truth about the trap, Kenji's corrupted soul, and the fake Yami Kage.

> After hearing the whole story, Yuki and Yukito were left speechless.

> Tokoro, still breathing heavily, demanded, _"Tell me, where is Kenji?!"_

> _"Stop it!"_ Yuki yelled back, trying to calm him down. _"The one standing right in front of us was Yami Kage, not Kenji! None of us knew about this trap. There is no point in taking your anger out on us! Even Yukito got horribly injured during that fight. We all tried our absolute best from where we stood!"_

> Suddenly, *Yumeko clutched her chest, collapsing as a severe panic attack hit her.* The residual effects of Akuryou's vicious attack on her heart were still taking a massive toll on her body.

> Seeing her suffer, Kazuya quickly turned to Yuki. _"Yuki! Give Yumeko that ribbon in your hand, now!"_

> Without wasting a single second, they tied the special ribbon around Yumeko. Almost instantly, her breathing steadied, and the deadly panic attack faded away.

> Yuki caught his breath, looked around the empty battlefield, and asked the group, _"Wait... where are the demons that you guys were fighting just a moment ago?"_

>

> "They just vanished into thin air," Masaru explained, still staring at the empty spot where the enemies had been standing just moments ago.

> Unknown to the heroes, Onna had used her powers to teleport her comrades away. She had realized that the situation was spinning out of control and rescued them just in time.

> Back at their hideout, Ibarra let out a sigh of relief. "Thank you, Onna. Seriously, thank you for getting us out of there. If you hadn't, Tokoro would have completely destroyed us. He went totally insane."

> Onna smiled darkly. "Hmm... I did it because I am waiting for the perfect moment to face Takeru Hitoshi. Don't worry, you guys did your jobs perfectly."

> The scene cuts to Sunday morning at the academy.

> The classroom was buzzing with life. Everyone was chatting, laughing, and fooling around, but Yuki was completely lost in his own world. He sat by the window, looking deeply depressed. A heavy feeling of guilt and worry hung over him.

> Suddenly, Yuki glanced out the window and spotted Tokoro standing outside, waving and calling out to him. Yuki froze, staring blankly at his friend.

> "Yuki, what are you looking at out there?" his Sensei's voice suddenly boomed, snapping him out of his trance.

> Startled, Yuki stuttered, "Uh... Sensei! I was just... looking at the sky! It looks so clear today."

> Sensei crossed his arms and squinted at him. "Well, this classroom looks pretty messy to me. Make sure you clean it up before you leave today, okay?" Before Yuki could even utter a word of protest, Sensei added, "Good. Don't forget!" and walked away.

> Yuki quickly looked back out the window to find Tokoro, but the courtyard was completely empty.

> Tokoro, but the courtyard was completely empty. Tokoro was gone. Panic started to set in. Did something happen to Tokoro? Was that a hallucination? Yuki's mind began to race with all sorts of terrible thoughts.

> While he was buried in his anxiety, a hand suddenly dropped onto his shoulder. It was Tatsuya.

> "Are you thinking about Tokoro?" Tatsuya asked softly.

> Yuki blinked and looked around. He hadn't even noticed that the entire class had already packed up and left.

> Tatsuya sat on the desk in front of him and smiled. "Yuki, Tokoro is waiting for you outside right now. Aren't you going?"

> Hearing this, Yuki dashed out of the room as fast as his legs could carry him.

> When he reached the courtyard, the whole gang was there. Tokoro looked at Yuki, then looked down at the ground, rubbing the back of his neck. "Hey... I actually came here to apologize to you guys," Tokoro said, his voice unusually soft. "Because of me, you all got dragged into a massive mess. I'm really sorry."

> Yuki stood there, completely dumbfounded. He stared at Tokoro with wide, unblinking eyes. He literally couldn't believe his ears. Tokoro? Apologizing? To him?!

> Breaking into a nervous laugh, Yuki teased, "Wait, Tokoro... are you playing a prank on me right now? Are you actually joking?"

> Smack!

> Tatsuya lightly slapped the back of Yuki's head. "You idiot! Tokoro is being completely genuine right now. He is really apologizing."

> Yumeko nodded, smiling softly at Yuki. "Yeah, Yuki. He really means it. He apologized to all of us."

