Chapter 37

'did you see that?' says the healer.
'yeah, that bear was beaten with ease' says the rogue.
'this is pretty bad, maybe we should retreat' says the elf.
We found the bear earlier and were going to avoid it if possible but then suddenly we heard a noise and came running to check it out.
The finje bee wasps killed the bear easily, though that was because it left its guard down and got stunk by that huge stinger.
'we could leave but isn't this our chance? we could make it big if we discover a giant hive nest of them' says the healer.
The rogue sighs 'I know you want more money but this is too much, look at how they took care of that bear'
'tara can also do that and it's not really about the money'
'he can but what about us? we won't be able to handle all those bees'
The healer thinks but can't come up with anything.
'fine then, let's go back' says the rogue.
'but I don't like going back empty handed' says the healer but reluctantly agrees later.

We start walking away from the forest when suddenly more bees fly towards us.
Easy to deal with but then a more dangerous one shows up.
It's the type that killed the bear, it's only slightly bigger but it's way stronger.
It's also not alone and I can see several of its kind flying around nearby.
We  have to be careful even if they are easy to kill.
It heads straight towards us and I swipe at it.

It's dead.
'it was only E rank after all' says the rogue who throws her daggers at the surrounding bees.
'not a problem as long as you are vigilant' says the elf archer as she shoots some more bees further out.
'this is a problem though, there are way too many of them here, should we tell the guild?'
'I suppose we should'
'if we can just kill enough of them then it'll get better?' says the healer.
'yes' says the rogue as she throws another dagger at a bigger bee this time.
'I'll take this one with us for proof'
She puts in in her dimensional bag and we head back to the town, it isn't that far off since we only been traveling less than 2 days
It's a pain to go back but it's better than continuing like this.

'yes we know of the finje, we are assembling a team'
The man they went to is the adventurer's guild leader of this area, he was a B rank in prime but he is good at management so he managed to get this position based on that and the support of other adventurers he helped.
'the issues is that we don't have many adventurers to deal with them right now, this isn't a particularly popular spot for high ranking adventurers'
We think of what we can do when we notice him fidgeting around.
He seems to be anxious? scared? oh wait of course.
'hey, he seems really scared of tara'
'yeah like he's about to burst into tears'
The healer has an idea and stands up, 'guild leader how about leaving this subjugation of the finje to us?'
'you know we can't do it alone so why are you saying that' says the rogue.
'it's fine, we just need support for the hive, the heavy fighting will be on us'
'c-certainly that is an idea, I have no doubts that tarachnid will have no issue clearing even a B rank hive'
'then we just need some help gathering those adventurers and we can head out anytime'
'yes, I will take care of that'
He agreed fast, 'seems he wanted our talk to be over fast huh' says the rogue.
'yeah, any type of leader usually wouldn't agree that easily' says the elf.
As we wait for the members to gather we stay at an inn again, a really cheap one.
'ah no bath'
'we have no money for that, be glad we have a bed atleast'
