Ane And Ene Vs Finn And His Staff

Ane frowned at the staff which was spinning across him. "No matter what method I try I can't get a hit on that thing!" he thought wiping his mouth. "I swear I'll tear you apart!" he continued internally as he widened his eyes and gave the weapon a deadly look. He shook his head. "I gotta think rationally." he said softly as he eyed Ene who was fighting Finn. Ane held his chin as he watched the staff. "I'm pretty sure Ene's flame would turn that staff to ashes considering he's "The Prince Of Flame." but he's busy with that Finn guy though." Ane thought frowning. "I got it!" he yelled with a grin as he turned to the staff which stopped spinning. Ane shot at the staff and fired a kick which the weapon casually wormed around. Ane spun quickly and fired an uppercut which the staff flew back from to then shoot back forward as it morphed into a pointed staff. Ane ducked and grinned as the staff passed above him just before swiftly grabbing it's handle to then pelt it at a wall. Ane then flew upside down and soared at Finn. "Body Bullet!" Ane yelled as he spun around; a red aura surrounding his body as he came towering down. Ene jumped back and Ane shot into Finn; sending him into the bridge's surface. The bridge shattered and smoke filled the area to be immediately cleared by Ane kicking Finn back. Blood spat from Finn's mouth as he flew back and Ane flew to Ene who was standing on another bridge.

"Did you win your fight?" Ene asked. Ane shook his head just before the staff appeared; forming into a lasso with a blade at the end and it wrapped the rope around Finn and swung the blade at a bridge which it then pulled Finn onto. Ane and Ene jumped onto the bridge; both grinning and Finn lay on the floor; eyes shielded and the staff between them; morphing into a sword. Finn lifelessly stood and his eyes widened as his pupils shrank. He then grabbed the sword's blade causing blood to spray.

"Use this!" he yelled as he flung the weapon away.

"I don't like the sound of that." Ene remarked as he readied himself.

"Keep it in! Keep it in! Keep it in!" Finn chanted; breathing heavily as he held his face. His pupils shrank as a dark aura flooded over him and Ane's eyes widened in fright.

"What is this feeling?" the teen asked himself.

"No you don't!" Ene screamed as his aflame hand enlarged and lunged at Finn. Ene face morphed into one of alarm and he held back his enlarged hand. "No; I'm not supposed to use you." Ene remarked as his hand shrank. He panted; hand trembling. Ane stared silently and gulped to then eye Finn who was falling back; steaming. Ane's eyes widened.

"Didn't Ene stop his attack?" he thought as he watched Ene slowly.

"It's the power that gave me my title but it's not important." Ene explained with a gulp. Finn stood up; eyes cloaked.

"He actually is The Prince Of Flame. He wasn't bluffing." he thought; exhaling. "You people are amusing! I love this!" he screeched as one eye showed and he smiled crazily as drool spilled from his jaw and his eyes looked crazed. He suddenly snapped out of it slightly and screamed as he held his head.

"Is this guy okay in his head?" Ene asked and Ane shrugged.

"I-I can't use it. Not against these two." Finn whispered as he watched Ane and Ene before releasing his face. One eye of his was crazed and the other was normal. Finn calmly wiped his mouth and dark flames spat from his back and sliced at the teens who jumped into the air. The bridge shattered in pieces and Finn fell holding his head again; breathing heavily. Ane and Ene landed on another bridge higher up just before the area beneath them cleared; revealing Finn standing still on the lava.

"This guy is literally standing on lava!?" Ane yelled in disbelief. Ene rose an eyebrow as he and Ane eyed Finn.

"Die!" Finn's voice shouted from besides the teens who turned to be uppercutted simultaneously. The two soared backwards.

"How the hell is he here AND there? A clone?" Ene thought as he and Ane flipped upright in midair. He turned down to see Finn in the same position on the lava. Ene frowned and puffed up his mouth but Ane held his shoulder.

"Don't do it. That's our opponent." Ane said while pointing at the Finn who stood on the bridge smirking.

