Chapter 30: Make The Call! Help From The Gods!

(Sawano and the rest of the fighters began to step in the way of the stampeding cloud of debris coming their direction.)
"Sawano: Stand on guard guys!"
(Kira quickly felt their power and collapsed to one knee.)
"Kira: Sawano! Kira senses something strong... Its causing her to feel weak..!"
"Xiazress: Kira, are you ok?"
"Kira: She is not sure... she can barely stand under this kind of power pressure..."
(The others began to feel the same effect except for Gaito, Okisaki and Sawano.)
"Gaito: What in the-"
"Sawano: Whatever's going on, we're not affected... That means, whoever's in that debris cloud is trouble."
(The debris stopped a few seconds later only to show a massive army of specters and Tayna steps forward which surprised Sawano.)
"Tayna: What a delightful reunion!"
"Sawano: TAYNA...! WHAT IS THIS..?!"

"Tayna: Oh nothing.. its just a.. simple spell..? I placed an invisible barrier around this entire area. What's inside this barrier is actually a little enchantment I placed upon it, any and all enemies inside this has their so called "aces in the hole" locked away. So that means, any transformations, abilities or whatever you all use for your finishing blow has been locked and only I can unlock them!"

"Nightwave: You.. smug son of a..-"
"Gaito: FOR YOUR INFORMATION, THE THREE OF US DIDN'T GET AFFECTED! SO WE CAN STILL KICK YOUR ASS!"
"Sawano: Before I eradicate you, I'm going to ask you this. Who. THE F**K ARE YOU TAYNA..?"
"Tayna: Who am I..? Of course, before I tell you I want to tell you a secret. I heard about what you did to BOTH of my clans."
"Sawano: Both..?"
"Tayna: Villainous Visions AND Decayed Retribution. Both of them was attacked and wiped out during my absence BY YOU! THEN YOU CALLED YOURSELF THE NEW LEADER AMONG THEM..? So yes, I hated that and I was very. Very. Pissed. But now, I'm no longer Tayna of both those clans. I'm a Goddess who was hidden and forgotten about, I am the Goddess of The Dead... TAYNA!"
(Everyone looked at her with annoyed looks.)
"Xiazress: But... you helped us with Trezoru..!"
"Tayna: I helped you with that freak, I will admit that. But helping you two wasn't my main goal, I was doing the same thing Sawano was back then. I was killing clan by clan until I met you two in the same exact realm. In truth, all these guys here are my specters, my puppets, my minions and I have a very good spot saved just for you, SAWANO. You say I'd hold you back..?"
"Sawano: What in the HELL are you talking about..?"
"Tayna: YOU OBVIOUSLY DON'T REMEMBER WHAT YOU SAID TO ME WHEN HELLER HELPED YOU WITH YOUR POISON! YOU TOLD ME I'D HOLD YOU BACK AND WALKED OFF ON ME!"
"Sawano: So what if I did? All you did was capture a soul, I didn't see you fight nor did I ever want to anyway."
(She grinded her teeth and held one finger up which started generating a huge amount of darkness at a medium size. Everyone was on guard once again after regaining their strength to stand and Kira analyzed the orb.)

"Tayna: So.. you STILL underestimate me..? Then I'll show you how STRONG I CAN REALLY BE!"
(She fired the orb and Kira finished analyzing it in time with a gasp.)
"Kira: EVERYONE, DODGE THAT ORB AT ALL COSTS!"
(They quickly avoided it then began to circle back and hit Sawano until Gaito smited the orb then dissolved.)
"Tayna: So, Gaito Tamarei... A current Demi-God under Zeus's lightning, how did such a careless mortal like you gain such opportunity?"
"Gaito: There was a time I was careless, heartless and even selfish. But not anymore, thanks to Sawano he changed me and I'm going to do it for the best. I WAS GIVEN THIS OPPORTUNITY TO STORE BALANCE INTO BOTH THIS WORLD AND EVERY PLANET IN THIS UNIVERSE!"
(Tayna smirked with a hint of disgust.)
"Tayna: You got a lot of your father in you, that's what I hate about the Tamarei family the most."
"Gaito: Wanna take that back, flat-chested bitch?"
(The others gasped in surprise to what he said and Tayna snarled at him.)
"Tayna: You'll regret SAYING THAT!"
(She blasted herself towards Gaito at a faster pace but in an instant, Gaito zapped behind her without moving his limbs.)
"Impressive... So you can flash teleport huh..?"
"Gaito: You're starting to bore me already, come on and try to hit me!"
(She scoffed and silenced her footsteps and slowly circled Gaito then tries to throw a fast punch but Gaito tilts his head to the side and avoids then punch then jumps to avoid a leg sweep.)

"Seriously? Is that the best you got?"
"Tayna: You underestimate me, boy. So.."
(She snapped her fingers then an undead demon arises from the ground and devours Gaito whole which has the others surprised in shock.)
"Impressed? My powers FAR surpass both Reanimation elementals and any other Goddess! Unlike you two.. Xiazress of Void and Kira of Creation.. YOU TWO HAVE STOLEN EVERYTHING FROM ME!"
"Kira: Kira is confused on what you're talking about!"
"Xiazress: I don't get it! What did WE ever take from YOU?"
"Tayna: The respect I was suppose to be given as a Goddess...! I'm A GODDESS AMONG GODDESSES! YOU TWO ARE FAKERS, ESPECIALLY YOU KIRA!"
"Kira: Kira finds your judgement painfully false. It is also not true that you are a Goddess among Goddesses! Kira possesses that title currently after the war against Heaven eons ago!"
"Sawano: War against the heavens? Kira, what is going on here?"
"Tayna: ENOUGH TALK! HEAR ME MY PUPPET, KILL THEM!"
(The massive demon's eyes glowed and roared into the skies as everyone scattered to avoid a plunging fist. Konnor began to fire multiple arrows at the demon but didn't pierce its skin.)
"Konnor: Damn! Try THIS on for size!"
(His bow turned into an orange colored type with an explosive icon then rests the arrow on the string.)

