Chapter 40

Natsumi realizes why he was sad. She replies to him :"No it's perfectly fine. You can talk with whatever voice you want to. Also what's your name?"

He stands up firmly hearing that from her. He gain back his confidence and looks at her with respect.

He replies to her question :"I don't have a name but I have come here to do my work."

Natsumi was confused about what kind of work a nameless child have in this palace.

She asks him :"Work?"

He replies to her :"My work is being your servant for your entire time in heaven."

She thought to herself [Servant for me for the entire time I live in heaven? That must be a joke. Light might have asked him to say that to me and do another prank. And also the fact he doesn't have a name. The only person who might have give him this kind of idea is must be Light. Because I haven't seen or heard of any other person who is as stupid and annoying as Light. I hope he stops doing making fun of me after I ask him.]

Natsumi asks him politely :"You are trying to make me laugh by telling me that you will be my servant, right little boy?"

That boy waves his head right to the left. Trying to indicate that this isn't the truth rather what he said to her is the truth. She realizes that. She facepalm herself

She thought to herself [How stupid I am! Of course he would tell me that he is telling the truth until I believe in it. I should have asked him the other question.]

She asked him :"Do you know Light?"

That boy was surprised. Seeing that expression Natsumi thought to herself [Why he is acting surprised? Did I said something that I shouldn't have said?]

The boy replies to her :"Yes, I know Light sama. In fact everyone in the heaven knows about him or saw him at least once. Though I didn't expect in my wildest dream that the person I will serve would know about him, Ojou-sama."

[Bingo!! As I thought!]

She replies to him :"Light told you to make fun of me and told you to lie, right?"

He was even more surprised. He asks her with curious eyes :"How did you know that?"

She felt a bit proudful for seeing through the deceive and the cunningly trap that Light wanted her to fall with the help of this child.

She replies to him :"Of course, I would know! Any adult person would know automatically know that you are lying. Even though I couldn't turn into a adult before I died. I was just some years late to turn into one. I wanted to taste sake at least once in my life."

The boy seems restless to know the answer of the questions that arisen in her mind. He asks her :"How did you know that?"

She replies to him :"Who in there right mind would believe in everything a child just say? And that a child of your age doesn't have a name? And to become my servant? A kid of your age? You must be try to make me laugh or joking."

The boy was surprised. He replies to her :"You are right, Ojou-sama. Of course, who would believe in everything a child say! But the thing is Ojou-sama is that, I really don't have a name. And my work is really serving you and being a servant for you."

She replies to him :"You don't need to continue the act. I already know that Light told you to say that to me."

He replies to her :"No it's really the truth that I don't have a name. After all I was just born seven days ago. The moment when my eyes were full of tears that was about to fall off was just my act, Ojou-sama. Light sama told me to do that. He also told me to lie but I dont know what to lie about."

She laughed a bit after hearing that from him. He was confused.

She asks him :"What the heck are you saying? That was really funny. You might become a great comedian in the future."

He replies to her :"I really don't have it. And I have really come here to become your servant, Ojou-sama."

He grabs her hand and replies to her :"Come with me, Ojou-sama. You will believe me after seeing this."

She replies to him while being grabbed in the hand :"Wait, at least let me change my dress."

He starts walking towards the door while grabbing her hand.

He replies to her :"You don't need to worry about that, Ojou-sama. Your outfit will automatically change when we leave the door."

She asks him :"What are you saying? It can't be possible, right?"

He opens the door. He crosses the door while grabbing her hand. She also crosses the door. She saw that her outfit actually changed. It was her first time to step outside of this room. A new adventure awaits her
