Chapter 10:
Catalyst -Volume.01:Inbound
The fighting has gone on for an hour now. Both parties were exhausted, but the fight still had gone on. The winner should have been clearly the clique…
(This damn bitch! Why has she not fallen!)
Although the girl was extremely bruised and bloody, she still stood on her two feet while her enemy was on the ground after their twelfth attempt.
“Huff…. Huff, it that the best that you got!”
She was shaking. Would she make it out without getting herself seriously injured? Would they continue?
“Don`t you underestimate me!”
The clique`s leader was worn out. This was too much for them. The only thing she could express right now was motionless anger.
(Why…Why! WHY! WHY! WE ONLY HAD TO RETRIEVE ONE GUY, AND THEN IT CAME TO THIS!)
The lonesome warrior didn’t know what she was thinking, but what she knew was that she was on the verge of collapse. She had to finish it right there and then.
“Ha-ha-ha…”
An odd laughter came out of the pink-haired girl.
“Did you think you could defeat us!?”
The boxer girl was at them with a smirk on her face.
“Sure, I won`t be able to hold it out much more…But are in serious trouble!”
The clique leader looked at her pitifully and waved with her hand.
“Finish her.”
Her team suddenly risen like corpses and launched themselves at her. This was totally out of her expectations. She had only one option.
(I am glad…you are safe…) She thought.
The boxer then engaged at the zombies with her last breath. One of the girls were near her, she threw a left hook but didn`t do anything to her then she the boxer girl ate a punch to the stomach following a knockout to the face then falling to the ground.
“Pwah!”
She had lost a lot of blood. The girl`s looked gruesomely bruised but didn`t react at all. The leader approached slowly.
“If only you hadn`t melted in our business…” she hit the boxer in the stomach spilling more blood “but you…YOU!” she hit her in the head with her foot almost knocking her out “You should have stayed out of this an-”
Sirens were echoing from the streets.
“Tch.”
She looked at the boxer then at her team.
“Scatter and don`t leave any evidence as for her, leave her be. Nobody would believe her anyway.”
Just like a fog then perished from the site without a trace.
“Ugh…” She was hurt very badly.
The boxer girl slowly stood up and looked around, only her blood on the ground and black phone illuminated on the ground as well as ringing.
(What…is…this phone…doing here…)
She tried to walk towards it, but it was too painful and fell on her legs on the ground. Then she heard footsteps.
“Police! Hands in the air!”
(Agh…)
She then went into a coma.