"Explosion Arrow..."
(The demon roared and runs towards him.)
"COLLAPSING COMBUST!"
(He'd fire the arrow which releases a powerful amount of energy and hits the demon which caused a big explosion across the area then Kira quickly creates a indestructible barrier around the entire city. The debris cleared up as the Demon was seen with half of its limbs torn off.)
"Angel: Nice one Konnor!"
"Nightwave: Good job!"
(Kira quickly looked at the demon's skin crawling.)
"Kira: Look!"
(The demon's lost limbs began to regenerate and regained its strength.)
"Sawano: Seriously..?!"|
"Tayna: HA! Try to attack him in anyway. My demon can withstand any and all attacks! Like I said, KILL THEM!"
(The demon began to walk towards them but stopped and groaned after feeling explosions in its body and backed up in pain. Streaks of light started to burst out until the demon roared in its demise as Gaito blasted himself out of the stomach and revealed his Demi-God form.)|
"Gaito: RAAAH!!! DIE YOU DAMNED DEMON!"
(Gaito continuously fired multiple lightning bolts at the feared demon who's regeneration could not continue due to the lightning striking him. The demon began to roar in agony as Gaito drew Venomshank without hesitation and vanished.)

"IF YOU CAN RENGERATE.. I'LL JUST OVERPOWER YOUR REGENERATION! TAMAREI TACTIC ONE...!"
(He'd take one step and at a flashing speed, he'd cut the demon with one blurring hit which causes over two hundred slashes across its body and exposes the core.)
"STINGING WHISP! NOW THAT I KNOW YOUR CORE... I KNOW HOW TO END IT!"
(Gaito raises his hand to the sky which locks both the demon and him inside an abyss-dark box and he vanishes within the darkness as the demon looked around to sense him.)
"Sin.. SLASH."
(Gaito takes one step at a time then in a flash, instantly slices off limb by limb at fast speed then Venomshank grew brightly and slashed the demon in half which destroyed the core which after so, the box exploded with electric shocks coming from the ground and the demon's body began to disintegrate. Venomshank's blade began to collapse and shatters then a saber of lightning appeared out of the handle.)
"Tayna: I-Impossible...! How did you..? How did-"
"Gaito: SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"
(Gaito walked towards Tayna with the new bladed Venomshank as lightning was circuiting around his body in anger.)

"You call yourself a Goddess..? HOW DARE YOU CALL YOURSELF WORTHY OF SOMETHING YOU'RE NOT?!"
"Tayna: Maybe I didn't make myself clear. I. AM. A Goddess, don't make me prove it.."
(She snapped her fingers and her specters held scrolls of their spells.)

"Gaito: How exactly, would you prove a damn thing if you can't even land a hit on me YOURSELF..?"
(Kira patted his shoulder and Xiazress walked towards her.)
"Kira: Let us handle this, Gaito."
"Xiazress: We appreciate the confidence, but for now, let this be a Goddess fight."
(Gaito looked at both of them and powered down then Venomshank vanished.)
"Gaito: Alright. Kick her ass and don't you two dare die.!"
"Kira: Kira will make sure of it!"
"Xiazress: Ready to rock, Kira?"
"Kira: She's more than ready, Xiazress!"
(They stood in their stances as Tayna chuckled then broke out laughing.)
"Tayna: I guess I have to show my Goddess power."
(She stabbed her own hand through her chest then pulled out her own heart then coughed out blood after falling to one knee which the others was a bit disgusted by.)
"Do you know.. what happens if I squeeze this...?"
"Okisaki: Uh duh, you'll die?"
"Tayna: No you brat! THIS HAPPENS!"
(She'd squeeze her own heart and passes out on the floor then black smoke began to leak from her chest wound and her heart instantly turns black then floats back inside. Tayna's body lifted from her feet and grew grey markings all over her body.)
"Faiz: What in the hell is this..?"
(Tayna regained consciousness and laughed maniacally with her eyes yellow and black.)
"Jogeta: Man.. that's ugly.."
"Tayna: And now... I want all of you to come at me if you can! I'll kill you all myself!"
(Nightwave and the five sword-welding legends stepped forward but Kanzayaki quickly ran towards her.)

"Nightwave: KANZAYAKI WAIT!"
"Kanzayaki: Your reign of terror ends now!"
(He'd quickly grabbed his kunai and vanished from a smoke bomb. Tayna stood still and sensed him from afar then quickly reappeared to strike her but she countered with a block. The specters backed up to avoid the fight.)
"I see you're pretty good! But I won't hold back!
(Kanzayaki held his blade high to call upon his trump card.)
"I call the blade that can even erase a Demi-God, bring to me the sacred family sword! Protector of The Fallen, Extinction!"
(Cracks was forming from the ground as the blade known as Extinction arisen from a sealed ruby then Kanzayaki grips the handle tightly and began to strike her without hesitation which Tayna began to strike back but with harder swings. Kanzayaki avoids a few more swings and appeared above her and stabs Extinction through her which has Tayna screaming.)
"EXTERMINATE!"
(He'd twist the sword inside her wounded body then she continued screaming as a light was glowing and fades out as Tayna remained right there in the exact same spot which had Kanzayaki in fear.)
"Tayna: Really..? Is that what your puny sword does? If you tried to exterminate me, it WON'T WORK AGAINST A GODDESS!"
"Kanzayaki: Curse you wretched-"
(She threw her sword at his neck which plunged deeply past it and had everyone else pissed off.)

