3: Erin's Mistake (1/3)

As Erin and Missy went to sleep, Erin woke up to find himself on plain grass, the sky blue with the clouds looking pleasant, the sun beaming its energy and there it was... a tree, Erin approached the tree and found himself fond of the environment around him, "its... all I could ever ask for... it's truly a paradise." Erin looked around and saw beautiful river, animals peacefully wandering and a world, that was all Erin could ask for. Erin sat towards the tree and relaxed, "its beautiful isn't it?" Erin looked behind the tree and saw a girl, who was holding a book and writing something, "Uhm... yes... you could say that... who are you?" The girl stopped writing and the world did too, "I'm Alice... otherwise known as the Arkham... your creator." Erin didn't understand what she was saying, "allow me to explain, 10 years ago, my brother and his friends died from an evil cult, I was powerless to do anything, my brother, he didn't deserve the fate that was meant for me but he protected me.

I had to revive him in a way, that was when I was given this... some old lady gave it saying that what you write may come true, I didn't believe it at first so I wrote a story, a science fiction story that my brother would have loved, that was when... my father wrote a line as a joke, as he wrote it, what he said came to life and that was what I realised, I created planets and that have new and neutral life. What I wrote was based off my brother and his friends and now... they came to life..." Erin slept as the Arkham was telling her story, she pouted and sent Erin to where the remaining 4 were. "Hope you can do a good job... big bro." Erin woke up in the city of Zyber, a newspaper came flying towards Erin and showed him the date, "I jumped 6 years into the future?" Erin wasn't even talking about the Arkham that he looked around to see if there was anyone that could help him, "what happened?" Erin walked around the city to find himself captured by a group of rebels. "What were you thinking? You could have gotten yourself killed!"

"Who are you where am I?" One of the rebels replied, "you're in Zyber Erin and right now, we are in desperate need of you help." The rebels explained what happened, while explaining, Erin forgot that Missy wasn't with him but what he just realise now was that he had a ring, and there was a note inside, it talked about how Missy was going to propose to him, Erin couldn't believe what he was reading, he gazed at the ring and couldn't help but to admire it. "Hello! Hello! Are you listening to us?!" Erin replied saying yes but he was lying, all that he was worrying about was Missy and where she could be. Monsters started to appear, the rebels stopped the car to fight but Erin told them that he will deal with them, Erin left the van and activated his blade, he struggled to fight with most of the monsters but he did his best to defeat them in anyway. Erin was easily getting tired and found himself low on energy, he then heard a loud explosion occurring and was about to investigate it.

As Erin entered the crime scene, he found a blob whose pieces were scattered and strangely turned into rock candy and the body of Grandmaster Wu as his body was oozing white golden blood, "what happened here?" Erin looked around to see if he could get a clear understanding of what happened but he came empty handed, "whoever did this... they were powerful." Erin's body started to act out of control as his body changed into a fox like monster, "what's going on?! Why cant I control my body?! His body started to attack the other monsters that were lurking in the shadows, he found himself eating the innards of the beasts, "UGH this is disgusting! ... but at the same time... it tastes delicious!! I want more!!" Erin's .lmind was slowly converting itself into a rabid monster but he sees the slingshot and it was enough for him to slowly turn back to his human form. Erin's face was sweating and he felt his body was overheating itself, "what's happening?!"

"Erin! Erin! ERIN!" Erin found himself back in the van with his body feeling weak, "what happened?" The rebels explained, "we don't know... all we know was that we saw this fox monster eating the dead bodies of those monsters then miraculously its turns into a human, it then sprayed out a bright light and the next thing we knew, we found you here." Erin stood up and found his Grandmaster Fennik's slingshot on his hand, "Master Fennik!" Erin looked back to what happened during that night, "hey wake up twinkle!! We got word about a ominous thing happening in Beydia, if we get there quick we might solve it quickly... activate thrusters we're going... what was that?" Fennik looked out the window and saw that they were being attacked, a group of Purgists destroyed parts of the ship and it was crashed in the city of Zyber