> Hearing them gang up on him, Tokoro's face flushed with embarrassment and irritation. He crossed his arms and snapped, "You know what, Yuki? Forget it. I take my apology back!"

> Yuki burst out laughing, pointing at him triumphantly. "See?! I told you guys! There is no way in hell this guy would ever say sorry to me for real! Haha!"

> The heavy tension from the day before finally broke, replaced by the familiar, comforting banter of his friends.

> Suddenly, Tokoro burst into tears and threw himself into Yuki's lap, sobbing loudly. "Yuki... you are such a great friend!" Tokoro whimpered. "You even put your brother's life in danger for me..."

> Yuki, completely flustered, cut him off. "Alright, alright! That's enough. Stop talking, you guys."

> Tokoro looked down sadly. "I know you guys probably hate me right now. But listen, Yuki... before I go to save Kenji, I came to see you all. One last time."

> Masaru frowned, looking worried. "Wait... how are you planning to fight them all alone?"

> "Don't worry about it," Tokoro replied quietly.

> Yuki sighed and gestured for Tokoro to get off his lap and sit by his shoulder. As Tokoro adjusted, Yuki looked at him gently. "Why are you even crying? Everyone goes through their worst moments. I know you only snapped at me because your head wasn't in the right place because of Kenji. Honestly, if someone did something like that to Yumeko, I would probably

> Yuki paused for a second and then added, "Look, I don't think we'll ever get to face Hitoshi unless you take us to him."

> As Yuki was talking, he noticed that Tokoro had suddenly stopped crying. In fact, the entire room had gone dead silent. Yuki looked around and saw everyone staring at him with sly, smirking grins.

> Yuki's face flushed. "What? What happened? Did I say something wrong?"

> Kazuya turned to Masaru, his eyes twinkling with mischief. "Hey Masaru, based on Yuki's logic... when that demon attacked Yumeko earlier, shouldn't Yumeko have just grabbed the demon and beaten the living hell out of it herself? Hahaha!"

> Masaru burst out laughing. "You're right, Kazuya! In that case, you and I shouldn't have even bothered stepping in between them! Hahaha!"

> Yuki's jaw dropped as he watched them crack up. "What is wrong with you two?! What are you even laughing about?!"

> Tatsuya leaned back, a huge smirk on his face. "Oh, come on, Yuki. You literally just said, 'If

> someone did something to Yumeko, I would react the exact same way.'"

> Reality finally hit Yuki. His brain short-circuited as he realized what he had just confessed out loud. Scratching the back of his neck nervously, he stammered, "A-Are you serious? I was just giving a random example!"

> Tatsuya arched an eyebrow playfully. "Oh, really? Is that so?"

> The whole berupted into laughter. Yumeko let out a few fake coughs, blushing slightly. "Okay guys, that's enough. We are supposed to be helping him, but no one is stopping the teasing!"

> Despite Yumeko trying to defuse the situation, the friends couldn't stop giggling. Suddenly, Tokoro, who had been quiet for a moment, blurted out, "You know... I really think Yuki likes Yumeko, right?"

> The rowdy group instantly went quiet, but the sudden silence was broken by Tokoro himself, who started laughing uncontrollably. Poor Yuki was getting absolutely roasted by his friends without any mercy.

> "What is wrong with all of you?!" Yuki yelled, his face , "Tokoro, you always have to say

 two extra lines, don't you?!"

> Tokoro patted his shoulder, wiping a tear from his eye. "Come on, Yuki, don't be shy!"

> Yumeko giggled softly. "Tokoro, I finally understand why Yuki always gets into a bad mood the moment your name is mentioned."

> "Oh, so you guys gathered here just to gossip about this?!" Yuki snapped, crossing his arms.

> Tokoro wagged his head playfully.

> Masaru smiled, trying to bring everyone back together. "Alright, how about we all throw a barbecue party this afternoon?

> Tokoro's smile faded, and he shook his head. "You guys go ahead. I have to go save Kenji."

> Yuki's expression turned serious, and he looked at Tokoro with genuine concern. "Tokoro, they are way too dangerous. You can't handle them alone right now. We will figure out a new plan together. Nothing is going to happen, Tokoro. We are in this together."
