Leo's Test

The Next Morning

As Soichiro and Suki wake up the first thing they see is each other. “Morning Soichiro.” Suki said. “Morning Suki.” Soichiro said. As the 2 get out of the tent they see Leo and Chozen making breakfast. “Morning lovebirds.” Chozen said, smirking. “Shut up Chozen.” Soichiro and Suki said. “Morning.” Leo said. “How come you two are already up?” Soichiro asked. “I just woke up and saw you two were still sleeping so me and Chozen went out to hunt and make breakfast.” Leo answered. “I'm glad to see you two getting along.” Soichiro said. After everyone had breakfast, they packed up camp and took Leo to the woods.

“Alright Leo, are you familiar with summoning and putting away weapons in your arsenal?” Soichiro asked. “I’m a little familiar with it.” Leo answered. Soichiro summons his soul blade and gives it to Leo. “Ok. Leo I want you to try and add that to your arsenal.” Soichiro instructed. Leo closes his eyes and tries to put the soul blade in his arsenal. “I can’t do it Soichiro.” Leo said. "Clear your mind. Relax your body and imagine the sword vanishing from your hand." Soichiro said. Leo closes his eyes again, relaxes his body and then the soul blade vanishes. "YES, that's what I'm talking about. Now I want you to summon the soul blade." Soichiro said. Leo puts his hand out, closes his eyes, imagines him summoning the soul blade and then the soul blade appears in his hand. "YES!!! I DID IT!!!" Leo shouts. "You sure did. Now wanna try using a weapon?" Soichiro asks. "Hell yea." Leo said. Soichiro gave Leo a long sword but Leo couldn't lift it. Soichiro then gave Leo two daggers. "Now Chozen has set up targets in the woods. I want you to take out all the targets as fast as you can." Soichiro instructed Leo. "Question, Do I have to take out the targets stealthily or fight them head on?" Leo asks. "For this portion you fight them head on." Soichiro answered. Leo runs into the woods and finds the cardboard enemies Chozen made. Leo then throws a dagger at one target and sliced others with the other. Leo then backflips to a target, grabs his dagger and finishes the remaining targets by slicing it using one throw with both daggers. "Holy shit. This kid has skills." Soichiro thought. As Leo runs back to Soichiro he asks "How did I do?" "You did amazing. You were more skilled than I thought." Soichiro says. "You know you should name your daggers. What name are you gonna pick?" Soichiro asked. Leo looks at his daggers and says "Hyperion. I'll name it hyperion cause I feel like I'm at hyper speed using these." "Alright. Now before we get to the next portion of your training I'm gonna teach you how to warp." Soichiro said. "So when you warp you need to have a good connection with your weapon. So I want you to keep practicing with your weapon and when the time is right you'll suddenly end up where you weapon is." Soichiro explained. "Ok, so warping will take a while to master and will happen when you don't even know it." Leo thought. "For the time being try to defeat the target chozen set up as quickly as you can." Soichiro instructs Leo. Leo jumps to the trees and scouts the targets. "I know what I can do, I can just jump down and kill the targets and for the last 2 throw my daggers." Leo thought. Leo jumps down behind the target and slices the target. Leo repeats this tactic until there's 2 targets remaining. Leo then flips off the tree branch, now upside down midair throws each of his hyperion daggers at the last targets at the same time and then lands in a branch. Leo then runs back to Soichiro. "Amazing Leo. You really are more skilled than I thought." Soichiro said. "Thank you." Leo said. "Let's go to camp." Soichiro said. "When did you set up camp?" Leo asked. "Oh I had Suki and Chozen set up camp while you and I were training." Soichiro said.

Campsite

As Soichiro and Leo arrive at the campsite Soichiro gathers everyone together for some good news. "What did you gather us here for?" Chozen asks. "Everyone as of today Leonis Amicita will be a part of our crew." Soichiro stated. Everyone started clapping. "I even got something for this occasion, sparkling cider." Soichiro said as he pulled out the bottle of cider. As everyone got a cup of cider Soichiro stood on a big rock and said "Let us raise our cups to the newest member of our crew, Leonis Amicita." As everyone is having a good time drinking cider, Chozen asks "Wait, if he's joining us what are gonna do about the tents?" "Right, Suki will be giving up her tent for Leo to use and she'll be staying in my tent." Soichiro explained. "Wait, what will you do since Suki's staying in your tent?" Chozen asks. "You don't need to know Chozen." Soichiro said. "If I may ask, are you and Suki dating?" Leo asks Soichiro. Soichiro and Suki turned red and shouted "NO!!!" "We're just good friends." Soichiro said nervously. "Oh, so good friends share a tent." Leo said. "Leo shut up. They're getting uncomfortable." Chozen whispered to Leo. "So they're dating but they won't admit it?" Leo whispered to Chozen. "Pretty much." Chozen whispered. "Alright, let's call it a night." Chozen said. “Yea we should. Night everyone.” Soichiro said nervously.
