negative emotions. It'd be nice to get rid of them and leave them forever which is what some did, not knowing of the future consequences that it would cause. millions signed up for this who then got the emotions sucked out of them by a machine in return for just some money, they thought it was brilliant and kept doing it every time they felt something negative, not caring for the consequences. naive. after just 2 million people worth of those emotions, they began to pile up and condense, making it look like a touchable goop. the inside was a square metallic object with wheels at the bottom but it was soon covered by a thick layer that looked like purple mud and those emotions turned it into a sentient being, filled with emotions such as greed, jealousy, loneliness, frustration, and helplessness. It yearned for more. more emotions. It's the only thing it was fed and it was frustrated, it felt emptiness just doing nothing but that and wanted to leave, it craved the outside world. So it ran and tried to escape but to leave, it ate the emotions of the ones who held it captive, but not just the negative ones and it started to feel its first joy of the world. It couldn't stop. It left everyone there as just things with negative emotions as it got addicted to only the positive ones and escaped. but it was still greedy and so it went to take its next victim out of many.

"Goodnight," My mother said to me whilst tucking me into bed "Goodnight" I responded as I pretended to close my eyes The sound of my mother opening her bedroom door could be heard as I smiled and when she closed it again, knowing she had entered, I jolted up and threw the covers off of me as I tiptoed across my room. I was actually quite scared, I had never sneaked out like this, it was my first time and the living room and kitchen is all dark which is really scary. I mean, you don't know what could pop out. But recently, I've become better with it because now I only need the bathroom light on and not the light directly outside my bedroom to be on! But anyway, This is a really important mission because I really really really have the urge for some chocolate and I normally can't have chocolate past this time. I tiptoed down the stairs, hoping for it to creak as little as possible and as I finally got down the stairs, an air of relief came over me, but I knew that this was only the beginning, the hard part was to come as I had to go back up but with the sound of the wrapper as well. But I still couldn't help myself from smiling even though I was more nervous than ever before. but as I turned the corner to the living room, a large purple mud-like monster filled it up, spanning towards the ceiling and stretching to the walls on either side of it. I screamed and fell onto my back, the sound shaking the whole house. the monster in front of my eyes smiled and both of my parents ran out of their room. "what's wrong?" they shouted as they ran down the stairs "what happened?
The monster began getting closer and I noticed that its teeth were spaced out for some reason as its mouth widened and it looked excited as it reached for me. But my parents got in the way and pushed me in the opposite direction from the monster "HIDE!" They screamed the monster ate them in one gulp. I was too shaken to listen to their last words as I covered my mouth and my eyes widened. But unlike my expectations, It just left, breaking the wall with it. But what should I do? I need to ask my parents! is what I said to myself as I took a few steps towards the stairway before realizing I couldn't anymore and fell to my knees as the tears started flowing down my cheeks and onto the cold hard wooden floor beneath me and my screams slowly became faded as I started hyperventilating.
