An unknown kid on her room

Chapter 39

She woke up after a nice sleep. She woke up without any fatigue . She woke up because of the light coming from outside. She puts her blanket away. She looks at the clock and it was 10 am in the morning.

She yells :"It's 10 already!!! I will be late for school!! I have to hurry up and get ready!!!!"

She stands up and was about to run towards the direction where her waredrobe was supposed to be but she didn't. She looks around her and saw nothing was resembling her room. It wasn't her former room. Its her new room. She is in heaven now. She remembers that she is dead. She was in the palace that Ban gave it to her. It wasn't a dream.

She thought to herself [So it wasn't a dream. So, I am actually dead. Huh. Didn't ever thought I would die like that. Which type of dead person worry about going to school? I am already dead. How could I forget that?! How stupid I am!]

She walks around the bed and sit on one of the corner.

She thought to herself while looking around the room [What can I do now? I have literally no idea about this place at all. Maybe I should explore this place. But I might get lost. After all it's a palace. It will be very huge.]

Suddenly she heard something behind her. He said it in a grumpy and old man's voice :"Good morning, Ojou-sama. I am very happy and rejoiced seeing you waking up this early."

She freaks out. She was startled hearing that. She jumps out from the bed and walks straight to the wall. She looks at the direction where the voice came from. She didn't saw anyone. She thought that she qas hearing thing. That she is still tiree. She takes a breath of relief.

She said this to herself :"I was just hearing things. Just because I am in a unknown place is already making me nervous that I am hearing things. Just who would call me Ojou-sama in this heaven? They would call me a weakling or outsider in here ."

Right after she said that, the same person with the grumpy and old voice replies to her :"I can hear you, Ojou-sama. You aren't hearing things."

She was really scared after hearing that. She yells for help :"Ahhh!!! Someone help me!!"

The person with the grumpy and old voice comes in front of her. He replies to her :"You don't have to yell, Ojou-sama. It will only make you feel embarrassed if anybody heard you. Also nobody in heaven would make fun of you or call you a weakling or disrespect you."

She saw the man with the old and grumpy voice. He didn't look like a person who would have this kind of grumpy and old voice.

She said this to him after seeing him :"Yo-you are. You are just a kid!"

The man with the old and grumpy voice was just a kid. Judging by his appearance he looked like a child witg age of seven or eight years only . Though he had the voice of a grumpy and old person's voice.

She continues :"Why is your voice sounds like a grumpy and old person voice?"

That kid replies to her :"So, I guess you didn't like this voice, Ojou-sama? I thought you would like it. If you want I can change my voice."

It was very awkward for her to talk with a kid with the voice of a grumpy and old person. But she just couldn't bring herself to say that talking with a kid with the voice of a grumpy and old person is awkward. She might hurt his feelings by saying that.

She replies to him :"It's not like I dislike this voice but I will be really happy if you change your voice into a normal voice or voice that is more suitable with you."

He puts his right hand in his chest and bow down to her.

He replies to her while bowing down :"As you wish. Is this the kind of voice you expected from me?"

His voice changed. This time his voice sounded like a normal voice. A voice suitable for a kid of his age. She wasn't as amazed or surprised as she was seeing Ban or Light power by this. Though this was the kind of voice she wanted to hear from him. Now it's normal.

She replies to him :"It's not like I expected any type from voice from you. But I guess this is a normal voice suitable for you and your body."

He was kind of disappointed. His eyes become full of tears and he had a expression full of sadness. He replies to her on the same manner :"I see."

Natsumi saw his eye becoming full of tears. She was confused . She starts panicking. Because she didn't had a clue about what made him so sad