"Tayna: Oopsie..!"
"Tsurata: GRR.. I'LL KILL YOU!"
(The swordsmen/women charged towards Tayna and she'd fight and killed each one as painfully as possible then stopped as Hyoko and Nightwave kept their guard up until Hyoko walked towards her without fear.)
"Nightwave: Master Hyoko! You can't fight her!"
"Hyoko: I'm going fight for this world as I've promised."
"Nightwave: But you can't handle it! She'll kill you and the village can't take another death like you! Don't do it!"
(Hyoko stopped and removed his wrapped sheath and started to engrave ancient markings on it which brings Sawano to a massive shock.)
"Sawano: That... THAT SHEATH..!"
"Okisaki: What is it..?"
"Sawano: That sword belonged to our grandfather..!"
(The sheath hissed and unlocked as the blade was released which Okisaki remembered seeing it before in their childhood.)
"Okisaki: NO WAY...!"
(Everyone looked at Hyoko's sword which even Tayna was in shock.)
"Everyone: THE FIRST EVER HELLBLAZER!!"
"Hyoko: REQUIEM!"
(Two walls of fire was formed which revealed the true form of the first HellBlazer. Then stood in a good position without taking his eyes off her or the specters.)

"Tayna: Congratulations, you've managed to resurrect a legendary sword. But it won't be legendary for long once I DESTROY IT!"
"Hyoko: Underestimating this old man is a massive mistake.. I'll have you know, I fought alongside the SECOND man to ever weld Unholy Inferno throughout the wars!"
"Sawano: Wait.. second..?"
(The others was confused.)
"Nightwave: Sawano. Who you're looking at is Master Hyoko Shimichi! The TRUE first to EVER create Unholy Inferno!"
(Everyone gasped as the legend was true.)
"Okisaki: So.. the legend was true... the true master remained alive to this day..!"
"Tayna: Enough talk!"
(She charged in at Hyoko at unbelievable speed as Kira and Xiazress backed Hyoko up and he came in attacking Tayna but matched his skill with a blade. The three of them fights Tayna at the same time as the others sat back and watched then they'd separate.)
"Xiazress: Spear of The Uncalming Nights, OMEGA!"
(A void portal opened as dark spirits lifted the spear from its seal and charged towards Tayna to overpower her speed as they collided. Xiazress implants the spear into the ground which left Tayna open to a strong kick across her face then she flipped over her spear and slammed it down on the ground which she quickly escaped in time.)

"Hyoko: NEVER LEAVE YOUR GUARD DOWN! WILDFIRE EAGLE!"
(He blasts a valley of fire but began to shift into an eagle form which came towards Tayna and lands a direct hit in time and causes a mild area of debris to form.)
"Xiazress: Good shot!"
"Kira: She's not down!"
(Tayna appeared in the sky and screamed with the skies turning darker than before then said three words.)
"Tayna: Rekindle... Rejuvenate...."
(She inhaled deeply then yelled at the top of her lungs.)
"REANIMATE!!!!"
(The yelling continued as her power level extended horrendously stronger than before and everyone was caught in her aura and screamed in pain as Sawano looked around to what's going on in confusion. A few moments later, everyone was staring at Sawano with white eyes and black aura which made him feel uneasy.)
"Sawano: What the hell did you do..?"
"Tayna: I was ticked off to the point I had no choice but to use my trump card... Punished Animation."
"Sawano: The hell kind of name is that?"
"Tayna: ITS MY TRUMP CARD'S NAME YOU JERK! You see... your friends here has shown me enough power to piss me off. So now, I'm going to make YOU HELPLESS SAWANO! MY PUPPETS, SLAUGHTER HIM AND SAVE ME HIS HEAD!"
(They'd all turn towards him and had their weapons and spells ready as the specters followed orders as well. He looked at everyone and even saw Okisaki under control.)

"Sawano(Thinking): Damn you..! (Aloud): If I have to fight them..."
(He casts Hellblazer and his fangs grew sharper as he extended a little bit of power then stood in his stance and stared at the specters and the corrupted group.)
"BRING IT ON!"
(They all ran towards Sawano as he ran towards them and began engulfing himself in flames.)
"Phantom SLASH!"
(He'd vanish into the large group of specters and slashed as many as he can down then flipped in mid-air and slashed once more into the ground which created a massive explosion. Then comes Xiazress and Okisaki fighting Sawano with their powers combined which he begins avoiding blow after blow. A shine was seen in the debris as Sawano dodged a darkness wave of energy from Konnor's arrow.)
"Tayna: Try to run and fight all you like, you're still no match for the corrupted ones!"
(Sawano continued fighting them off until anther group of specters rushed towards him which made Sawano go twice more faster than before.)
"Sawano: Come on...! Demon Phantom SLASH!"

(Faster than the previous Phantom Slash, he successfully landed a hit on the specters which exploded but they began regenerating which had him off guard and cut on the arm by Angel's arrow then suffered a massive cut to the back by Nightwave's katana. He began to get out the debris but ended up being blasted from Okisaki's wave of Inferno then stood in the middle where he was surrounded.)

