Chapter 99: The Angel & The Anti-God, An Everlasting Friendship! (Part 2)

(Oxetus and Nathanial was training on a different planet thanks to Nathanial's teleportation at light speeds. Oxetus was mentally training his brain to strengthen his misfortune luck as Nathanial was watching and waiting to feel the presence.)
"Nathanial(Thinking): He's trying too hard.. His misfortunes are very powerful, I know it. Poor lad, he really wants to become strong to Lord Fuchibuto hm..?"
(He then sees a dark aura emerging from Oxetus's chest and as a few moments passed, the entire grasslands of the area was turning dark and dried out as the surface's life was becoming sucked out of ground. Nathanial continued to watch with curiosity on what Oxetus is planning.)
"(Aloud): Oxetus! Don't push yourself, just calmly think and relax your brain's mental waves..!"

(Oxetus opened one of his eyes after listening and took one big inhale and exhale, the entire grasslands becoming completely dark and drained as the life was completely sucked out of them. Nathanial then nodded as he got the hang of it. Oxetus then opened his eyes and noticed the blackened landscape then had a small grin on his face.)

"Oxetus: Is this what misfortunes is..?"
"Nathanial: Indeed. Oxetus, Misfortunes are unpredicted and can become deadly, depending on how you think them. If you train your ability to cause misfortunes enough, you can become an unpredictable, deadly Anti-God. One of the strongest to rival Ankoku and Fuchibuto."
"Oxetus: My brother, Ankoku..? I couldn't even compare my strength to his, he's a hero to the Anti-Gods. I'm just a liability.."
"Nathanial: You say that because you believe he overshadows you. However, even if you are weaker or stronger, you can be overshadowed if you show fear. So tell me, do you fear Ankoku?"
"Oxetus: ..... Yeah... I just believe he'll leave me in the dust if I don't train more... He's been leading the Anti-Gods into wars with that fearless smile on his face! I'd hold him back, damn it!"
"Nathanial: You say you'd hold him back but if that was true, Lord Fuchibuto would've thrown you out of the Anti-Realm by now."
"Oxetus: ... Why did you even take time out of your day to help me..?"
"Nathanial: Because... I like helping! Its part of my nature."
"Oxetus: Thank you..."
(He patted his head with a smile.)

"Nathanial: Come with me, I want to introduce you to someone."
(Oxetus and Nathanial then traveled far beyond the heavenly clouds and Oxetus was looking around to wonder where he was.)
"Father! I've returned!"
"???: Welcome home, Nathanial."
(Oxetus then was anxious as he heard voices in his head.)
"Nathanial: If you're curious on what the voice is Oxetus, believe it or not. That's my father, God."
"God: A pleasure to see you again, Oxetus."
"Oxetus: You.. met me before..?"
"Nathanial: God watches over everybody, no matter who it is. Even though my father doesn't have a physical body, he created me as his embodiment for the time being."
"Oxetus: So- Mr. God..? I was wondering if you could answer me a question..?"
"God: Please, ask away!"
"Oxetus: Are you truly Nathanial's dad? Also, if you don't have a physical body, where are you?"
"God: Yes, I am Nathanial's father and I'm everywhere! I partially am existent and nonexistent simultaneously!"
"Oxetus: How does that work?!"
"God: Its quite complicated for you to know now but I will explain it when the time comes. As for now, there is something I wish to give you."
(Spawned out of thin air was a picture inside the face of the amulet. Oxetus grabbed it and was curious on what it was.)

"Oxetus: What's this?"
"God: That is an amulet with a certain picture. However, when you believe you are ready, open the amulet and remove the picture."
"Oxetus: Okay, thank you Mr. God sir!"
(God delivered a chuckling laugh out of joy of Oxetus's company.)
"God: No no, I should be thanking you and my son! I haven't had a laugh in over eons so please feel free to return anytime! I truly await your revisit next time!"
(Oxetus then smiled at what God said as Nathanial and Oxetus was then going back to the Anti-Realm, saying goodbye for now as Oxetus then was walking off to return to the palace.)

"Nathanial: Heading home?"
"Oxetus: Yeah, I think I'm going to call it a night. I do thank you for training me Nathanial, I believe I got the hang of it now. If anything happens, I'll inform you!"
"Nathanial: I have rapid teleportation, I can sense you immediately and teleport to you if I sense any trouble so don't worry!"
"Oxetus: Sounds useful, thanks again Nathanial. See you later!"
(He waved goodbye to Nathanial and walked to the palace, Nathanial then returned to Heaven and summoned the door to his room. As he walked inside his classical room, God expected his return and asked him a serious question regarding something they both talked about.)
"God: Nathanial, did you not tell Oxetus about the amulet? You knew what it was too."
"Nathanial: I was thinking the same way as you. Let him figure it out for himself, when he's ready, we'll see what happens."
"God: As proven time and time again, you are a smart one, my child."
"Nathanial: My own father is the creator of all things!"
"God: Well, you did learn everything from me."
"Nathanial: Exactly! I'm going to sleep early, after helping Oxetus today, I have a lot more planned for him."
(As Nathanial then went to sleep, Fuchibuto paused the story there for now.)

-Now-

"Fuchibuto: There's more to the story though. That's all I know for now, if you want to find out more..? Its time you talk to the person who gave you that amulet to begin with."
(Sawano's eyes was clouded with so much frustration, his mental mind was far too calm for comfort and Ankoku was sweating without knowing what Sawano would say or do next.)
"Sawano: You're saying I need to see God."
"Fuchibuto: Yes."
"Sawano: How did you know all of this..?"
"Fuchibuto: Because, I was told everything even the occurring incident before the wars. During that time, before the first Elemental War started, both you and Nathanial was killed by unknown assailants in the heavens."
"Sawano: Do you know who it was..?"
"Fuchibuto: I wish... However, the Goddess of Destruction, Xinera is the only one who was closer to Nathanial than anyone. If she knows who killed Nathanial, odds are likely its the same who killed you as well, Sawano."
(He then stood up and looked outside the window, glaring directly into the clouds.)

"Sawano: Then I know what I have to do. Fuchibuto, I need you to buy Gaito some time."
"Fuchibuto: Huh?"
"Sawano: At this point, I know what he's doing. Lucifer's on Earth right now causing hell. Half of the Earth fighters can't survive against him. So get down there and help!"
"Fuchibuto: Hm.. Very well, Ankoku lets go!"
"Ankoku: I'll be able to get my rematch against this bastard!"
