Chapter 15
Natsumi wakes up
Natsumi shouts :"AHHHHH!!!!! Wait I don't feel any pain"
She looks at her legs. Her legs were not smashed. Her legs were fine and in top shape. Not a scratch was on it. She was sitting on the ground.
Natsumi said this :"My legs are not destroyed. What a relief! It was just a dream. Btw where am I?"
Natsumi looks around but all she see is deep fog. She remembers of that dream she had one day after seeing the fogs
Natsumi [Why am I remembering that dream? Is this place is the same as that dream's place? Where is that women then? She must be somewhere around here.]
Suddenly she hears a man's voice. The voice said this :"That women is not in here"
She was surprised. She stands up and starts to look around to find where the voice came from
Natsumi asks him :"Where is he?"
He replies to her :"I'm in top of you"
Natsumi looks above her. She saw a giant eye. She was startled. She falls down on the ground. She was scared. It was Light
Light replies to her :"Why are getting scared so much now? Last time you were behaving so rude"
Natsumi asks him :"Last time?"
She didn't know what he was talking about. She forgot about everything that happened inside the void zero.
He replies to her :"It's nothing. Also you can just call me Light"
Natsumi asks him :"That's ok. But where am I? Am I dreaming? What happened to me? Why do you look like this?"
Light replies to her :"You always ask so many questions like this. This habit of yours never change. But the answer of your questions is easy. This isn't a dream. Also it doesn't matter why I look like this."
Natsumi asks him :"You answer like you know me. Who are you?"
Light feels disturbed and irritated. He replies to her :"Don't ask questions when I am answering or I am gonna kill YOU!!"
Natsumi replies to him with scared tune :"I am sorry"
Light feels refreshed and happy. He replies to her :"I feel so good. She is scared of me."
She replies to him :"I can hear that."
Light replies to her :"Ahem. Your legs are really destroyed and you are death"
Natsumi puts both of her on her head and replies to him :"You are joking right? Like this thing can't happen. Yes, it must be a dream. A giant eyeball is talking to me like it's normal. He seems to know what I am thinking too. A deep fog. It must be a dream."
Light replies to her :"So you are trying to forget about harsh reality by thinking that you are inside a dream. But in reality you are death. Don't you still remember how much it hurts when your legs were smashed by a Jeep"
How could she forget that! She clearly knows how much pain she felt at that moment. She was shaking by how dark the sheer truth
Natsumi asks him in shock while shaking :"Then what am I doing in here?
Light replies to her :"You don't have to worry. You are just having a exam right now."
Natsumi asks him :"What kind of exam?"
Light replies to her :"The exam that might decide your future"
Natsumi asks him :"My future? But I am already death. How does I have a future?"
Light replies to her :"It's a future that only the death people can choice. Look at the fogs. It's fading away."
Natsumi looks at the fogs and saw the it's really fading away. Even though it was too dense a couple of seconds ago. She saw many giant door beyond the fogs.
Natsumi asks him :"What are those giant doors is for?"
Light replies to her :"Why don't you go there and check it out"
Natsumi starts walking towards those giant door. While walking
Natsumi replies to him :"You seems to know everything about this place"
Light replies to her :"Yes, I know everything about this and the entire world. After all I am the greatest being, supreme being and the perfect being."
Natsumi replies to him :"It seems like you are a God."
Light replies to her :"Yes, I am"
Natsumi replies to him :"So you really are the God."
She didn't say it in the same tune like how she said all the other thing. It didn't sounded she was happy, sad, sacred, scared, afraid, excited or surprised hearing that. She sounded like she was angry. Light didn't expect that.
Light asks her :"Why did you said it like that? Is there any problem being the God? Am I not cool?"
Natsumi replies to him angrily :"I can't tell someone is cool when he let me die with this pain. You could've let me die in other way. Why did you do this to me? What did I do to deserve this?!"
Light replies to her :"It's a bit harsh and disrespectful if you say that to your God. But I know what you are going at"
Natsumi replies to him angrily :" Disrespectful, you say? I will be disrespectful then. Just because you are strong and God. Doesn't mean you can do everything"
Light repliesto her :"Then you are trying to tell me that I should have prevented or changed it in other way of death."
Natsumi replies to him :"I didn't mean it like that"
Light replies to her :"You don't know. It wasn't a accident. But they did this to you full knowing that you were among those people in the streets"
Natsumi was surprised and asks him :"Does that mean I was murdered?"
Light replies to her :"Yeah. Though it wasn't planned. You are not the only one who died. 16 other people died at the same place as you died. But many of them didn't die"
Natsumi asks him :"What are you getting at?"
Light replies to her :"I am trying to say if I wanted to prevent your death then I should had to make someone else die. You probably don't want something like this to happen since it will make you feel regretful."
Natsumi replies to him :"It's still the same. People are still dying."
Light replies to her :"I could have also make them not to kill you. Or even Don't sacrificing anybody else. By making them good or making them do any other thing. But it does mean that I am a tyrant who is using his power to take those peoples freedom of choice. Or someone who is controlling his creation whatever the way he want??"
Natsumi asks him :"It does. But didn't you create future? There must be another way to stop this tragedy"
Light replies to her :"I didn't create the future. But I can see the future. Humans are the one who are creating there own future. If I try to protect you it means that I am disturbing the way humans are trying to create their own future. It would make me a being who is disturbing the life of a humble little being."
Natsumi thought to herself [I can't disagree him. But it kinda feel weird hearing that from a giant eyeball]
Light reads her mind. He replies to her :"It's seems like you don't like this version of me. Let me turn into a normal person then."
Light turns into a normal human male with long blonde hair.
Light asks him :"Am I handsome?"
Natsumi feels a bit annoyed. She finds him handsome. But saying it would make her look like a person who loves and respect anyone as long as he looks like a normal human person. Also she didn't like how he changed the entire subject of the conversation.
She replies to him with annoyed tune :"This isn't time to ask this kinda questions!!"
Light replies to her :"You aren't any fun"
Natsumi replies to him :"There was one more question I had"
Light replies to her :"I know what you are trying to ask. Humans were Immortal Before. But the very first human that I created wanted to make human and all the other living things into mortal. He somehow even convince them all."
Natsumi [The first human]
Light replies to her :"It was a very stupid reason, he asked that wish for"
Natsumi asks him :"What was the reason?"
Light replies to her :"He got bored living in Earth so he wanted to die to go to heaven. And now all the humans and living beings are mortal. Though I'd he wanted I could've let him stay in Heaven without dying. With his body and flesh"
Natsumi [What??.........] shouts :"JUST FOR THAT STUPID REASON!!!"