"Angel(Possessed): You weak, feeble being..!"
"Okisaki(Possessed): Did you assume you could take us down yourself..?"
"Nightwave(Possessed): Useless AND shameful indeed!"
"Konnor(Possessed): Let us end this now. Nuclear Arrow..."
(Sawano gasped and tried to fly away from it but was trapped by a Void portal plus Kira's paralysis dart.)
"Sawano: Y-you... two...?"
(Kira and Xiazress smirked at Sawano as he was about to be blown away.)
"Konnor(Possessed): Meltdown!"

(He'd fire the arrow at Sawano which approached him fast speed and created a nuke-like explosion across the entire area and the city which was stuck between the surface collapsed from said explosion. A few minutes later, the debris cleared up as Xiazress's shield was taken down and they looked upon them and sees a remaining tattered shirt that was left of him on the charred ground.)

"Tayna: He's done. A little overboard, but done. Let us go."
(The specters and possessed fighters joined Tayna into conquering Japan as Sawano was carried then laid him down at a familiar location. Four hours later, Sawano's core was repaired and he started to wake up.)
"Sawano: Damn it..."
"Gaito: Took you long enough."
(He looked up to see Gaito leaning on the wall with his blindfold above his head.)
"You need to be careful man, you literally challenged them to a one verses all. That's five hundred specters she has!"
"Sawano: I know. Where did you even go?"
"Gaito: I was meditating in a tree?"
"Sawano: More like napping.."
"Gaito: N-NO! I WASN'T IT WAS DEEP MEDITATION! Anyway.. look, we have major problems Sawano. Things went very bad in the past four hours."
"Sawano: How bad?"
(He pointed at a TV which had no source of outlets or power so he zapped the TV and turned it on with his lightning. The screen showed static to find a signal which now shows explosions in the background of the current news story.)
"News Anchorwomen #2: THIS UNKNOWN GROUP OF ATTACKERS HAS JUST RAMPAGED THE NORTH SIDE OF KYOTO! THINGS ARE LOOKING BAD DOWN HERE AS ELEMENTAL DIVISIONS ELEVEN AND NINE WAS JUST TAKEN OUT, WE CAN'T KEEP UP!"
(He flips through the TV as the news reports the same thing until paused at the presidential announcement.)

"Prime Minister: Unfortunately during this horrific time and with our forces taken out, we're now offering any and all countries to help us in this time of need. If anyone can help us, we please appreciate it!"
(Specters began breaking into the prime minister's office where the camera cuts off and Gaito disconnects the power to the TV and Sawano covered his face in anger.)
"Gaito: If I'm correct, there's now over... six thousand specters across Japan now. So, we may as well just surrender."
"Sawano: SHUT UP!"
"Gaito: Dude? What can we even do at this point?! There is over SIX! THOUSAND! SPECTERS! ACROSS JAPAN! WHAT CAN WE EVEN DO?"
(Sawano pushed him away as he stood up.)
"Sawano: What can we do huh..? I gave my goddamn life to this world and by the gods, I WILL PROTECT IT! WE SAVED THIS UNIVERSE BEFORE AND YOU'RE GONNA ABANDON IT?! WHAT KIND OF HERO ARE YOU GAITO IF YOU ABANDON A NEW WORLD WE OURSELVES CREATED...?"
"Gaito: SAWANO, I GET YOUR ANGER! BUT EVEN I CAN'T TAKE DOWN SIX THOUSAND OF THOSE THINGS! SOMETIMES, YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE FACT THAT HEROS SOMETIMES LOSE!"
"Sawano: THAT'S A LIE! ALL MY LIFE, I'VE BEEN SEARCHING FOR OKISAKI AND BRINGING HER BACK AFTER THAT, I'VE KILLED MY MOTHER AND FATHER FOR WHAT? A MISUNDERSTANDING I HAD NO CLUE ABOUT?! ALL YOU'VE DONE WAS STEAL, ROB AND KILL! YOU'RE JUST AN ASSASSIN GAITO!"
(Gaito punched Sawano with full force into the walls which began to crumble.)
"Gaito: Shut... your damn.. mouth... You don't know a thing about my past... The reason behind my assassins, the reason behind my loneliness. Everything was taken from me..."
(Sawano began to get out the crumble as the flames cleaned his cuts at his will.)
"Sawano: Then tell me. What happened to you in the past?"
(Gaito sat down on a rock and puts on his blindfold.)
"Gaito: I'll tell you. Years ago, in Osaka, Japan..."

-Gaito's Backstory-

"(Narrating): I was born into the Tamarei family. The family was well known for their assassination classes and jobs. In Osaka, it was legal for assassinations but they all have to be accepted by documents then the assassin that accepts it will turn it into the federation. I lived in the dojo with my mother, father and bigger sister, they all was loved and I didn't even get any attention. So when I was a kid, I trained alone. Of course I loved my family but things changed..."

(He trained alone on a practice dummy as his bigger sister watched him then walked over.)
"Gaito: Oh.. hey Masunashi..!"
"Masunashi: Gaito... can we talk..? Sibling to sibling?"
"Gaito: What's wrong?"
(They sat down on a bench in the family garden and talked.)
"Masunashi: Its the way you fight little bro, its making me worried that you'll go off balance and open your guard."
"Gaito: Ahh don't worry! I can fight well!"
"Masunashi: That's another thing I wanted to talk with you about.. you're too confident and I fear it'll get you killed..."
"Gaito: Nothing can kill me! I swore to you and mom and dad that I'd protect you guys no matter what! So don't you worry Masunashi!"
(She smiled and laughed a bit.)
"Masunashi: Just as energetic as ever..!"
(He smiled as she patted his head and got up.)
"I guess there is nothing to worry about then!"
"Gaito: That's right! Nothing's going to get through me!"
(He ran back to the field to continue training and Masunashi smiled to see him continuing. A few hours went by and Gaito was walking home after going into the forest for acrobatic exercise then made it back to his village which was crowded with an anxious and scared crowd until Gaito looked up and saw a color of black going to the sky.)

