The winds blow through the cold night skies, ✦Bookmark here

The darkness blinds me in the eye, ✦Bookmark here

My heart is sad, and truly alone, ✦Bookmark here

For no one is there, to be my own, ✦Bookmark here

Am I alone for the days to come, ✦Bookmark here

For I am not one, with the moon and the sun, ✦Bookmark here

I am but a rock, on the face of the earth, ✦Bookmark here

I shall not move, walk, talk or birth ✦Bookmark here

This world is sad, so full of hatred, ✦Bookmark here

It’s sad to see the battles have not ended ✦Bookmark here

I’ve seen it before and I’ve seen it again, ✦Bookmark here

A constant war, which has no end, ✦Bookmark here

But I, a stone will not move, and bear it all, ✦Bookmark here

All alone. ✦Bookmark here
