Chapter 87: A Senvoinian Meets A Sister?

(After the Tournament of Honor in the Void Realm, one whole year has passed on Earth and it was now still winter in Japan as the date was now February 15th, 2007. Meanwhile in the Heavens, Onara was called in by the Heavenly Court and entered a classified and sealed room.)
"Onara: I was called..?"
"Choryrth: Yes, Onara. You was."
(Choryrth was sitting at the end of the table as five individuals showed up to the meeting.)
"Onara, meet the five chairs of Rank X. Chair two, Gaito Tamarei. Chair four, God Of Sun, Aimiya. Chair five, Anti-God, Ankoku. Chair six, Goddess Of Destruction, Xinera and Chair seven, Athena, Goddess of Wisdom. Everyone, you all know Onara, Goddess of Void."
(They all waved at Onara as she waved back.)
"Now, Onara. I had to give it some thought. What I saw at the Tournament of Honor was not just determination, you showed willpower out there and absolute strength. With that being said, we of rank X would like to welcome you as another member as an elite fighter."
(They all clapped for Onara as she was surprised at the news.)

"Onara: W-Wow.. I uh.."
"Choryrth: This will be your decision. If you wish to join the Rank X division, you will be considered one of the elite fighters and have your own seat here in the Heavens."
"Onara: I... I accept!"
"Choryrth: Everyone, we have our new member to Rank X!"
(They all clapped once again as Gaito whistled for Onara's ascendance into the X rank. Onara then realized the absence of chair three.)
"Onara: Wait, where's chair three?"
"Choryrth: God of Hell, Sawano Magachi has been marked inactive from the rank X table. He returned from his absence but went inactive for months."
"Onara(Thinking): Did time really fly that fast in the Void Realm..?"

(Back on Earth, it was a sunny yet cold day with snow piled across Japan. Hinami was taking a walk alone around her neighborhood and saw the village she and Sawano grew up in have a big change with its appearance. The villagers was then surprised to see the new Hinami that they barely recognized her.)

"Villagers: HINAMI!!!"
"Hinami: H-Hi everyone..!"
"Shopkeeper: Hinami! How's it been?!"
"Hinami: Its been quite fantastic! Thanks for asking!""
(Hinami continued to walk and greet herself to everyone in the village as she walked to the newly finished gardens and saw a white-clothed female mesmerized by the flowers.)
"Quite a fascinating view huh?"
(She was startled for a moment and looked at Hinami.)
"???: Y-Yeah..! These flowers are very lovely, I do hope you forgive me for barging into your peaceful village to see the flowers!"
"Hinami: All is welcome so don't worry! Is seeing these flowers the real reason you came down to the village?"
"???: Yes... These flowers are connected to me somehow, seeing them gives me such a vibe like... A vibe like I'm standing in a whole field alone with nothing but these beautiful flowers..."
"Hinami: You seem like a poetic person. What's your name?"
"Cassiel: Oh.. I.. I'm uh.. C-Cassiel.. Cassiel Hayori..!"
"Hinami: I like that name, I'm Hinami. A pleasure to meet you Cassiel!"
(Hinami's hand was out for a handshake as Cassiel felt more comfortable around Hinami and shook it. They both then sat together and watched and talked about the flowers all day.)

"Cassiel: Out of most flowers, dandelions are my favorites!"
"Hinami: Really?"
"Cassiel: Of course! You can make a wish with dandelions! Its always been told to me ever since I was just a little girl!"
(Hinami laughed as she enjoyed Cassiel's company then Cassiel's ringer was suddenly going off which reminded her to return to the church.)
"Hinami: Have to go somewhere?"
"Cassiel: Y-Yeah... I'm needed back at the church, we're doing overnight service. You should come to the church sometime, I do hope to see you again!"
"Hinami: Sure, hopefully I do get to see you again Cassiel. Thanks for the fun day!"
(She smiled as she ran off. Hinami then turned then turned the opposite way and teleported herself into Hell and went inside the mansion-like home. Hinami then felt then painful pierce in her heart vanish which made her pause walking for a moment.)

"(Thinking): What was that..? She said she had to return to the church..? That means she's a churchgoer.. This is bad, Kijo's can't go anywhere near churches..!"
(Hinami then took a deep breath and looked around to see the empty yet quiet living room and she then walked to her room but stopped and knocked on the training room's door then opens it to see Azumi Umezaki meditating without any interruptions or lost focus.)
"Azumi: Hinami?"
"Hinami(Aloud): Y-Yeah..?"
"Azumi: Welcome home, how was your time training with Gaito?"
"Hinami: It was good, I only stopped by for a while. Where's father?"
"Azumi: Sawano is in the second training room at the very bottom of the house. Why?"
"Hinami: Well, I can tell you mother. I met this girl today..."
(Hinami explained to Azumi everything they talked about and mentioned how Cassiel was a churchgoer which brought a bit of worry to Azumi's face.)
"Azumi: A churchgoer..?!"
"Hinami: She invited me to go to the church sometime but that's when I realized, Kijo's can't go anywhere near churches..!"
"Azumi: That is true... I'm just glad you're okay.. Listen, the next time you see Cassiel and she invites you to the church, make sure you do NOT under any circumstances follow her okay..? Even going inside a church's area of property will affect Kijo's badly."
"Hinami: What can I do..? I do want to see her again but I can't just decline my offer on going to the church with her! It'll make me feel like a jerk...!"
"Azumi: We'll come up with something so for now, just relax Hinami dear."
(They both hugged as Hinami calmed down more and Azumi smiled.)

"Now, I'm pretty sure you should be going back to Gaito now."
"Hinami: Yeah, you're right. But I want to see Sawano first."

(She nodded as Hinami then descended the hellfire shaft to the final floor of their home and was shocked after seeing massive piles of discarded, dismembered, brutally demolished combat robots which was being single-handedly defeated by Sawano. Sawano quickly shapeshifted his arms into tendrils and slammed the last robot around like a ragdoll then shifted his hands into sledgehammers from his chains and destroyed the robot's head. Hinami then took one step into the debris and grabbed Sawano's attention. They both was silent towards each other.)

"Sawano: Daughter."
"Hinami: Father."
"Sawano: How's it with Gaito."
"Hinami: Better than you as a teacher."
"Sawano: Believable. So, what do you want? If you came to take something from me, then take it. If not, you're wasting your time."
"Hinami: I do want something.. I want you to accept my apology... Dad.."
(Sawano turned around and was hugged by Hinami as a tear sheds from her eyes and brought a bit of shock to Sawano as he did not expect a tight hug from Hinami.)
"Sawano: Apology accepted Hinami. Apology accepted, I'm sorry too."