"Gaito: Oh no..! The dojo!!"
(He cuts through the crowd and goes inside terrified of the worse that could've happened. A few minutes after running, he stopped and saw the dojo trapped with dark aura then ran inside after being yelled at by the fighters to come back down.)
"MOM! DAD..! SIS..?!"
(He appeared in the dojo's main room and stared in fear at three mutated demons inside the room and backed up.)
"Masunashi(Demonized): Gaito...! K-kill us..! Please..!!"
"Gaito: MA-MAS-MASUNASHI..?"
(She cried and knew that she was still human inside.)
"Masunashi(Demonized): Please... I don't want to die a Demon... kill us brother..!"
"Gaito: I CAN'T..!"
"Masunashi(Demonized): Little brother..."
(She cried more as she begged him to deeply. Gaito cried more and drew his sword then raised it high above his head as tears continued to drop from his cheeks. Three separate slashes, the three of them laid there with blood splattered against the walls as the dark aura around the dojo vanished and Gaito held Masunashi's hand.)
"Masunashi(Human): Gaito..."
(He gasped and looked at her smiling as her hand tightened in Gaito's grip.)

"Gaito: I'm sorry... I'm sorry.. sorry so sorry...!"
"Masunashi: You... didn't do.. anything wrong, little brother... You saved us from the worst..."
(He continued to cry still as he didn't let go of her hand.)
"Don't cry for me... we'll still be around you, in your heart.. Gaito...?"
"Gaito: Huh..?"
(She weakly pointed at the family's sword.)
"Masunashi: Take it... Zanbato.. is ready for you.."
"Gaito: I CAN'T.. TAKE THAT..! PLEASE... I'M SORRY..!"
"Masunashi: Don't apologize... and don't cry Gaito... You've blessed us with a chance for Heaven... Please, take the sword.. and let the Tamarei family live on...!"
(He hugged her and held her tightly and couldn't stop crying.)
"I love you.. little brother.."
(Her hand lost grip and closed her eyes as she passed on and Gaito laid her down and sobbed more then screamed loudly at the top of his lungs in regret.)

-Present-

"Gaito: Ever since that day, I lost track of the bastard who took them from me... Mom, dad.. and Masunashi..! I WAS FORCED TO TAKE MY LOVED ONES FROM ME..!! And look at me, I got stronger, faster, I even killed a panther with my own two hands..!"
"Sawano(Thinking): So that's what his pelt is..."
"Gaito: I mean, look at me. I'm sitting here, welding powers given to me from Zeus. And not even searching for the one who made me murder my family."
"Sawano: But how did you become blind?"
"Gaito: I... did it to myself. I made a deal with a high-ranking necromancer and he'd give me power if I gave away my sight. So, I've been fighting blind my whole life."
(A chuckle was heard in the dark room which started Sawano and Gaito so they looked around and heard footsteps as a familiar person appeared from the shadows.)
"Lady: Such a sad story indeed... You look like you want to kill yourself anyway Gaito, how can I help you two..?"
"Gaito: Who are you-"
"Sawano: Velriot..."
(She smiled with relief.)
"Velriot: Sawano. Good to see you again after you destroyed The Order Of Encursed Elements."
(Sawano walked towards her.)
"Sawano: How EXACTLY are you alive..? I killed you numerous times and even we wiped out the whole hideout."
"Velriot: Well... It was suppose to be a secret but I guess I'll tell!"
(She whispered in his ear.)

"(Whispering): I can't actually die, from both elements and natural causes!"
(Sawano backed up a bit as she smiled again.)
"Sawano: Impossible... But I'm POSITIVE I killed you..!"
"Velriot: Nope..! I just hid in the dark the entire fight."
"Sawano: So you let everyone die?"
"Velriot: Not everyone! You guys can come out!!"
(A few more familiar faces showed up out of the darkness and stood next to Velriot and brings Sawano to surprise.)
"Sawano: Chloe..? Don't tell me you've-"
"Lady #2: Yes. She has resurrected me as well."
(Scarlett Valhallen walks out of the shadows with a massive scar on her face.)
"Sawano: Scarlett."
"Scarlett: Sawano."
(They stared at one another, remembering what happened years ago.)
"Velriot: Now look, we want to help you Sawano. We tried to kill you and we decided to change our ways."
"Sawano: Why in any WAY should I trust you guys after what you pulled...?"
"Kira: Because Kira is watching them."

(Sawano and Gaito looked at Kira standing behind them when Sawano saw her corrupted from Tayna's power and Gaito just stared at her with a confused look.)
"Gaito: Did she get taller?"
(Kira pouted at Gaito and pulled his ear.)
"Kira: KIRA IS FINE AT THE HEIGHT SHE IS NOW! DON'T GO RUBBING IT IN!"
"Gaito: GAH! FINE FINE! JUST LET GO!"
(She let go and dramatically pouted with an angered expression.)
"Sawano: So... about watching them- HOLD UP, YOU WAS POSSESSED BY TAYNA'S SPELL HOW DID YOU EVEN-"
"Kira: Kira is hurt that you forgot her title, Goddess of Creation!"
"Sawano: SO WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO KIRA?!"