"I'll wipe that smirk off your face!" Ene yelled as  he dove at Finn and punched but Finn stepped aside calmly and kneed Ene in the stomach and Ane then seemed to appear behind Finn firing a kick which the man blocked with his arms. Finn tripped backwards onto Ene who was about to spit a fireball but the man grabbed the side of the bridge and propelled himself to another. Ane met him mid-air and the two punched each other continuously; both of them getting solid blows on one another. Ene stood below the frowning before rocketing up as his legs spat like thrusters and Ane ducked as Ene fired a kick into Finn's face. Finn flung aside to be swung down by Ane. As Finn's body hit the bridge; he saw a fireball approaching so he grabbed the bridge and thrusted himself out of the way. The fireball melted a hole in the bridge and Ane and Ene landed side by side with deadly looks. 

"We got this, Ene." Ane said smiling.

"Don't be so sure." Ene remarked frowning. "He hasn't been using his elemental attacks for the past few minutes." he continued while eying Finn who stood up grinning.

"It's because he can't." Ane said; folding his arms.

"Huh?" Ene asked while eying him.

"Haven't you realized the staff hasn't shown itself after he flung it aside while saying something like, "USE THIS!". When he said that I think he was using a technique." Ane explained. Ene held his chin and remembered Finn's blood gushing onto the sword earlier.

"I get it!" Ene yelled grinning. "The blood provided the staff the ability to transform into him." he continued while eying "Finn" whose grin broadened.

"To think you'd catch on." the staff said smugly.

"Your attitude, behavior and fighting style changed completely which is what that gave you away. No sighs and pointless complaining too." Ane replied while glaring at "Finn".

"So we're just facing the staff. That's goof." Ene remarked laughing.

"Don't underestimate this "staff", Ene." Ane warned as he unfolded his arms and cracked his neck. "Finn" shot forward. "Stay out of this Ene." Ane said as he watched Ene who hesitantly nodded. Ane then dove forth at "Finn" and spun into the air to then land a kick into the fake's head to then knee him back. False Finn stumbled backwards and then watched towards Ane to see the boy's fist which he then ducked to be kicked to the rails. Ane punched the doppelganger in the stomach. "You can't keep up to my advance speed even though you're as good as me in martial arts." Ane remarked as "Finn" fired a punch which he ducked to then elbow "Finn" aside. The weapon stumbled back and shielded with his arms as Ane stomped on him. "Not to mention I have super strength also." Ane said as he eyed "Finn". "Strength Adjustment X2." Ane said calmly to then stomp with the foot that "Finn" was shielding. A hole blasted through the bridge as "Finn" flung through it. The weapon flew back onto the bridge quickly; panting and badly bruised. "Give up." Ane suggested and "Finn" grinned.

"It's about time I show you MY elemental powers." the weapon said as he rose his palms. Ane frowned silently and weapons emerged from the air. "Blade Barrage!" the doppelganger yelled as an abundance of bladed weapons streamed at Ane who backflipped away several times before diving into the air. Ene thrusted to another bridge as well to avoid weapons that rebounded to him while Ane flew to the other side of "Finn". "That's pointless." the weapon said as the blades began shooting from all around him. Ane frowned as he barely dodge the weapons and Ene stared silently.

"I can't just sit here." Ene thought before eying the real Finn who was still standing on the lava. "I'm going after the real Finn!" Ene yelled while jumping off the bridge.

"Okay! Don't you die!" Ane shouted back.

"As if I'd let you go!" False Finn exclaimed as he aimed the blades at Ene but Ane rushed him forcing him to quickly redirect the blades back at Ane who then avoided most of the weapons. A blade pierced the boy's arm slightly and he frowned.

Ene landed on the lava. "You're not the only one who can control his elemental energy you moron!" Ene yelled before punching Finn with a fistful of flames. He then fired a kick of flame and after an uppercut. "Flaming Combo!" he shouted as he hit Finn with a barrage of strikes. Ene then jumped into the air and shot fire which formed into a clone which kicked Finn as it spun above him. "You're done!" both Enes exclaimed as they both spat fireballs.

"Get away from me!" Finn screamed as two hands of dark flames grabbed the fireballs; crushing them just before normal fists of flames punched Ene into the air.

"Normal flames?" Ene thought as he landed on a bridge. Finn soared into the air and landed next to his fake self to then grab the doppelganger's chest and Fake Ene spun into the staff.

"Awwww; it was finally getting fun too." a feminine voice called from the staff.

"Was that a...never mind!" Ane began. "This guy's back." he then thought while frowning at Finn.