"Kira: So, we all know that Tayna's specters has just taken over Japan in the past four hours and we know half of all the elemental divisions are taken over from her possession spell. For this, we cannot take back Japan alone. We need to consult with the Gods and Goddesses in the heavens and see if they shall assist us, Kira's creation element won't be enough and neither for Gaito's Demi-God power. Sawano, Kira believes you had undeniable power when you took on The Anti-Gods, is that true?"

"Sawano: Yeah...?"
"Kira: Kira assumes you can do it again right?"
"Sawano: I tried to a couple times when I took on the specters myself.. but I can't..."
"Kira: Hm... without that special transformation you performed against the Anti-Gods, we have to find backup."
"Scarlett: Unfortunately, The Anti-Gods invaded The Realm Of Light and attacked most of the Gods and Goddesses down there. It'll be impossible to reach anyone there."
"Velriot: Well we need to think of something..."
(As everyone continued to think of Ideas, Sawano gasped and remembered Aenta's seal.)
"Sawano: I think I know a Goddess who can help us.."
(They looked at Sawano and waited for an answer, meanwhile in the Heavens, Aenta was drinking tea with Lyssa the Goddess of Anger. Her seal began to buzz which startled her a bit then she answered.)
"Aenta(Seal): H-Hello..?"
"Sawano(Seal): Aenta! Its Sawano."
"Aenta(Seal): Sawano! A pleasure talking to you! What can I do for you?"
"Sawano(Seal): Ok listen, we need a favor. Can you come down for a while?"
"Aenta(Seal): Sure! Sure! I'll be there soon!"
(They'd hang up the seals as the communication ends.)

"Sawano: She'll be here soon."
(A while later, a portal opened up and Aenta and Lyssa came through it, meeting up with Sawano and the rest.)
"Aenta: So what's going on?"
"Lyssa: EW! MORTALS..! I HATE THEM!"
"Gaito: Hey, all of us aren't mortals here!"
"Kira: It has been a long time Lyssa and Aenta."
"Aenta: Kira, you haven't been in the Heavens for so long, its lonely up there with you even Lyssa agrees with it."
"Lyssa: Yeah, its very lonely!"
"Kira: Kira is sorry, she cannot return to the Heavens after Zeus banished me for element abuse."
"Aenta: We will speak to Zeus once this is over! Now, I'm aware of what's happening to Japan."
"Sawano: Is there anyway you can contact a God or Goddess to help us?
(She stood there pondering about that for a moment.)
"Aenta: The Realm of Light is actually closed, no God or Goddess and go in or out of the realm. After the attack from The Anti-Gods, Zeus has shut down all portals to it until further notice."
"Lyssa: I think I know someone... But, you guys won't like him..?"
"Aenta: You cannot be talking about.. HIM, can't you Lyssa...?"
(She stepped up and for the first time had a concerned look on her face.)
"Lyssa: Uh.. his name is.. Ares... God of War.."
(They all gasped after hearing the name.)

"Aenta: Yup... Listen, Ares is BRUTAL... He doesn't take kindly to anyone challenging him, if you bore him, he kills you! I saw a match against a human who challenged him, he died during the fight. Sawano, hear me. I don't care how bad you want to recruit him, STAY AWAY FROM ARES!"(He got up and looked at the both of them.)
"Sawano: I can't do that. I'm willing to give whatever I have to give to save Japan."
"Aenta: Sawano! He is A NIGHTMARE, YOU CANNOT CHALLENGE HIM!"
"Sawano: Aenta. Either we sit here and wait for Tayna and her specters to come and kill us or you take us to Ares right this instant."
(Lyssa got in front of Aenta and looked at Sawano.)
"Lyssa: Listen! I know how badly you want to save those pitiful humans, but you can't! Even taking just one punch from him is enough to knock you down!"
"Sawano: I've beaten men bigger than him and I'm sure as hell I'll KNOCK HIS ASS OUT!"
"Lyssa: DO YOU EVEN HEAR YOURSELF..? YOU'RE CALLING OUT A GOD! OF! WAR! GOD OF WAR!"
"Sawano: SO WHAT?!"
"Kira: SAWANO!"
(Everyone froze as Kira raised her voice for the first time.)

"Enough of the childish games! We came here to SAVE JAPAN and you want to throw your life away FIGHTING A GOD WHO IS MILLIONS TIMES STRONGER THAN YOU RIGHT NOW..? KIRA HAS EXPERIENCED THAT MAN'S STRENGTH AND HE IS A TRUE MONSTER! YOU WANT TO SEE A MONSTER, FINE! BUT DON'T CRAWL TO ME WHEN YOU'RE BEGGING FOR YOUR LIFE! AENTA, GET THE PORTAL OPEN!"

(Aenta was speechless and opened the portal anyway as everyone walked through and made it in front of Ares's hall. They all walked in and looked around at the weapons and heads collected and framed in the halls. A few seconds later, they walked in the main chamber and saw Ares sharpening one of his battle axes.)
"Ares: WELL. WELL. Lyssa, its been a while has it?"
"Lyssa: H-hey... Ares..."
(He looked at everyone else and scoffed.)
"Ares: Aenta. Kira and that new Demi-God, Gaito. The rest of you, I don't know who you are but if this is about Japan, go bother someone else."
"Sawano: And why should we?"
"Ares: Maybe because ehh... you'd bore me the second we fight. I don't sense you at a God's level kid, so get the hell out."
(He turned away and walked back to the sharpener. Sawano gripped his fist tightly and silenced his footsteps and tried a quiet heavy attack but Ares grabbed his fist which created a little wind shockwave which also angered him.)
"I thought I told you.. to GET! OUT!"
(He punched Sawano across the floor which he'd end up crashing through a column then through the wall which shocked everyone. Ares then looked at everyone else then walked towards them.)

"Ares: Is he always like this..? Because he's starting to annoy me..."
"Lyssa: Please forgive us for such a rude introduction!"
(Sawano blasted quickly out of the rubble and tried to attack Ares again but he'd raise his leg high in the air and stomps in the ground where Sawano's head was but created a massive series of cracks across the floor and Sawano stood behind him.)
"Ares: Kid. I really don't want to kill you. So if I was you, I'd back off."
"Sawano: NOT UNTIL YOU AGREE TO HELP US OUT AND SAVE JAPAN..!"
(He puts his fists up and was ready to continue to fight him as Ares stood there with an expressionless face then sighed.)
"Ares: If you're begging for your final breath, don't think I won't go easy on you."
"Sawano: Fine by me!"
(Ares snapped his fingers and the floors and walls was reinforced so that they don't break easily and he raised his fists up and stared down Sawano.)
"Ares: Classic Ares rule, first one to fall unconscious loses, only one can remain standing..!"
"Sawano: Lets go..."

(The others backed away and saw the fight that was about to happen. Sawano slid his foot forward then rocketed himself faster than light at Ares for the first blow but a massive shockwave was made after an echoing blow to Sawano's stomach. A pile of blood was spat out of Sawano and got on the floor on both his knees and looked at the purple bruise on his entire stomach.)

"Kira: This idiot..."
"Gaito: Ouch... that'll leave a mark."
(He catches his breath but coughed more blood and weakly started getting back to his feet.)
"Ares: You ignorant commoner."
(Sawano was pulled up by his hair and Ares was ready to fight again but punched Sawano into one of the walls where he bounced off them and fell to the floor and the others couldn't watch. Ares was becoming more annoyed and looked at his tail.)
"Ares: What's this..? A tail..?"
(Sawano gasped and tried to get up and away from him but Ares grabbed his tail and examined it but lets it go.)
"I don't know why you have a tail, but don't worry..."
(He stomped on his back and held his axe high.)
"I'LL GET RID OF IT FOR YA!"
(He began to swing the axe until Gaito rushed in faster than time and grabbed the axe before it slashed through and lightning was circuiting through Gaito's veins as Ares was surprised.)
"Gaito: This is where the fight ends. I'M your opponent now, Ares."
(He smirked and sensed stronger power inside him.)
"Ares: You're far more stronger than I expected, very well. Lets fight."
(Kira and Aenta rushed in to grab Sawano and heal him after bringing him back towards the door then Gaito and Ares stood in their stances.)

"Tell me, how good are you with a sword..?"
(Gaito said nothing and released a spell which revealed over one thousand swords in his arsenal and Ares looked around in surprise.)
"Gaito: Does this answer your question..?"
"Ares: Then don't even think about holding back on me! Got that?!"
"Gaito: Just bring it on so I can avenge that dumb idiot's wish."
(They both summoned their separate swords as the fight was about to begin.)
"Come forth, the Tamarei sword... ZANBATO!"
(Two seals clapped and summoned the wooden based sword out in mid-air then the room began to rattle and shake as Ares summoned his sword.)
"Ares: My WAR BLADE... RAGESPIKE!"
(The ground rumbled as a chained case was unwrapping quickly and revealed the Ragespike sword, also known as his war blade and they both stared one another down. Gaito and Ares ran towards one another and collided their blades and kept in sync with one another while Gaito was fighting with Zanbato which barely brought a smile to either of them.)
"Aenta: This is.. unbelievable.."
"Lyssa: Who knew Gaito was that skilled at welding a sword..?"
(Sawano groaned as he started to feel his bruise going away and sat up.)
"Sawano: Gaito... has much more skill with a sword... We fought before.."
(They continued to look at him with curiosity.)

"That guy.. knows how to make anyone who welds a sword, have a fun time.."
(Gaito began to use two swords and swung faster than Ares which brought him to a smirk.)
"Ares: I see you're becoming more difficult, but are you surely confident you can defeat me..?"
(Gaito continued to say nothing and kept focusing on his pattern.)
"What's the matter? Trying to remain silent when you know damn well you can't outmatch me in sword combat? Trying to hide your cool just by swinging your sword won't work!"
(Gaito pulled out another sword and held three swords at the same time and continued to fight with them which had the others impressed.)
"(Thinking): This guy is a lot more resistant than the last one..."
(They separated and had another standoff.)
"(Aloud): Tell me, Gaito. How many years have you been training with a sword? You know I'm looking for disciples, all you got to do is forfeit the match and I'll-"
(In a flash, Gaito had Zanbato closing in on his eye which Ares moved swiftly across the floor in time to avoid being slashed in the eye.)
"Gaito: I'm afraid you've mistaken me for the simplest thing. I don't need a mentor, I don't need a master. All I need is me, Zanbato and my will to fight!"
(Gaito raised Zanbato into the air which now summoned sixty swords from his arsenal spinning in a circle above him and had Ares in shock.)
"Ares(Thinking): MOST OF THOSE SWORDS ARE FORBIDDEN ONES! HOW DID HE GET HIS HANDS ON THEM..?"
"Gaito: Actually.. There's a special baby I wanna introduce you too."
(He'd pulled out a familiar looking axe that has his name engraved in it which gave Ares a smiling yet sinister laugh.)

"Ares(Aloud): OF COURSE..! WHY ELSE WOULD I HAVE FOUND THAT AXE MISSING..?!"
"Gaito: So it seems you're familiar with this axe, are you..?"
"Ares: Of course.. That's the Axe Of Destruction. Depending on its height, it can level more than just several countries...."
(He grabbed five swords and swung them all at once and ended up biting down on two swords and held three at the same time.)
"Gaito: So...? Want to keep going or you gonna call it quits?!"
"Ares: AS IF I'D EVER QUIT TO SOME HUMAN BEING!"
(Ares charged at Gaito as they continued to battle and Gaito kept his cool by welding five swords and remembering his pattern against Ares. Gaito's blindfold began to slip off which was unsealing his power without it.)
"Gaito(Thinking): Uh oh..! Well... he did say don't hold back, never mind!"
(He ignored the falling blindfold and continued swinging faster with six swords now.)
"Ares(Thinking): HOW IS HE GETTING FASTER...? WAIT... HIS BLINDFOLD..? HE'S BLIND..?"
(Ares then breaks up the sync and lands a heavy attack but Gaito blocks it with two hands then flips over Ares's head and flips him across the room which he'd catch himself on his feet and catches his sword.)

"(Aloud): GAITO! You're blind aren't you..?!"
(He looked at Ares.)
"If you're blind, you're far more than a skilled swordsman, you're close to a MASTER yourself! Why waste your time fighting for that Sawano weakling when you should be a God?"
(Gaito dropped his swords and pondered for a moment then Ares smirked and teleported behind him for a powerful strike.)
"Gaito: Maybe its because..."
(Gaito slid his foot back and punched Ares with a lightning-charged fist in his stomach which created a strong wind gust.)
"Ares: GAHH..!"
"Gaito: Sawano is a friend who I cannot abandon!"
"Ares: Now..! Things are getting serious..!!"

(Gaito looked at Ares and noticed his eyes turning green and then was carried by telekinesis then was blasted into the edge of the wall then Gaito began sprouting electricity across the entire room while the others backed away to avoid it. Ares runs towards Gaito to jam Ragespike into his body but at the last two seconds, he teleported away from the wall after breaking free of the telekinesis. Gaito recalled all his swords back to the arsenal and called Venomshank then Ares and Gaito continued their fight which became faster than before.)

"Aenta: Sawano..? What else do you know about Gaito?"
"Sawano: Gaito was known for a guy who used to steal. But now, he fights for the world."
"Kira: Kira believes he is a human, but was gifted the ultimate powers of a Demi-God."
"Lyssa: You know.. a human like him isn't that bad at combat! He could be useful!"
"Ares(Thinking): I have no choice at this point..! I cannot afford to lose..!"
(He swung again at Gaito but teleported his blade to open spots but Gaito continued to block the chances to cut them.)
"IMPOSSIBLE!!! HOW IS HE FIGURING THIS OUT EVEN THOUGHT HE'S BLIND...??"
"Gaito: Now we end this."
(Gaito began to swing Zanbato and Venomshank faster than last time but opened himself to a spot where Ares slashed him in half and laughed but looked confused when he saw the body dissolve in thin air and then was more than angry.)
"Ares: WHAT?! A ILLUSION..?"
"Gaito: LOOKING FOR ME..?!"
(He trapped him and Ares inside the abyss-like box just like to the demon he slayed and vanished with the darkness as his voice echoed inside the box.)
"SIN... SLASH..."
(Within the speed of time, Gaito slashed Ares from every angle of the box and appeared in front of him with one gigantic slash which shined the whole box and exploded, creating a powerful gust of wind. As the debris cleared, Gaito and Ares laid there out of breath and Ares began smiling, chucking then broke out laughing.)

"Ares: HA...! Gaito...!! Kudos, that was fun..! Possibly the only human who ever stood up against me like that!"
(He continued laughing as Gaito laid there.)
"Alright.. ya got me. A deal's a deal too, I'll help you guys with Japan."
(They clapped as Gaito got up.)
"Gaito(Thinking): You see that..? If I can beat your son.. I can beat your ass..!"
(Ares helped Gaito up and repaired the hall then met up with the rest of the group.)
"Sawano: Guess I lost to you huh, Ares."
"Ares: Yes you did, but that was a test.!"
"Everyone: Huh?
(A whistle was heard which was Ash from the High-Commission.)
"Sawano: ASH?!"
"Ash: Hey Sawano! Been a while!"
"Ares: Ash has heard and seen everything that has been going on and has been hiding up here ever since the Anti-Gods invaded."
"Ash: I was in need of emergency training so I came to Ares hoping he'd give me a few lessons or so before I head back down there."
"Kira: Now that we have Ares on the team, is there anyone else we should go and try to add to the team?"
"Ares: It could be possible Poseidon's around..."
"Ash: Poseidon could help. But for now, we need to send every available God and Goddess for the battle. You guys should take back Hakodate, we'll find a way to take back the rest of Japan."(They all agreed upon the idea.)
"Sawano: Sounds good. Ares when you're ready for the battle, alert me the signal. Velriot, Scarlett, Gaito and Kira, you guys are with me. Aenta, Chloe and Lyssa, go with Ash and Ares to recruit Poseidon!"
"Everyone: Understood!"
